Had the pleasure of visiting this facility today (25 OCT 21). First and foremost, their COVID-19 awareness is off the charts as is their cleaning regimen. I was waited on by Maria and Rhonda, both of whom were customer service rockstars and made sure all of my questions were answered (with the best, uplifting attitude Ive seen in a long time!)Would recommend these fine folks to any and everyone!

Great service! Doctor was very informative and made sure I understood all of the issues with my old eyes. The rest of the staff were very helpful and I felt as if I had made new friends! My appointment was on Thursday and my glasses with my new prescription was back by Tuesday! I have never gotten glasses back so quick! I highly recommend Pearle Vision of Jackson, Michigan.

Had the best experience! Went to a different Dr for an eye exam, purchased my glasses at pearl vision. Wrong prescription. Went back to other Dr for recheck. Pearl vision remade my glasses. Still wrong prescription from other Dr. Just seen Dr Bashir at pearl vision. Wonderful Dr. They are remaking my glasses again. The girls in the store are super friendly and very helpful! I will definitely be recommending.

Ordered a pair of regular glasses and a pair of sunglasses.9 days later I was called and notified the lab messed up. They sent what was supposed to be the regular glasses, but turned them into sunglasses. They did not send the sunglass or eyeglasses I ordered. They did give me the mistakenly made sunglasses though, so thats cool.Overall, if not for the snafu, I would rate 5/5. All of the store employees are great. The store is clean. But I would like my order to be made correctly, even if I received a free pair of sunglasses. This was explained that it was the lab that messed it up, not the specific store.

Thank you for your great service at Jackson Pearle Vision! The place is clean, staff is friendly, and service is top notch. I recently bought a new pair of expensive glasses and one of the pieces fell off the side. This made the glasses loose and I had to put the old duct tape on them to be able to wear them. Kelly was extremely helpful. She ordered me a new pair right away. The glasses came in quick and the exchange was easy. I would definitely recommend going here.

Had my appointment set for months and now three days before appointment, they need to cancel because the doctor retired suddenly out of nowhere.

Both Maria and Kelly have gone more than out of their way and are amazing. Im from Grand Rapids and have never met them in person. They have bent over backwards to help 🅰 West MI patient get the help and direction needed due to being lost somwhere in 🅰 vast system. They checked in with me every single step of the way. They checked in to update me even just to say we havent forgotten and will have Kelly call us shortly. Apologized for 🅰 short wait foe 🅰 return call. I hadnt ben able to get 🅰 return call with 🅰 status update for 30 days on the status of my glasses. they checkedbin with me to apologize foebtaking so long to call the same day I explained the issue. that is the customer service Ive always experienced with Pearl Vision in the past . delays at 🅰 lab r understandable. they made me feel seen and heard. I had about given up. they exceeded any hopes I had left, let alone any expectations. I dont have enough words to express my gratitude and appreciation. the world needs mor people like Maria and Kelly everywhere. thank us both so very much! us didnt have to help someone uve never met that is all the way across the state. I honestly feel like u saved me. and, it means the world to me.Thank u both!

Would not recommend this place in the slightest. Purchased a Groupon coupon for a free exam and sunglasses up to $275 and confirmed that this would be accepted upon booking the appointment a month ago. Showed up at the appointment today and after the exam they CHARGED ME $65. I showed them the coupon and they stated that they don’t accept Groupon, she then proceeds to offer me a percentage off on the glasses that I chose. This place is highly overpriced on frames, and lies to get you to book an appointment. Waste of time and would not recommend, Walmart or America’s Best beats this place by far.

I have been so pleased every time that I have been I to Pearle Vision. They always make sure to help me and answer any questions that I have. Last time I was in due to an incident with a dog and my glasses, Kelly was more than helpful and helped me pick out a new pair of beautiful glasses!

My husband and I had eye exams at Pearle Vision in Jackson today and had and had a great experience. Beside the thorough eye exam, we had a lot of fun with Kelly and Maria who helped us choose our frames and worked with us on all the paper work and technical issues. I loved the entire experience. My daughter has not had her vision checked before, so we went together to get both our eyes checked. The newest technology helped make the testing easy and less intimidating for her. The staff (Kelly), Dr. Tina and every single person working there were fantastic in helping us get through the process quickly, efficiently and we both found the perfect new eyewear for us. There were so many choices of frames and contacts we both left with happy!! We will definitely be back to have our future exams done at Pearle Vision!!

I had an awesome experience at Pearle Vision. Dr. Fayos is very professional AND has a great sense of humor. She genuinely cares about her patients, not like a giant facility where patients are just numbers. Kelly and Karen are wonderful and were very helpful. I have insurance, but they went out of their way to work with me to keep costs low. I have definitely made Pearle vision my primary optician. You wont be disappointed.

The staff there were all nice. They were patient with me, and even helped, while I took forever trying to pick a pair of frames. Eye exam was comfortable and somewhat entertaining. In the end, they made sure my glasses fit by making several adjustment. The glasses feel great to wear now. Good quality frames too.

After being in a car accident and needing new glasses quickly, I was having trouble finding places to take me in immediately. Pearle Vision scheduled me within the day, and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they even put a fast order on my glasses so I got them quickly, as I was running on an old prescription and needed them as soon as possible. All in all a really good experience.

Very easy to get to good parking..located just inside the Mall.. The office staff at Pearle vision are great, Karen is the best shes very pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and patient with helping you find the right product for you. The doctor could be a little better in the way she talks to patients, a condescending tone and being snotty to your patients will drive away business.

Kelly, the store manager at Pearle Vision in Westwood Mall, Jackson, MI, did a fantastic job solving an ongoing problem I had had with a pair of glasses I had purchased at that store last summer. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. She took care of my issue with my eyeglasses frame in less than 24 hours. I will be returning to this store for any future prescription eyeglass needs.

October 10th still no glasses from dropping them off September 16 th... Please dont go here for your childrens glasses. Are you going to take the chance your child will be next one and have to go so long without glasses??? First they were rude to me in front of my children after only asking a couple questions, and secondly it is taking almost 4 full weeks for a warranty replacement. I see other people had good experiences? lucky for them if the reviews are not written by the stores employees there is only one review next to there name? Dont take the chance on getting bad customer service or having to wait a month like we did when there are less expensive, quality eye glass retailers in Jackson...

These ladies were amazing!! They made me feel so relaxed and they were so sweet! They made the experience so layed back. I felt like I was just having a good time with old friends. I loved it! Michelle and Karen treated me like I was a friend and a client. They werent pushy, they were kind and fun and honest. Dr. Fayos was amazing. She was nice and efficient and professional without being detached which I find a lot of doctors are. I had a great experience! They went out of their way for me. So far this has been a terrific experience. Kelly set up my appointment with a great doctor and they both understood my past frustrations. I dont have my new glasses yet but Kelly has gone out of her way to insure I had the best service possible.
