I stopped in to get my ring inspected and cleaned and they are always friendly and nice

This store closes at 5pm instead of 7 and it’s not advertised anywhere.

I came in with my girl to browse and see what she liked. They asked if I wanted to make a account there, the ladys name was Connie. I said sure, but i have no established credit and i dont want to apply for a credit card. She said there wasnt going to be mail sent and it was not for an application credit card. It sets up an account with or without credit. I said okay and turn around and I get exactly the opposite of what she said. If this lady thought it wouldnt catch her, she was wrong. I was considering buying from here at a later time. Forget that, if you have to lie to me and then my girl in front of our faces, you dont deserve my time, money, or a positive rating. This is poor sales practice and just sad.
