Great coffee! Wonderful drinks! The only thing I think they could improve on is the time we wait in the drive thru. Its pretty slow, but worth the drink!!

I ordered a mocha mocha with skim with an extra shot of expresso. What I got was a nice hot chocolate. Not sure they misunderstood what I ordered in drive through or what. Disappointed to say the least. Could also have been a touch warmer. Must say Chelsea store does a much better job.

Frequent shopper here. Friendly staff. Opportunities: Service needs work, drive through is very slow and coffee is inconsistent. It’s not uncommon to spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive up. Coffee is made correctly 80% of the time but that 20% rate of error is unfortunate.

This place is by definition the reason my mom says to me in the morning he wants some coffee with your sugar but you know what their coffee is always amazing, delicious, and the staff is always smiley, friendly, and courteous

Lukewarm coffee on the way to work in the morning, nice. $15 for 3 cups of nasty no one will drink. I could have made it half made it better at home for like a dollar, why am I wasting my money.

Sunday am. Drive through. Three cars ahead of me and waited over 25 minutes! I consider that poor customer service and this is usual on a Sunday morning. The server at the window was great but could see she was stressed. More help needed or more machines to get customers through quicker.

Amazing customer service. I have always been greeted with kindness and smiles. Yesterday, was by far the best yet. They were appreciating customers, and my sister and I decided to go study. We stayed there for 3 hours and were approached by every single worker asking how are day was going or offering us fruit, cake, a ticket for a free taco from truck. They even apologized for being busy, with loud music outside playing, in case they were distracting us. Then offered us a drink they accidentally made extra of. We were not bothered one bit. I highly recommend going to this cozy establishment.

Nice little coffee shop. The coffee is fantastic and I especially like their fruit explosion muffic. While we were there we started talking to another couple that were enjoying their sandwiches, and they said they loved the sandwich there and they did look good. So we will be back!

This Biggby location is always the fastest and most friendly of all the locations in Jackson. I enjoy going and they are always super helpful. During the lockdown, theyve kept the drive thru line moving steadily and seem to have a fun atmosphere inside for employees.

6 people behind the counter drinking coffee and chatting as I stand waiting for someone to acknowledge me... say hello or something... finally after about 3-5 minutes someone asked to take my order...

I usually wait at least 10-15 mins through the drive thru which I’m not a fan of, anyWho I normally get a plain bagel and a coffee drink. Unfortunately they were out of plain which I was disappointed about, but hey stuff happens so I got an everything bagel which I’m not used to ordering. when I got to the payment window a nice young lady asked me if I had a biggby card I explained to her I do not and she offered me one which now I come to Biggby every day so which will be convenient for me to have. She then whispered to me that she actually found some plain bagels and she was able to make me one, I know it’s just a bagel but I was very excited to know that I would receive my plain one. She was very nice and I wanted to leave a very positive review for her her name is Hannah. All the girls there are very nice but she was a bit extra extraordinary today so I hope she gets recognition for this review. thanks Hannah you made my morning a bit better!

Went with my best friend for coffee by the fire, to take a break from holiday shopping. Loved it and will do it again.

So many yummy choices! Quick and friendly service at the drive thru. I love that you can view their menu online, making it easy to know what you want before arriving. I highly recommend the frozen German Mocha latte (chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and coconut) perfectly blended into one amazingly tasty treat!!

I love my Biggby - cant live without. Even in Winter I get a super frozen delightfully spicy, which is chai with cinnamon flavor and sprinkled cinnamon on top - but frankly there isnt a beverage here I dislike. I also highly suggest the Turkey Havarti bragel on an asiago bagel. Very delicious comfort food, but great for a breakfast too.

The new Golden Honey latte with oat milk is delicious.

Great coffee and fast service. Love their drive through. The frequent buyers card is pretty fantastic too. After buying ten coffees, your eleventh is free, but there are no restrictions on what that eleventh coffee is - size/price wise. Love the Teddy Bear, the White Lightning, and the Carmel Marvel. Also, they have really great chai tea and lattes.

Absolutely horrid service. The assistant manager took our order, and got confused when ringing it up and charged the drinks to the incorrect order. One order was supposed to be a large coffee and the second was 3 hot chocolates; but in her confusion she charged one large coffee and one hot chocolate. When we asked what we got charged for, she said one coffee and one hot chocolate. I guess you can split it between the kids if you want . Instead of offering to correct the order, she continued to say well, I got confused. I placed a follow up order for 2 more hot chocolates for the kids, and after waiting for 10 minutes, with no orders in front of ours, the same girl that took my order says what are you waiting on?. At this point Im very frustrated and I asked the assistant manager if there was a supervisor over her that I could talk to about the poor service. Her response was to walk away from me. Will NEVER step foot back into this place. Beware of the incompetent workers that they have hired to complete such a simple task as taking orders and making coffee/hot chocolate.

Waited in line from start to finish for over 10 minutes with only two cars in front of me. Person working the drive thru was very unfriendly and short. Not the job for someone that doesnt want to upbeat and interact with customers. Not impressed today BIGGBY!!!

I often refer to this as my Biggby as I will drive by several other coffee places to get to this one. The service is excellent and I feel like I am being waited on by a friend every time I am there. I also arrange meetings there because of the great environment, wonderful drinks, and friendly staff.

Great service and friendly people but way to pricey. $20 for a small latte and small tea with a bagel and 7 donut holes. Thats just crazy. Will not be going back but only for the cost.

2nd favorite coffee shop to hit. Always friendly baristas, always clean inside and out, fast and tasty drinks always served with a smile. The owners really care for the employees which makes for better employees!

Love their cinnamon and spice tea latte. Workers were very nice.

Group of friends met to hang out. Group got bigger than expected, we took over all the tables and chairs. Staff was attentive and pleasant the whole time.

A nice environment, spacious areas with places to plug in your laptop. A little bit uncomfortable seating but thats if you have back pain that creeps up once in awhile. Good place to hang out and work on your laptop or coloring with a friend! Coffee is awesome as usual, their selection of food is acceptable. Be careful you might find a favorite selection and youll have to go back time and time again to get it! He he! They even have a drive-thru! A Biggby in Spring Arbor, oh that is so awesome! Good place for college kids getting away from campus! Its far enough away where its not overrun by college kids rather they would have to drive to get there. So theres usually plenty of seating. Nice atmosphere, clean and calm.

Not my favorite one in town. They mess up my drinks a lot, but when they get them right, they taste wonderful. George is the best guy there, he pays very good attention to customers

Its good place to get your favorite coffees

Delicious, pricey, but the coffee is always sweet. Most mornings Im good with this, but sometimes I want to be able to taste my coffee without it being sickly sweet.

Great smoothies, great coffee, great environment. I know it is a fast moving job with a lot of things you need to do all at once. It would be nice to see some more positive smiles and conversations from employees, though. Not that its bad, just an observation. The donut holes and some other foods seem to be a bit overpriced. However, easy to get to location even with a slightly narrow drive-thru, delicious drinks, and clean store front makes this place an awesome go to. Not to mention the rewards you can get and the constant BOGO coupons!
