Overpriced as hell. Also, why put a promise date on the receipt if you’re not going to have the glasses there by then? All about their sales and trying to tack on tons of extra mess to make you pay more. After I do finally get my glasses I ordered through them, I will never be going back.

Just left after attempting to pick up the glasses I paid over $1,000for. The glasses came in with a completely wrong prescription.Two years ago I purchased glasses there and within a yearthe anti reflective coating starting clouding up. The following yearmy husband got glasses there and the bifocal rx wasincorrect. The staff there is nice, the docs are great butTheir supplier is THE PITS. No effort was made toexpedite the corrections, no apologies, just excuses. When I finallyget my glasses Ill NEVER purchase glasses there again.

My little girls glasses had arrived to the store and were sitting there for 5 days and no one bothered to pick up the phone and let us know they were there. I called about this and the receptionist said, Oh we have an automated system to do this for us and you should have gotten an email or phone call I told her that we did not get either and verified our information. People dont want automated customer service. Its poor business. My little girl went 5 days without the glasses she needs. We wont be back.

Extremely impressed how well they took care of both my elderly parents. And how smoothe the eye glass area went afterwards. Great place and great workers.

Really great eye Doctors and eye exams, but their glasses are not a large selection to choose from, are expensive, and thankfully I paid the extra 10.00 insurance on a set of glasses to cover for breakage, as this is the 2nd time I have had to take them in. My daughter has worn glasses since the 4th grade, and has never had breakage! Edit...I have been on hold for 22 minutes on the patient relations phone number on your website. This is the 2nd time. The staff was nice and the glasses are high notch, beautiful and up to par. Wouldnt mind going here again.
