Disappointing. Walked in with my wife for her first time in a cigar shop the staff rudely blurted they were closed. Ok, no problem, they should update their hours and turn off their open sign. But then the staff said I could purchase if “I was making a large purchase,” to which I said no. After leaving, I had to explain to my wife that this is not the typical experience at other professional shops.

Took 2 steps inside and the tool behind the counter wanted ID’s. Then we proceeded to go look in humidor and got checked on about 5 minutes after looking, asked if we were looking for a certain stick. Once he found out he didn’t have it, guy said check online then proceeds to hold humidor door open for us insinuating for us to leave and we felt rushed out, didn’t try to recommend anything similar to what I was looking for or seemed like he wanted to help at all. I don’t recommend at all if your just looking to browse or take your time.

Excellent selection of cigars. Great staff. Prices are reasonable for locale. Highly recommend stopping by and picking up a few. Ask questions, Dave is very knowledgeable about the products and can make great suggestions to suit your cigar needs.

Came to Jackson Hole to celebrate a friends business anniversary and stopped by to have a smoke. Dave treated us like we were regulars. Our group of guys had a great time. Even stayed opened a little later than he normally does so we could watch the game. Not to mention the cigar selection is outstanding. Thanks for the hospitality

Tobacco Row is a place that you can go if you have never had a cigar and are looking to start enjoying the world of cigars. If you have been enjoying cigars over the years you will find an environment and selection that has something for everyone. This is the perfect shop for the guys and the ladies, there is not your typical boys club feel. Just an awesome place to watch a game, enjoy a smoke and receive great customer service. There are various pipe tobacco, hooka, and vape products available as well.

A down to earth type cigar shop with great cigar selections. The boss is very friendly and warm. I was in there to get a butane fuel but seeing how warm it is there I ended up bought a few cigars recommended by the owner. Highly recommended for folks traveling or living in Jackson Hole, WY.

A decent selection of E-juice and cigars. Wished there was a little more variety to the stock but its a nice place to browse around for things youll need if youre a smoker.

A little out of the way, but a great place to take a load off and smoke a cigar while watching some football. Just a 10 minute walk from Town Square and you will not be disappointed. They have done a lot of work since moving to their new location just a few months ago. Dan was awesome and the selection was fantastic.

Very strange place. I dont go to tobacco stores often so I dont know how they are. They had very few products on the shelves. I went for something they dont carry so it wasnt helpful.

As someone who recently quit smoking and started vaping, the vape choices are pretty low, but the choices in juice are very good I would have to say, (Milkman) for example. The cigar choices on the other hand, all kind of really good and high quality. Its open and comfortable, and staff is really friendly.In conclusion.For people who vape, they have your good vape juices to fill your need.For smokers of cigarettes or cigars, youre set for sure.

Staff is very friendly and selection is pretty good. They don’t carry anything containing CBD, which is inconvenient because that means I have to travel to Idaho to get CBD stuff. Knowledge about vape products is decent, but not fantastic. I don’t smoke cigars, but I’ve heard they know more about cigars than vape products. Overall a good shop with good staff, good prices, and good selection, just not a place I’d go looking for advice for your vape products.

Closes early opens late which has caused me to waist a lot of gas driving there only to find out their closed during normal business hours. Everything has about a 25% and up mark up from what you’d find anywhere else but its jackson so i suppose it’s to be expected.

They were closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday. They had one of those annoying signs that should crush any business. Some days we arent open at all, some days were late. If you dont like it go somewhere else.
