Id like to give it a 4.5. The food was extremely tasty. The ambience and service were strange to rough. Id give them a break because this is their backend location, but the only spot where you can get the delightful crepes.Orders:Smoked salmon crepe. Very sad it came out to our table in a to-go box for no apparent reason. The server looked like she was moments from a break down. The crepe did not look good. But it and the side salad were remarkable. A delight to eat. The salad was a little too costco-spinachy. But the walnut-olive combo created warm feelings within me. The tiny potatoes in the smoked salmon crepe thrilled me.Pistachio cake. It deserved to win best dessert of 2015. A multi-chapter journey through pistachios, cake, and black currants. Topped with delectable white chocolate shavings.Tiny chocolate for $2.50. Delightful!

Such a large variety of desserts! They are soo yummy too! They also serve espresso, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.

The most wonderful patisserie and chocolate. Very small unit with a few tables inside and out. I challenge you to try a cake and not walk out with many others to try!

First, I have never been in the shop but my friend purchased truffles from here for me as a gift.They are delicious and absolutely delightful to eat and look at!The Saffron and Vanilla, and Vanilla and Lime are perfect.This is worth driving to Wyoming to enjoy.

Nice place, great chocolates and coffee. The owner can be a little abrupt sometimes (but in an artistic way :), and like most places in Jackson their casual staff can be hit and miss on the service front.

Ordered a Balance Entrement cake for my daughters 15th birthday. It was as delicious as the cake I ordered from Atelier Ortega for my baby shower 15 years ago. The cake was a perfect combination of a myriad flavors and a marvel to look at. I have never, ever had a better cake.

Terrible lunch waited 20 minutes for crepes that were not good. The prosciutto and Brie - prosciutto sliced so thick and seemed old. Brie not even melted. I asked for a small coffee and got a large. When I complained about how long it took (they said 10 min), the reaction was “it’s no worries - it’s almost done”Do not recommend

We had a few of the truffles, and they were excellent. Will definitely go back! Service was great too.

A little over priced and did not taste fresh. We did show up 30 min before closing. But everything looked beautiful.

Favorites were whiskey, Mexican, and pistachio.

We got egg croissants to begin with and they were melt in your mouth delicious. We also ordered a chocolate mousse crepe and a coconut crepe and, as someone who has had a LOT of crepes from a lot of places and big cities- these were the best crepes we ever had. Also their macarons are made fresh in the restaurant and are perfect. Will be visiting again before our vacation ends.

Oscar Ortega is a genius, and an amazing artist! I bought a box of chocolates on a cross-country trip, and I will baby them all the way back home to share them with friends and family! I also bought some macarones and chocolate covered orange peels...those barely made it to Idaho. We ate them right away! Delicious! You should definitely plan to visit this store if you are going to or through Jackson Hole!

Beautifully crafted desserts with an even better taste! So much time and love is put into each piece, you can definitely taste it! Somewhat expensive but considering all of the time that is put into the work, it is completely understandable and could even be called cheap! Great people, great atmosphere!

Oscar is amazing! Best chocolate, best desserts, and best hot chocolate ever. I keep buying tins of his Mexican Hot Chocolate blend; its my favourite holiday treat. His pineapple terrine is to die for.Luca Diana doesnt know what theyre talking about.

Superb work!! We were very impressed with the desserts, ambiance and coffee! It’s a must stop for anyone traveling to Jackson Hole. The young gentleman who served us today around 12:00 noon gave excellent customer service as well.

Staff are incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgable about allergens. Chocolates and baked goods are incredible and the coffee is phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Good chocolate but if youre in a mood for a cup of hot chocolate forget it. Their hot chocolate is a bit of bad tasting cocoa powder in a cupful of hot water for $4. McDonalds can do better than that.

This is hands down the best chocolate, gelato, and macarons I have ever had. Make this a place to stop by and and say hi to the manager Kobbi. She is amazing!!!

I beg to differ on the hot chocolate. The Mexican hot chocolate is exceptional. My sister has me send it to her on the East Coast and Im send some by request in a care package to California for finals.

My daughter brought me some Atelier Ortega chocolates from Jackson Hole where she and my son-in-law were on a ski vacation. They were superb, and unfortunately gone in two days. I called to place a large order of them and have them shipped to me. The shipping company was not too gentle on the delivery and a few of the Mendiants arrived crushed. Atelier Ortega made things right crediting me for the damaged chocolate. The chocolates that arrived in perfect shape were the most delicious and beautiful confections you could ever imagine. This place is a winner and if you are in the area, stop in for their pastries as well!

A unique experience from a world renowned Chocolate Pastry Chef in little Jackson Wy.What a find, buried in a industrial area, this was like finding long lost treasure.This is a European like experience and for those with the pallet, stand by to be wowed.We had the hot chocolates the first day. Yum.Candies the 2nd day. Yum yum.And crepes the 3rd day. Yum, Yum, Yum!Go and experience chocolate from another perspective and discover what world class truly is.

The chef is a genius. Im not normally one for pastries, but for my wife I tried it and was blown away.

Prices are a little steep, but the quality is never disappointing.

My husband spoiled me with some chocolates from here for Valentines day and then again for our anniversary. I love desserts and chocolates so I was so excited to try these fancy chocolates out. The chocolates that came in the box were hit and miss. These are some unusual flavors for me, some I liked very much, others were just o.k. The chocolate mousse cup was a huge win, amazing!The chocolate eclair was o.k. not my favorite, the pastry dough seemed a little flat to me, and I prefer the normal white pastry cream instead of the chocolate. The chocolate cake was delicious, although messy with the cocoa powder on top, and hard to eat without a fork. This place is pretty expensive, but also it has some really tasty chocolate. Save your money for the stuff you like best.
