The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to service. We just purchased an amazing Kubota BX1880 with loader and we couldn’t be happier. The staff stayed late to help us and we went a couple times to make sure we were buying the equipment we needed and wanted. Each time we were there the staff were friendly and treated us so kindly. They explained things to us and answered our many questions. We got to test drive the tractor and we are super satisfied with our experience. I couldn’t be happier with our tractor and the amazing people who helped us at Kings Equipment. This isn’t the first time I’ve done business with them either. I bought my husband a weed whipper for Father’s Day a few years back. I had no idea what to get him and they were patient with me and helped me buy a high quality item. It still works wonderfully today. I look forward to do more business with them in the future.

Well I had to be certain and now its fixed I can comment. Now I dont know about the kabota or rental but the Sthil dealer side im not happy. 4 weeks ago a bought a new fs70r trimmer. It was under power not running well made a noise of squeal I never hear befor but ok maybe fuel issues. Dumped fuel out put fresh 50:1 tried to pump primer would not. On to of that the fuel tank was was under pressure I found this was not normal. I was upset since the guy that sold it to me put fuel in it and started it befor I left. So I took it another sthil center to get it fixed. I was informed they couldnt make a warranty claim due to they felt it was tampered with and didnt fall under defects. This is impossible it was brand new never used. They told me to take it back to were i bought it at.. Anyway I was NOT going to fight about it. Since the warranty was invalid I decided to take it apart. A one way check valve for primer ball fuel pump sthil calls them failed. It was allowed air to pass and fuel to flow backwards. New carburetor later.. Its fine though its fixed and im happy with it. I was deeply troubled by the fact of being played as the monkey in the middle. I was not going to fight who was right or wrong. I just wanted a trimmer that worked. There is something wrong but out of control I was not going to put myself in a position were I lose either way. This was a life lesson on how unaware you are. Im not placing blame but felt they should know what took place. Salesman ocaiderwood is on the receipt for $316.91 Dont contact me talk to him. I will not fight with them. Im in there records. I hope that this will help to prevent anything like this happening again. Thanks

Im not sure which of your locations has been helping my father out, but I wanted to take a minute to tell you how appreciative we are for all your assistance with his tractor purchase and follow-up support after the sale. He has raved about the buying process and the gentleman that delivers the equipment out and goes over all the functions and such. Hes bought some implements after the fact and the experience has been just as great. If he had a computer, I know he would leave this review himself. It just makes us all happy that hes had such a great experience with your dealership and the workers. Oh, and he LOVES his Kubota. Keep up the good work and thank you for taking care of him.

Stopped in for front axle seals and a oil filter for my Kubota tractor. They had everything in stock and had a lot of new tractors on the lot. This place is well stocked and clean. I definitely will be back in the future

I had a good experience renting from Kings. Frank in rentals was helpful in suggesting the right piece of equipment for the job and was super responsive. I would rent from kings again in the future

Drove over an hour after a long discussion on a used rtv 1100. When I arrived and test drove it the machine it had a weak transmission that the salesman was fully aware of but failed to disclose beforehand. Plenty of other dealers out there. Choose wisely!

I had been waiting a month for parts from another place but gave up. I called kings and they had my parts in stock. When I went to pick them up the associate had everything ready that I needed including a parts diagram on how everything fit together. They went above and beyond what I ask for. Hope they do well.

Not exactly. Yes, within minutes of seeing the review there was action but that doesnt explain the inaction in the weeks prior to my review.I bought a used Kubota tractor and wanted to have it checked out so I called this facility and spoke with Brandon. He was very accommodating on the phone, acted like they could give it a quick look while I waited but if not they would get right at it. Again, very accommodating (on the phone).When I got my tractor there he said something like, unload it, were busy without moving off his stool. I did so, unloaded my tractor and at some point, I mentioned that I was interested in learning more about new tractors relative to what I had, as well as financing, etc. I got some information and left with Brandons business card. I sent him an email within a day or two to remind him that I expected to be informed before being charged for anything. I didnt get a reply so I waited a few days, maybe a week, and sent another email. I checked the email address Id been using. It was the one printed on Brandons business card. After some time with no replies from Brandon, Kubota, etc. I discovered the email address on Brandons business card wasnt his actual - correct email address. His email address uses the entire word equipment but on his business card it shows the email address with part of the word, equip. The end of the word ment was not on the business card...I guess Im the only one who ever emailed this guy to that point. Unnecessary negligent/incompetent delays already.Now that the email fiasco was behind me I still wanted to be a good customer and wanted to be confident in this facility so, optimistically, I waited for word on my tractor...and waited...and waited. Finally, I went to Google, clicked on one star and within minutes I was contacted with the information I was seeking about my tractor. I was there to pick it up with in minutes of that. When presented with the invoice total, I explained that I wasnt happy. Brandon ever so slightly discounted the inflated fees and mentioned the reason for charging customers for checking out their equipment was because sometimes they have to make parts, hoses etc to attain specific findings on potential issues. This was not the case with my tractor. It seemed like they parked it out back and were waiting for me to buy a new one. I paid the invoice for whatever it was they said they did and I went outside to load it. Brandon came out a few minutes later and sheepishly asked about the one star review. I explained that I hadnt been given the simple courtesy of contact about what he claimed was going to be such a simple process. The only contact Id received from Kubota was from a salesman. Also, by hitting the one start review and getting almost immediate attention 3 weeks after Id dropped it off was telling.Summary:I called wanting to have my used tractor checked out, Brandon made it seem like no big deal, almost effortless to look it over and give feedback, guidance, etc. That is, until I picked it up, TWENTY ONE DAYS LATER and was ambushed with the bill after specifically telling them I expected to be informed before they spent my money. The email address fiasco (incompetence) cost me time and chaos I shouldnt have had to incur - deal with in any way. Their poor business practice of stalling on my tractor so they could sell me a new one was exactly that, poor business practice. They say one thing to get customers in the door then do another thing. They over promised and undelivered.
