Overall this is an interesting shop for someone who is into videogames. They have a lot of interesting items that wont be found anywhere else. My main problem is a lot of items are not priced, so you have to ask for a price, which is a major annoyance. I was able to come away with a couple items from stopping here, so I will be back to check them out again in the future.

Kids were welcome, store was clean, lots of different items for a fair price.

Have some interesting new and old gaming merchandise but beware of quality they do not verify if its working. Make sure to use within 7 day of purchases or you cannot return it. Also I thought the custom service was very poor the salesman hardly made eye contract made it very awkward and pretty sure he knew the used PS4 controller he was selling me was not in working condition. He was very shady and not the best to talk to all around. Would recommend going there only because may have a old game or console you want but go home and try it out first thing so you can return it if it doesnt work! I will not be giving them my business again rather just go to Disk Traders!

Ive had them repair several gaming systems of my kids and they take care of them all time.

This store is like wish in real life! The same fake Pokémon cards and games you can get off wish is what you will find here but prices are marked as if they were real products. Everything is fake or bootlegged. Also Im pretty sure the devils assistant has better customer service. I will never come back here again ill just stay going to dollars gaming.

My sons Xbox broke, days after his Birthday and 2 days before Christmas. (Most presents pertain to Xbox) I called and they were able to get it repaired with in 24 hours! So professional and quick. Very pleased!

Good people but terrible service, I tookMy PlayStation there and the guy took it saying he could fix it, finds out, a week later he hasn’t called, so I call them and he said oh sorry I was supposed call you but I don’t have the right harddrive for this and that my power button didn’t work which it didn’t but it would only turn on with a disc in it, he said ok and after this he was supposed to keep working on it and it was like another week later he didn’t CALL, and I called and he said I was supposed to call a few days ago and never did. Terrible.

Me and my siblings broke our xboxs,ps4, iphone screens, batteries. and they fixed it and after they fixed it nothing else was wrong with it when they fixed it the first time and now this is our 4th or 5th time getting it fixed i would recommend and they get it done really quick.

Terrible, went multiple times. Bought a original NES that was broken. Bought switch joy cons that were broken. Never going back, dont waste your time or money.

I have never bought anything thing but will stroll through anytime I find myself in the crossings. They have such a wide variety of consoles and games from my childhood that the nostalgia is real! If you are looking for that feel, I am sure they have the game or console you seek, and if not, they can get it! They also repair them, so keep that in mind.

This is a great place.And trust me when I tell you they are very cheap! Games are very affordable. They also have old arcades you can either buy or play on. Great place and staff are great! Have a little of everything.

Very cool addition to the Crossing. They got tons of older and vintage gaming stuff here.

EXTREMELY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!: I’ve been in here multiple times, every time they’ve been rude as hell. Most recently I Tried selling my PS4 to them and The guy at the counter was extremely pretentious. When I declined his offer for my PS4 he rushed me out of the door and gave me a cable back for it that wasn’t even mine so now my ps4 doesn’t have a power cable. Don’t shop here. Let them go out of business you can tell it’s only a matter of time

Shady!! Brought in my like new tablet to see if they could remove password my son put on. Was little skeptical because the way he presented himself and looks of store. ‘Oh sure we can remove no problem, $30 bucks take me 2 days’. My tablet is secure in original box, he even opens to see if he had charger for it. Yes I do no problem. Like I said had witnesses. I don’t even live in Jackson didn’t come back until about 5 days to give him time. Couldn’t understand why he hadn’t called me. Thinking getting my tablet back and running 😮 First the employee couldn’t find, so he calls manager-owner whoever he puts me on phone. ‘Sorry mam your battery exploded.’ I’m like ok why didn’t you call me? He said he did. No he did not!! I Have voicemail & caller I’d. And I hadn’t even opened to look at my tablet yet. So he proceeded to tell me he could replace battery too. I was like umm no I just want my tablet. He hangs up I open my tablet box which protects it very well, to find my damaged tablet. 😡😞 Opened in front of employee, he said I’m sorry I know nothing I just work here. I want manager back on phone he wouldn’t call. I asked for his phone number he said I can’t give you that call tomorrow he will be here. So I did, and let’s just say wasn’t very pleasant. Of course I’m upset he’s trying to tell me I brought in a broken tablet to fix password, they didn’t damage it. The battery did that to it. No burnt smell what so ever. Like really guy???? Just unbelievable!! He said some unkind words I just hung up because he already made it clear he wasn’t gonna make it right with me. Tried to tell me I came in alone, that I had no witnesses ( and I did). My loss but I will share on all my social media’s and my 2000 gamers & phone peeps. And now I’m reading all these bad reviews WOW! I’m also gonna try call better business bureau and whoever else. Any suggestions. This guy is a joke, and yes should not be in business. I have numerous complaints. I recently bought a ps2 slim from this company. I didnt even have the right power cord. I called up and go it replaced. Cool. Whatever. Turned it on when I got home and the controller didnt even work, and the ps2 slim only loaded certain games. $50 wasted on this junk that obviously never got tested. Would rather pay the little extra money at Disctraders. At least they test their products.Got two ps2 games and both are horribly scratched and one of them had a crack so the game wouldnt load on either the slim I bought from them. And it would work on my original ps2.Another thing it they do whatever they want. We have been kicked out numerous times because they felt like closing the store down. It opens at 11am. And we were there around 1pm and they had to shut it downThey should not have a business. Period.

This company is horrible! Extremely rude staff, and my PS4 HDMI port replacement that I paid $100 for broke in just over a month. Funny they only offer 30 day warranty.

Cool dudes good fair prices they have never done us wrong

Id give them a 2 1/2 stars if I could. They have a great selection of old school games and toys. They are very ccurteous and helpful.The problem is this a lot of their stock has no prices on them. You have to constantly ask them the price of their stock. It is very inconvenient and frustrating.

So basically my “good condition” (what he called it at first) ps4 that I had with a good condition controller with I asked for 150 and the guy said no I’ll do 100 that’s fine I didn’t want to sell my things for less then 150 so I politely declined and then all of sudden his mood changed and he started to tell me how my now discusting ps4 would never sell for more then 100$ and I was never going to make anymore money with it and proceeded to rush me out of the door being rude as ever

BUYER BEWARE. THIS STORE KNOWINGLY SELLS BOOTLEG GAMES FOR REAL MARKET PRICE. I am personally familiar with two instances of questionable/illegal practices in this shop. One is selling an NES homebrew cart of God of War for over $50. Ill let that one slide. Lets chalk that down to ignorance. However, I collect across the state for n64, as I am try to complete the collection. I look in this store and noticed that they had a bootleg Super Smash Bros. cart and were selling it for $60 (about $10 more than youd pay for a real cart). I told them they had one, and explained why this was case, pointing out the signs. Mind you, it was extremely obvious. They take it out, and thank me. 2 weeks later I come in and see the exact same cart, selling for the exact same price. I tell the guy, this time a different one, that its fake. This time a touch annoyed, of course They take it out and thank me again. Then 2 weeks later again, about a week ago, I come in to see it once again, same price. I tell the employee, a different one again, that I am getting tired of seeing that bootleg in there being passed off as a real cart. Its illegal. The employee told me he understands, and that MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE BOUGHT IT AND TAKEN IT BACK, BUT THE OWNER CONTINUES TO SELL IT. I warn ANYBODY from buying or selling here, and this place seriously needs to be closed down. Any place selling bootleg games for market prices hoping to scam someone who doesnt know any better should be closed down.

Listen, yes there are many reviews out there that deal with certain and particular circumstances. Now whether that is a representative of the whole Im not sure. However, I can tell you that this store is exactly what I in particular was looking for. Yes, the store could be a bit, more organized, yes the locations accessibility isnt greatest (thats why this isnt a five star review). But the owner knows what he is talking about and offers great deals that beat GameStop and Disc Traders. The quality doesnt suffer either. Isnt that the most important thing? Of course this is based in my experience so I cant speak for others but I hope this is review can help bring an objective opinion into the light.

So i took my ps4 in to get fan replace and took a week i was like ok maybe they are swamped...about 2 days later my fan started acting the same way so it was on wareanty called took it back it has now been 3 days no word i promise if i get it back and its not done right this time they will not like me..would never recomemed to anybody

Bought an iPhone6 with a cracked screen in January took it to Game Go to get the screen replaced; it seemed like he did a good job until 5 months later when the glass starts popping up on the left corner, took it in and said he would warranty it and it just had to be glued down with factory glue. So got it fixed and not even two weeks later the entire screen popped away from the phone and half of my screen wont work, and now he wants $110 to replace his mistake. What a joke. Go elsewhere.

Bought Final Fantasy from this guy for 14 bucks. After he rang me up the final price was 18.50. I didnt say anything because I wanted the game. After checking the recept he charged me 4.50 in tax. Ill never go back again. Beware of this shady business owner. Just go to disc traders.

Charged me $85 to fix my Xbox 1 from an over heating issue . Now Ive taken it back twice and still doesnt work . Constantly closing randomly and unavailable on the phone most of the time.
