Decent selection, management and senior staff are kind and knowledgeable but is overshadowed by the poor hires that are entirely too common. More often than not my experience has been poor or rude service and staff that simply have no idea what they are doing at all. If they only had more scruples or extensive training when hiring I feel this could be a nice store

Ive been buying my tobacco which is pipe tobacco cut like cigarette tobacco, 2 years. They have good prices.However Ive decided to quit smoking and I started buying E-Cigarettes.The only problem with that is they Do Not Honor Their Product.When the E-Cigarette does not live up to its description. 1500 puffs. The first one spring a week they do nothing about it but laughed said maybe the manufacturers will give you another one. The second one remind you these are supposed to be 1,500 puffs I would Puff five times and within a day itll be 100 puffs. I didnt even get 250 puffs and yet it was supposed to be 1,500 puffsI purchased two E-Cigarettes at $11.99 Plus Tax.They laugh and say oh no theres No Refund or CreditWhat I plan on doing is taking a Scale in with me next time. Ill see if they let me weigh every one of the E-Cigarettes.The Brand I want to Purchase.Because you see E-Eigarettes the Oil or Liquid Evaporate after a short Time. So have they been sitting in the shop for a month it evaporates. After a Time the Battery will even go dead.I dont like the idea of paying Full Price for a Brand New Product. It doesnt live up to its description. Old inventory is just that old inventory.That is Not New even though it has never been opened. Its still Old Product

Reading these reviews are horrifying. Makes u wonder if all the 5 star reviews are from friends and family because the 1 star reviews seem more detailed and not generic like the 5 star ones. To be honest Ive never been here but after reading the reviews I wont be going. You guys need to do better because u never know how many potential customers you lost just based on Google reviews.

Super nice workers and always very helpful. Just recently needed to restock my rolling papers and instead of having me call, order and come to the door they came out of the shop to me to take my order. Superb little glass selection too for anyone with a budget!

I will never come here again. I have been to this store 3 different times with several months between visits and I walked away empty handed all 3 times because of an employees attitude and rudeness who may be the owner because I believe it was the same person all 3 times. Youll recognize him soon after walking inside by the way he acts and talks like he thinks that hes better than everyone else, is rude to customers, and gives the impression that he grew up having everything he ever wanted handed to him and most definitely has never worked a days worth of hard labor in his whole life.

I bought a product that was defective and they did nothing to correct the issue,poor customer careif you ask me

Unfortunately you have to leave one star before you can leave a review. I’m assuming they are aware of the poor quality of the goods which they sell based on their zero return policy. Buyer beware the products are garbage and you will be stuck with them and out your money. Shop anywhere but here.

First off let me say that I have been a customer since the store first opened over by Roxy Cafe. I was in today (11/14/2018) to pick up a few things. My transaction was nearly complete when an elderly woman came in asking for help changing a tire. She looked frail herself and had her 80 year old father in the car and truly needed help. There were 3 grown men in the shop. 2 obviously were employees but the 3rd was just talking to the employee not waiting on me. The 2 that were conversing both said no they didnt know how to change a tire and the late 20s guy waiting on me just ignored her. Now I understand that they didnt HAVE to help them but it was just really crappy not to. Had my transaction not been processing Id have cancelled it to be honest. You didnt have to see that old mans face when his daughter told him nobody would help them. I did. And it made me SICK. You wont get another penny from me. Highly disappointed in you guys.

Good prices, huge selection, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Store smells nice and is arranged well with lots of walking space. Love going there!!

Prices are higher than Wild Bills. Service is not as adequate nor does the atmosphere feel welcoming.

Well I went in very excited and wondering what the tobacco shoppe had too offer cuz I normally go to wild bills. Well I went in and spent a bit of cash there and talked to the employees a little. I decided to buy a gift for a friend cuz I will say they have good prices but when I asked about the mystery $30 bags I was told its worth up to $60 to $80 of stuff and includes things they said are a starter kit for a smoker and includes a custom pipe unlike anything they sell. Raced home to find out they just put in the cheapest vape pen, a broken pipe, a $1 lighter, a fidget spinner and a fidget cube..... no idea but I felt very RIPPED OFF. Show up today to not even get money back but store credit. I was lied to about the bag big time and figured they would do the right thing. I walked in and they only kept pawning me off. The owner or who ever said no way would they take the bag back. He said he would only replace the pipe. My Pick? Nope he picked another super gernaric pipe that was totally meant for a girl. Safe to say Ill never go back here. Way to take care of your customers. I wasnt even rude and I guess thats why they felt they could do this. Wild bills always took care of me.UPDATE: Gave the vape pen to a friend since I had no use for it, didnt even work.
