I have been dealing with this place for a year. I was forgotten when a sales rep left the company. I then did not hear from anybody for 7 months until I reached out to the manager. He had never even heard my name before then. He then referred me to a current sales rep. That manager has since also left the company. We finally got things moving slowly this year. We have had to reach out to them and hunt down answers ourselves. There has been a horrible communication gap and often taken weeks to get answers for things to move along, to no fault of mine. We signed a price detailed sales agreement in June. I was told this was a binding contract signed between the new manager and myself. I was told that this price would stand as it was agreed upon before the increase and I had a signed document. Just last week only days before closing with the price of the house changes they tagged another 10k onto our loan without even talking to us. They called to say we have some things to go over. I went and looked into my lender information and saw they jumped the price up. This is a horrible way to do business and I will never recommend or do business with anybody that does customers so shady and dismissive. I have permanently backed out of the closing and will take my business and money elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND GOOD LUCK EVEN TALKING TO THE MANAGER PERSONALLY.

I was not impressed with the quality of the mobile homes. The finishings felt very cheap like an RV not a home.

They had a lot of nice mobile homes to choose from. Some of them seemed to be really really good deals as well. I was just kind of looking around and I was not hassled about it or pressured. I hate being pressured so that is always a plus! So if youre looking for a mobile home you might want to try looking here.

Daniel Fry lied to us saying he would get ahold of us to let us know how he would be ablw to work with us. We rold him taht we lived an hour and a half away from him and that we didnt want ro drive that far if he couldnt do anything. We texted him all day without getting a response from him when we got to the lot he couldnt give us a honest answer why he didnt respond to us. We walked out
