If you have any of your lawn equipment at Jackson Outdoor Equipment aka The Power Barn, I would check on it. I just got my mower back after almost 5 months. They only updated me on my mower when I called. I visited them twice. I found my mower covered in snow and out in the winter elements. I now have scratches and rust on my brand new mower. I also sent it in with a little over 20 hrs. It now has 42 hrs, and the oil notification is on. I took this picture today when I finally was able to pick it up. Very disappointing.

Never seem to have what i want, but when they do its always 20 bucks more than i think its going to cost.It is what it is, Ill use them if Im in a pinch, but if its a part that needs to be ordered ill save myself a ton by ordering it myself from eBay.

Excellent service, I dont expect a 12 hour turn around on my mower.I get the idea of first in, first out....some of these customers are so rude!they leave bad feedback with out owning up to it.no name, chances are they didnt talk to the store about their qualms...rude people in society now.go back to the big box stores!Ill stay with the mom & pop shops!

Went in to buy a tractor, 2 employees at the counter thought their conversation was more important than selling a tracor. Called a few hours later to see if they had the tractor in inventory and Jesse, the person who answered the phone seemed extremely unmotivated to sell a tractor. Oh well on to the next dealer.
