This is the best place I have ever been! The customer service is amazing. I am on Medicaid because of my health condition and I’ve always been treated less than when I was going to see other providers. The customer service was horrible and I was treated bad because my Medicaid insurance. It is the reason why I stopped going to my yearly examinations. Visiting this clinic was very last minute. I found this place on Google. They made me feel like I was a first class citizen. They made me feel important. I’ve never felt more invited, comfortable, wanted and cared about at a clinic until I came here!! I wanted to cry walking out of the clinic today. I even told my boyfriend! I said “For the first time, I didn’t feel like I was Medicaid.” Now he wants to go there and he’s not even on Medicaid!! They accept all kinds of insurance! Lol, I was so happy!

Had a visit this morning to have an eye infection treated. Dr. Hairston is wonderful, very thorough and knowledgeable with a kind approach. She also made sure to help defray cost of treatment by giving me a free sample of one med and giving me a coupon for another OTC med, which I appreciate. Staff is super friendly and professional.

The staff at EnVision Eye Care is very professional. I was scheduled for a September appointment but Arielle placed my name on a Priority List and got me in for an eye exam two months earlier (July). Once I arrived, everyone greeted me very warmly. I felt like I was a part of a family.As soon as I arrived there for my appointment, Ashley got my exam started. Outstanding customer service from Ashley! I was in the waiting area for maybe 2-3 minutes. It may not have been that long. Eventually, Dr. Barbara Van examined my eyes. She was an exceptionally great doctor. I’ve had many eye exams from my other places, but none as sound and professional as is Dr. Barbara Van.A few minutes later, I was with Earl. He got me fitted for the right pair of frames. He knows his stuff. He helped me select the right pair of frames that match my face and personality. Enjoyed my experience from the front office staff to the overall atmosphere. The staff were very professional, informative and didn’t mind addressing my questions and concerns. EnVision is one of the best hidden gems in Jackson.

Ive been a patient since 7 years, and still impressed with all of them from front desk to technicians to always professional and caring Dr. Hairston. She educates and has a calm and assuring personality. When I see her or any other doctor there, I feel taken care of. They have the technology for total eye care. Its about more than selling glasses and contact lenses. I highly recommend them.

Dr Van was very kind, thorough, and explained all of the tests. She also spoke about things to watch out for as we age. I was happy to hear that my vision hasnt declined since the last check-up.

I left without being seen. I will not do business with an office that will NOT honor my co-pay when they ARE a member of my insurance company’s network. They refused to accept my contact fitting co-pay claiming that they had to use the specialty fitting code, (not covered by my insurance), because I was a new patient. This is unethical and borderline insurance fraud. What is the purpose of a monthly premium if you are not going to honor what it pays when YOU chose to be in the network? You can’t use a specially fitting code and document a standard fitting. Just because you are an upscale “boutique” style clinic does not mean you should take people for money they didn’t receive a service for!! I know billing and coding and this is wrong!! I have contacted my insurance company about their actions and will be speaking to the Mississippi Medical Association on Monday! And my heart goes out to the lady in line in front of me that was being asked to meet her “family” deductible when she is the only person on her insurance. Hmmmm…..seems there is a theme here!!

My experience here was good and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I’m looking to forward to seeing what my future visits will be like. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen which is a plus in my book. Also looking forward to picking out my glasses.

I had a appointment with envision 10 aig 2021 at 0920 the staff after following procedure told me to come on in and start some paperwork which i was happy to do mind you it was 87 degress outside,Once i completed my paperwork the staff was very freindly and answered any questions i had. Dr.Van who saw me had tonstart from scratch since my last visit she was very patient with me as i had to wait 3 months to be seen, mind you that was the VA setting everything up. I would recommend envision to anyone that need glasses and or contacts, aces in my books.

This is my first eye appointment. Ive always been apprehensive about someone playing around with my eyes. I felt at ease from my initial contact with the staff who checked me in. Then comes Ms. Valencia who performed initial exams. She was extremely professional and patient with me. There was something about how she kept me calm while gathering the information and tests she needed. I thought I was scheduled to see Dr. Hairston and was disappointed to learn of her absence. However, I couldnt have been more impressed with Dr. Vans performance and attention to my serious eye needs. She was patient and calm while educating me on my specific concerns and prognosis.
