An amazing experience! Great service! We are novice cigar smokers and needed a recommendation. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and gave us a suggestion based on what we like. I love that they had craft beer for sale to enjoy while you smoke your cigars. The outside seating area is a decent size with a fire pit in the middle. You can enjoy music, watch t.v and chill. I will definitely return the next time Im in Jackson.

This was my first visit and I will be back. Tim was a great help. The humidor is well stocked and they have a nice selection of beer. Prices are reasonable. The lounge is roomy and very relaxing. They have very comfortable leather chairs. There are a lot of TVs and the volumes were not too loud.

The ambience of this establishment is amazing! It’s decor is tasteful and laid back. It’s in the heart of downtown and the vibe is CHILL. I myself am on the road to becoming a NOVICE cigar smoker. This is definitely not a BOYS only club. Women, grab your wine and dine on the flavored cigars!! I love this place!!

While on my stop in Jackson, MS I decided to check out the local cigar shops to restock my supply as I ramble around the South on a road trip. The closest one to me(and best rated)was Downtown Cigar Company. Im not a local nor did I grow up here, but when I walked through the shady, cozy patio out front, I was greeted and made to feel welcome, just like I were back home by Mr. Maurice Hogan, the two other gentlemen on staff, and the clientele present were nothing but friendly and polite as well.Mr. Hogan was knowledgeable about the various profiles of each band extremely patient with me, and took the time to answer all the questions I had. I was even turned on to a couple bands the shops back home dont carry(yet, hopefully).Ill say this as well about Downtown Cigar Company, and I dont think Im alone in this thought... At first glance, it might appear that they carry a small selection, nothing special, not much new, etc...To those who havent been, its not that they have a small selection, what these gentlemen have done is curated a choice collection of nothing but excellent cigars that youll enjoy either grabbing a drink at the shop, on the road, or back home on the patio.Downtown Cigar Company isnt just a nice location to buy cigars and hang out, Id call it a destination for anyone who enjoys friendly faces in smoky places. (Mr. H, I didnt make it past Martins, I closed it, haha. Solid rec, cheers) Definitely a place I would return to if I happen to be in town.Thank yall for doing what yall do!
