The parts man was very helpful. He did not have the part and he found another place that had the part in stock. Even though the other store was not a john deere store he called and had them hold the part for me. I will go back..

Called about a skid steer they have listed for sale and request some information on it8-17-2018. I’ve talked with two people there and got little to no help. Requested a video of the machine starting/running (only bc I live out of state and was going to have it shipped) and the video I got was useless. It looked as it was taken with a old flip phone. I requested another video but he never replied. The other sales guy said he would get what I needed on Monday when came back to work. It’s tuesday 8-21-2018 and I haven’t heard a word from either. I guess being a JD owner of 5 machines in 10 years don’t mean anything.

Great service and helpful staff. Always been willing to order parts and get them here in a reasonable time often not the cheapest part prices but thats not the dealers fault.

Knowledgeable staff, did not try to upsale me actually sold me a cheaper model that meet my needs.

Always get the same boy waiting on me, walks like he has something stuck up his backside or a hurt back. Think his paw owns it cause hes got the silver spoon way about him. He does take the time to show me whatever I want so 5 stars for customer service. Ridiculously high on everything so 1 star for that. Averages 3 stars.

But would not take my quarters even though I bought a $600 Backpack Blower Stihl but the guy at the counter took $60 worth of my quarters but the owners would not so will not be going back there unless I made warranty work done to the owners already know that they can kiss my butt but the man at the counter needs a raise he went beyond and above the Call of Duty
