Dr Johnson and the staff at Vision Works are exceptional. I had to make a medical visit to the Optometry dept. today and it was handled in a timely and very customer service friendly type of manner.

Very good experience, establishment pleasant, safe and clean. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this establishment if you are looking for professionalism and speedy service.

The people were amazing, the exam was great! I felt a little over charged; but it could be because my insurance sucks for purchasing glasses. 🤓

Most everyone is very rude and no help. After 2 weeks I called to check on the status of my new glasses. Didnt even get my name out of my mouth before she was telling me they were behind and itd be at least another week. How did she know? She didnt look it up. Just rude about it. Will NEVER go there again. Ill be looking for a new place, anyone got other recommendations?

Rip off. Misleading. Its is not a bargain and it doesnt have the great savings that it make you believe. You are better off to go to an eye doctor and take the prescription to Walmart. Do not recommend.

Everyone at Visionworks was very friendly and helpful. There was no wait time (I scheduled appointment online) and they got me in and out very quickly. Pricing wise with no insurance the visit cost itself was better than other places in town as well. They also put your PD on your paperwork which is helpful as most places you have to ask for your script/PD but they gave me mine as I left which I really appreciated.

I will be taking my eye care needs somewhere else. The customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere. The staff was very unfriendly and zero help. Glasses came in with scratches on the frames. I had those sent back and had to wait another 2 weeks. I havent been able to wear them anywhere because I cant see. I also ordered contacts which took over 2 months to receive. I was told they would be shipped to my house. That never happened and sat there in office no telling how long because they never even called to tell me they was in. Long story short, I will not be back.

Doctor was very informative and took time to explain my condition and was very professional. The young lady that helped set up my husband and my order for glasses was very informative and patient while we made our decision. We will definitely go back to Vision Works for our eye care.

Im very impressed with the way this place handles their customers and how they upkeep the store. The store is very tidy and neat so when you walk in, its refreshing from the start. They took my right away for my exam and the woman who checked me in and did my first half of the eye exam was so lovely. She was very sweet to my four year old daughter and was very nice about me having my three month old with me. The optometrist was incredibly nice and she had a great presence about her. She came in literally once I sat down so there was no wait. When I picked out my glasses they had a big selection. The process of buying the glasses and lenses was quick and the lady who checked me out was so sweet. I had an amazing experience here and will highly recommend this place to everyone

Had extremely positive experiences every time I have come here. Im a college student & had a screw pop out of my glasses twice. Both times they were super helpful and kind when I came in with my frames, and fixed the glasses. My frames ended up breaking and they switched my lenses into new frames that I bought. They did it each time for free & were really sweet and friendly while helping me!

Very bad experience .glasses prescription arent right of of course this is the second pair. they dont work either when I wear them I get sick and its blurry theyre trying to convince me its fine its my eyes needing to get adjusted I think 2 weeks of adjusting should be enough and Im tired of being sick. so I can see went down to the dollar store and bought readers theyre the best glasses compared to the ones I got at visinwork . That are now in my drawer sitting bear I should just throw them out

We have continued to receive wonderful customer service at the Jackson location! The employees helped us pick out great glasses several times. They work very good with children. I had to get glasses after having lasik 15 years before. They have continued to work with me to find contacts I can wear after my eye shape was altered. The staff and doctors are just wonder!

Purchased two pair of glasses earlier this year and then several months later went back for repairs (lens popped out on one when I dropped them) and the other needed adjustment. They quickly got to my glasses and was out in no time. Very friendly. Great customer service.

I am a truck driver who ran out of contacts on the road. I was several hundred miles from home and really had no clue when I would get there to see my doctor. I needed a new prescription and was lucky enough after searching for 3 weeks to find these lovely ladies. They got me in and took great care of me...

My name is Es Williams and when I tell you this place is great I mean this place is great! The staff is nice and friendly and they will take care of you! The wait is not long at all, as soon as you walk through the door, you get greeted with the most kindest staff in the world. I took my son here to get his glasses and they are going to be ready by the next day!! Most of the time you have to wait 2 or 3 weeks but not here! I have been with visionworks for years. But this experience was by far one of the best experiences I have encountered. I am considered legally blind with out my glasses the Visionworks staff made sure I received the best deal and also they made sure I left the store with something on my eyes. I love Visionworks just make sure you are willing to spend money on good quality glasses.

I called to see if they had my particular lenses in house. I was in luck, Kim told me to come on in.Upon arrival, Megan (Meaghan?) greeted me. I quickly picked out frames, she took my pd (pupillary distance) and said they would be ready in about a half of an hour.I went out to my car, and about ten minutes later,she calls and my glasses were done.I got forty percent off, got them made in about ten minutes, maybe less, and I was thrilled. The least expensive glasses I have ever had besides my flight glasses when I was active duty Navy.If you dont come here for glasses, well... Excellent is all I can say about them!

Exam and staff in back are 5 star... people in front 1 star. Took over a week to get my glasses, the bifocal was set too high, right in the middle of line of vision, when I told them it was too high, I was told I was wrong. I returned a week later with my old glasses to show them it was 1/4 inch too high they still tried to tell me it was set correct for where I wear my glasses, after I showed them that I had to set the glasses down on my nose in order to see because of the bifocal line they finally agreed to replace. Its now been over 2 weeks and glasses are not in yet. I will not be a return customer.

I have been dealing with eye doctors since I was 5 when I started wearing glasses and Ive been to plenty of them but this place, visionworks, is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! :) I went there yesterday which was 2 days before Christmas and I could not see, my contacts ripped and my glasses broke(kids lol)and i was terrified that i would go in and come out not being able to see my kids faces on Chritmas like when i went to Americas Best, or Americas Worst as I call it! All of the women there were sweethearts, I was 15 mins late because of holiday traffic and I was so scared that they would make me reschedule but they didnt, the optometrist there is the best, I didnt even have to say anything, she came in telling me that when I leave from there I will be able to see, maybe not perfectly but she said she will get it close, but when I left there I was seeing 20/20 out of my trial pair contacts! :) it was worth every penny i paid, which wasnt as bad as i thought since i wasnt using insurance! She gave me my prescription which I dont think any eye doctor has given me in years, because they want me to have to come back to them and get contacts and glasses through them, but the doctor at visionworks, they care about you being able to see and not spend a fortune! I have nothing but awesome things to say about visionworks and they deserve everyones business! Please spread the word everyone! :) Im guilty of just posting a review when its negative, and I forget to post the positive reviews of places Ive experienced but this place, I had to give them a rave review! Visionworks is my new place for sure! :)

Waiting even with an appointment. Bathrooms were filthy, toilets had mold growing in them, mens & womens. Floors hadnt been cleaned in months. Waiting again to pay.

Good deal fast and easy process

I had to go back a second time because the first prescription was far too strong for me. I called 10 minutes before 6 and was advised that it was fine to stop by for a re-check. I had to go home from work to get my prescription and my glasses and I told them this. Once I got there I was told that the doctor left because he had not seen any patients in the last 30 minutes, even though I was told that they see patients up to 7 pm. The tone of the sales person was rather rude and condescending as he asked me if he should call the optometrist to have him turn back. What a waste of my time! I have been to VisionWorks when I lived in Texas and it was the complete opposite experience of what I went though with these people. Now I have to go back for a third trip this morning.
