I was promptly greeted upon entering the store and after singing in to await my turn was allowed to browse the selection of glasses on display. I was called by a worker in about 15 minutes after arrival. The worker was very courteous and knowledgeable. My experience was a pleasant visit.

The glasses were quick, but it was $100 for 2 pairs of glasses, or $200 for 1 pair of glasses. I only wanted one pair, but I had to buy 2 pairs to save money. The anti-reflective coating is about $40 if you want that added on, and polycarbonate lenses are extra. You can get glasses here in an hour though if you have a prescription.

I went in about 3pm to put my name on the list to get eye glasses. I was seen about 3:45pm, picked my frames, paid for them. My glasses were both ready at 5:45pm for pick up. I am very pleased with the service I received from Eyemart.The sales person was so nice to me. She wore mask, encouraged me to use sanitizer, and we were distanced. We just stop by at 3 PM to look at the frames to see if we saw any we liked. They close at 5 PM. Apparently you cannot even look at frames without a sales associate and they said they had cut sales off for the day. Come on can’t even look at the frames to see if there’s any that you want.

So, I came because stanton optical said it would be 14 days to get my glasses. And they told me I would have to wait an hour and that they would call me. Its been about an hour now. And I am still waiting. So far has not been a good experience.

Went with prescription for eye glasses on a Friday. to closing were seen glasses were ready Saturday morning by a text but I stayed an hour away so I received my glasses Tuesday thru Fed-ex services a couple of days before they stated that they may be delivered, glasses fits perfectly and wear so amazing! A great deal on price, 2 pair for 1 price!!!

Although the place was crowded and the wait was long, the service was impeccable. The technicians knew exactly what they were doing and gave me wonderful advice to help me with my progressive lenses. The price was awesome and there were no hidden fees. If you have the time to wait, it is worth it.

They were incredibly professional, detailed, kind, and considerate.I was in a rush and this had to be the fastest glasses transaction I have ever had. We completed the transaction in less than 10 minutes and my glasses were made in 35 minutes. That is amazing!Top notch staff and top notch service!

Went in last Thurs to see about some glasses for my son. Got there at 5, when I walked in employee asked if I had signed in, I told her no not yet. She told me it was too late to see us, I have to sign in & wait to be called. I told her I had driven about 45 minutes to get there, she said you will have to come back another day. We went out to car, my husband went back in to ask her “how early do you have to get here to get your name on the list to be seen” Her response??? “9am.” In other words sign in & wait all day if you have to. We both work full time & can’t sit & wait all day in a lobby/in the car. We went down the street to another optical store, they saw my son immediately & I got his 2 pair of glasses for the same price I paid at EE 2 years ago. I can understand having to wait, but I’m there 2 hours before closing, she was very rude & just telling us to come back another day at 9am isn’t cutting it. Don’t know that I’ll ever go back there.

Mr. Denzeal was very nice and patient. He took the time to tell me about the type of lens that are available. I was also disappointed when I picked up one pair of the glasses I purchased a few days later because when I put my glasses on after I returned home, my family noticed that the fit was and still is lopsided. There also were a lot of hard specks of some type of debris and red marks all over the lens. They were very difficult to get off. No one has returned my call. Again, Mr. Denzeal was nice during my appointment. I just wish that once I returned to get my glasses that someone would have asked me to try my glasses on after they made sure that the glasses were clean before giving them to me. Eye Mart is the only place I have been to where the young ladies by the register job is only to talk and hand you the glasses. My experience would have been better if they had checked for cleanliness. I also think they should have someone checking to see if the fit is correct too like the previous place I had gone. Everyone was friendly but they need to make some immediate changes for efficiency.

If you are looking for a place that treats you like you you are bothering them, this is the place for you! I was banished to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes. When I called to find out how much longer it would be I was told at least another 30 minutes. Do not let these people waste your time like they did me. Go some where else!!!!

The lady who helped me was great!! So helpful and knowledgeable, I am well pleased with my glasses. I got sunglasses and no line bifocals, with the best lense. It was worth the extra price. I have not had any problems wearing my first pair of bifocals, I am amazed at the clarity, the lack of feeling dizzy that I had heard about. I highly recommend this location, but allow Yourself some extra time, unless You already know the type of frame You want. They have a lot to select from. If You dont see what You want, ask the sales person to show You what they have in the drawers. That is where we found mine!! I hope You will be as pleased as I am!!

The wait is always extremely too long. I drove all the way from Greenville,ms and was turned away at 1pm, because of the long waiting list.

I’ve visited this store off of I 55 a couple of times. The first time, I went in to pick up my son’s glasses and the associates were wonderful. They welcomed me and signed me in with ease. I didn’t have to wait long to receive the glasses and the associate who gave them to me was very intuitive. I went back a couple of weeks ago with my mother and the associate who ended up working with us was extremely nice. She informed us that she was new to Eyemart but she was so professional I wouldn’t have even thought it. She offered opinions and made sure my mother got exactly what she needed. I can’t remember her name, but if this gets back to her, I want to say thank you ma’am! You are absolutely a joy with a beautiful smile that can light up a room. I’ll definitely refer my friends and family to this location.

I came in for a quick pair of glasses during COVID-19. They really care about their customers and employees!! I was given hand sanitizer and reminded to wear a mask to enter. Only 10 people were allowed at a time so we were told to wait in the car until we received a text to come on in! They sanitized every pair of glasses that was touched and didn’t rush me to find my perfect pair of the wide selection that they have! (I even saw pairs for about $20!) They had my glasses made in 45 MINUTES!! I’m 36 weeks pregnant so time is definitely of the essence when I’m out and about right now. I really enjoyed their service and will be recommending my family and friends to go as well. I’d give more stars if I could lol

Given my existing prescription, the staff was friendly and helpful,explaining all options. The price for 2 pairs of bi-focals with one year damage protection was very reasonable, and the glasses were ready in just over an hour.The fitting was quick and the vision was great! Very happy customer.

I got a great pair of eyeglasses and, with a special promotion, my first prescription sunglasses for slightly more! The sales associates were great and very helpful, but the system for getting serviced needs a little work. If youre a new customer you dont know how to get help when entering and can miss the sign-in process, waiting needlessly. The selection of frames is good and priced competitively.

Gail, the Manager, is the Best!!! My Mother went to get her new glasses and got an attendant that had an attitude. My Mother left feeling unsatisfied when we went back up there Gail took care of her personally and made things right! She was understanding, compassionate, and just kind to my Mother.

I always purchased my glasses from Walmart right after my eye exam, but the vision center was closed due to Covid-19 and they were not sure when they will open. So, I walked into Eyemart,on July 3th 2020, not knowing if I need an appointment regarding restrictions or even their guidelines due to COVID-19, and they see me right away. Blessings!! Very clean and organized. They had sanitizer and disinfectant spray at every station. I was in and out after I tried on 10 pair. I even received a discount for being an essential worker. I received both pair of my glasses on July 6th. Very happy customer.

I have insurance for eye exam, glasses, etc., however, with insurance, as we all know, its hard in some cases, impossible to find a PPO Providers that accept your Insurance. EyeMart Express seems to be an in network provider for several insurance companies. The prices seems compatible, and reasonable. They offer several discounts on frames, etc. (depending on your insurance and the coverage). I tried to find a local provider. I couldnt find one in Meridian that would accept my insurance, therefore I had to travel Jackson. This was my first visit to EyeMart Express. The employess at EyeMart were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of the different insurane plans. There were various selection of name brand, and other brands of eyewear on display. With Covid -19 on the rise again the staff made sure special care was put in place with provision for social distancing, hand sanitizing and insuring the wearing of mask. To help make the customer waiting time as short as possible, a sign-in form made it possible for the customer to recieve a call, as they waited in thier cars. I was pleased with the service EyeMart provided for me. I hope in the near future EyeMart Express will consider adding a store location in Meridian, Ms.

Hey, do to the inconveniences of the pandemic of Covid-19. Eyemart Express made sure that everything was clean and sanitized. For the safety of their customers. Excellent job to the staff and thank you for thinking of our safety and that comes First!!

They were great they had coupons I used them I got some great glasses I love them and I will be returning wonderful staff just a great place and they didnt and it took over an hour though but I still enjoyed the company and the atmosphere thank you

I went in store at about 6:30 pm and they were schedule to closed at 7:00 pm. The young lady helped me, call and verified my insurance and got me out in no time. She was really nice. Glasses were ready the next day before noon. I will be purchasing there from now on.

Customer service is terrible. I spent an hour and a half watching people be serviced who came in after i did while staff walked around on their phones telling customers they werent busy. At the same time the woman at the front desk was telling people theyd have to return the next day...

I visited today to get my prescription filled and although I wasn’t able to get my glasses due to an error with my insurance, my experience was overall amazing. I’d had a stressful day but the workers’ attitudes kept me in bright spirits. Everyone was extremely helpful but what I love the most about this place is that the young lady I worked with was very informative when I asked questions and above all else, patient with me. If anyone wants to get glasses at reasonable prices with great customer service, Eyemart is the place to go!

I arrived at 9:15 this past Saturday and my name was on the list because they were only allowing 6 people at a time at Eyemart. So I waited. And finally called around 3:30 to ask how far down the list I was and the gentlemen said he would be calling me next . Never happen, so I walked to the door at 4:15 and the staff had customers in and no one came to the door because it was locked to at lease acknowledge me waiting. I decided to call and the lady stated that she was closed and that she can see me first thing Monday I told I couldn’t because I work12 hour shift which is the reason why I’m here on a Saturday she didn’t give 2 nuts about that. I’m disappointed because my time was wasted the lady on the phone Was rude and and I would never visit this place ever again.

The employees made us wait for 3 hours letting multiple people in after we had scheduled a meeting to go in! Then once we finally got inside they ignored us asking for help THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and sat another hour waiting on an employee to come in “from lunch”. HORRIBLE SERVICE

My two year old daughter needed glasses. Went to Walmart and they referred us to EyeMart Express. It was the BEST DECISION EVER. Cant thank them enough for putting a brighter smile on my baby face. She looks her new glasses.

I am updating this review to add this...I called today and spoke with the Manager and she assured me that this is not acceptable behavior from employees and she would address the situation! For that I am changing my review to 4 stars, because I do believe the manager and lab are great and shouldn’t lose service because of a few bad apples. I hope they keep this manager and that they all learn from her customer service experience and attitude!When ordering my glasses I had a very nice lady helping. She told me that it is protocol to tell everyone to allow 14 days for their glasses to come in, but let me know that I was more than welcome to call after about a week and they would be glad to check the tracking number to know for sure when they were almost in. Today has been 9 days since ordering my glasses so I called to check. The first person told me they would check yet they left me on hold for 30 mins and never returned back to me. I eventually just hung up and called back. The next person that answered got an attitude with me telling me that my promise date wasn’t for another 5 days and that I didn’t need to call unless I haven’t received them by this date. I explained what the lady had told me during the sale and asked if they could check to see if they had even shipped. She bluntly told me they haven’t (never taking the time to check). I will NOT use this company again nor will I recommend it to anyone!

I like how the store as been remodeled, it is easier to get around and pick out glasses frames. I didnt have to wait long to be help. They were very helpful and I had both sets of glasses in about an hour. The quality of my glasses are great and fit well. I would highly recommend Eyemart Express to everyone.

Great quality and awesome prices!! I have a very strong prescription so its common to spend at least $200 or more on one pair of glasses. Not only did I get two pair of stylish frames with polycarbonate, scratch resistant lenses, I got them for less than $150...and they were ready the same day! The only reason I gave them one 4 stars is because they need to do a better job of managing customers. Someone coming in to pick up glasses shouldnt have to wait along with the people coming in to purchase glasses. In spite of the crowd, the customer service reps remained professional at all times. Ill definitely be back for my next pair of glasses.

Upon arriving at Eyemart Express I found there was ample parking and I didnt have far to walk. This was my first visit tk Eyemart Express and boy was I anxious to get my new glasses. I had had cataract surgery in June on both eyes and my optometrist gladly referred me to Eyemart. As I entered the door all I saw was people standing and sitting, in every available seat, waiting to be seen or to pick up their glasses. My first thought was I should have gotten my glasses from my optometrist, which would have taken another week or two but I was greeted kindly and amazingly I was called to a desk and the worker was a talker and did try to upsale products but all I wanted was a pair of glasses so after giving her my prescription and the frame I picked she completed all information and told me within the hour. I thanked her and sure enough I had new glasses within an hour. I was satisfied with my experience and new glasses. Hats off to Eyemart Express for making my day.
