The internet says 10pm and their door says 10pm but they always close at 9:50pm. When I worked retail we kept the doors open until the actual closing time.

This is a review for the pharmacy. Went to get my flu shot with my partner. The pharmacist did not use gloves and used his bare finger to stop the blood from the wound after the shot. He didnt even wash his hands between giving shots. Highly hazardous and hoping I didnt catch anything from any previous shots the pharmacist gave.

Service has always been great Ive never had a problem when Ive asked for help but Ive never had anyone to offer me help without having to ask.

I called on a Saturday morning to check on a prescription . The prescription was called in the previous year in November. My mom stated that they never called her for the prescription. Mom has used this pharmacy for years and she likes it. My experience as her daughter is different. I believe they need more help. I called to check on a prescription and it took 15 min to answer my questions.

Manager on duty right now 8/1/2019 Meadowbrook in Jackson MS 9am shift is at the cash register but not acknowledging customers when they walk in. He also did not say anything to me while I’m waiting there to have my items rang up. He finally called the name of a nice lady working over at a distance with gloves on.The manager could have said something simple like “ma’am someone will be right with you to ring you up instead of just having me stand at the counter, not say one word. When I said “HI”, he never turned around. He just waited about 30 seconds before he called the cashier to come to the counter. He is rude and if he does not like his job which is Customer service retail management, he should leave for someone who will appreciate that position and is a people person.

I moved back to MS 5 years ago. I started using the same pharmacy I used where I used to live and found the greeting I received there very offensive. So I started going on Walgreens. Ive found them very friendly and have gotten to know the staff and they know me. I find no problems and always helpful service.At the rate of money and time I spend there, I should own part of the chain of Walgreens.

Cashier lady was extremely rude.
