This was a very nice place to visit. I dont think I will ever move there, but that doesnt detract from the coziness of the park. The yard are larger than most of the other estates I have visited. It was relatively quiet as well. If you are looking for a pleasant place to abode, then you have found your place.
Management is terrible! They have no commitment to your needs. They rather be buddy buddy with the problem people and not fix any issues you have with neighbors that are loud and try looking into your window’s.
Its a good place I guess. My dads lived here a while. Parking sucks and the streets are ridiculously narrow. But good for an older man.
These are literally beautiful luxury homes. I love this place! I have friends and family that live here. Customer service is great as well.
Clean and quiet. Wish people would clean up after their dogs or not walk them around to poop in other peoples yards though. Management has been great.
I love my house here at Walnut Ridge. Its a nice and clean, quiet community. Neighbors are great! The Community Office is a beautiful area! Staff is always friendly and understanding. But, it is a little pricey...its well worth it tho!
A great loving place.
What a great team they have. Shelly and Vanessa work well and always answered all questions in a timely manner. Looking forward to our move
I use too live there, but I had to move to Florida. Its! a nice place.
I really like when everyone in the community is pulling together the up keeping the maintenance people are on top of their job you doesn’t see any trash in the yards except on trash day when the company is not doing their job leaving trash from the cans etc but other than that it’s a beautiful place to live and have a little peace
Well maintained community and fairly quiet.
Walnut Ridge Is A Nice Community, The People in the Office Phill And his Staff are Wonderful no matter what it is you call them and they Are on it .
Home was beautiful but the parking wasnt accommodating for multiple people.
Maintenance is fast and efficient. Very kind too. I just moved in and my back door wasn’t useable bc of how my back step/porch was set up. They came and put new ones in. 💞
Since Phil has taken over management, the attention to detail and level of professionalism from his team has been beyond reproach. The maintenance crew goes out of there way to ensure that the Park is well maintained, clean, and that the rules of the Park are being followed.Anytime I have a complaint or comment, the office personal is quick to respond. Kristen is very attentive and concerned about what I have to say. Shes always smiling, even behind the mask. All of this is a testament to the superb managerial skills and the dedication of the team working here at Walnut Ridge.
Currently speaking an apt.
Could be a 4 or 5 star rating, but the management drags it down. Started out leasing, ended up buying. If you rent, prepare to deal with intrusive management. Their “inspections” are nothing more than an excuse to see how you live, their inspection reports are pencil whipped. One time, their inspector let himself in WHILE I WAS SLEEPING and left a form on my table. I believe that is illegal.Management will badger you to death if they want something from you, but when you need something from them, you get nothing. Not even a return phone call, it’s gotten beyond frustrating. And the corporate office in Detroit is no better. When my wife broke her foot on their poorly maintained driveway and we reported it, the manager just gave us a blank look and walked away. 4 years later, we are still waiting for the driveway to be repaired. Speaking of that manager, she has since retired, but still patrols the park every day, driving down every street, watching everyone. It’s beyond creepy and disturbing. If you live here, you know what car I’m referring to, a little copper colored Buick. There’s dog filth everywhere and it’s disgusting. The management is very inconsistent with enforcing policy. Why is it I had to get rid of my boat and others in the park still have their boats, campers, etc? If someone parks in the street in front of my house, I get yelled at, while some streets in the back are nearly impassable with all the cars in the street. I could go on, but I think I have made my point, expressing my displeasure with WR management. It’s disappointing such a potentially nice place to live is getting dragged down by apathetic, poor management.
Nice area. Decent housing. Ive heard bad stories though.
We have lived here for just about two years. The homes are very nice, and have great layouts. You have your own space, so much better than renting an apartment. Everyone is friendly and the staff is helpful, not that we really had any problems. My only small complaint, is the kids in the street, but its a family area, and it is to be expected.
Ive lived here 1 year so far. So far, its been good. Theres a decent playground for kids, a pool & 24 hour fitness center. The whole community is very nice & that do an extensive background check on people who want to move in...so you know you are living around good people.
Could be better
When we moved in 5 years ago and Management was awesome and very easy to communicate with. Loved the community then. 2 years ago though Management changed and the community took a 180 turn. Absolutely unable to form any kind of relationship with the new manager or their team. Every time it was time to renew a lease price always went up as service went down. Constant home inspection were hard to deal with (once a month). They would try to enter the home for an inspection with just the kids at home. I would never recommend this community to anyone. They need to improve there Management structure and team.
My Family Lives In Here. We all love there Homes.
This is by far the most clean and peaceful community I have ever lived in. Even the residents are kind hearted and peaceful. Such a wonderful place to raise a family. The community clubhouse had been beautifuly redone and the pool in the summertime is amazing. Plus you cant beat the price! You get so much home for less then the cost of most apartments around the area.
Live here.. Not terrible, but far from the best. The people that love here are fantastic, however the people that run it... HUGE thumbs down.
A nice place with alot of friendly people, my daughter lives in this place, very nice and quiet, peace full
Great selection of beers. Very clean and well organized. Cashier guy was really nice and helpful in finding what i needed.
This place was great when I first moved in. We were told monthly inspections were normal for the first few months to make sure everything in the home is in good shape, and that small animals such as cats and hamsters are OK just not dogs unless you pay a deposit.Weve had 4 different managers since I moved in 2 years ago. Each one has been increasingly worse.Inspections are now done monthly. They do not inspect for damage or maintenance related issues, but the tidyness of your home. Working 50 hours a week and having small kids, my home is not perfect, but it is far from gross. No left out food, no dirty dishes, just typical family mess. They come through every month and take pictures of small messes (such as shoes on the floor by the door. Seriously.) and tell us to clean up better. Even when we vacuum, scrub walls and clean every inch of the home, management will find one tiny little reason to complain, and do so in a very disrespectful, condescending way. Corporate doesnt care either and defends their team at every turn.Since I spoke my mind to them about these inspections, (I was polite and patient, no cussing or name-calling), they decided to dig through my file and find out that we signed that we didnt have pets. (We were told by the original manager this was okay as long as they were small animals). Because of my speaking my mind, they said either kick out your cats or pay $600 up front and an extra $100 monthly. They are being sued by multiple people for violations of the Fair Housing Act for disallowing service animals who are approved by a doctor. This place is not a good place to live, especially not for families!
Ive changed my rating from 4 stars to 2. I did this because I have lived there for 2 long years. The inspections for renters are ridiculous and knit picky. Do not rent from here unless you like management changing their minds constantly and you like your personal living space violated and scrutinized on a monthly basis.
This company goes above and beyond with the upkeep of their property. Excellent management as well.
Drop off a passenger, the park/community appeared to be nice and clean
Its very nice for a trailer park. My friends live here, so I guess its pretty good.
Nice place to live
This company is outstanding! So glad to be apart of this team! If you are looking for the perfect home in a great community check out Walnut Ridge!!
Nice place. Great staff.
Managment is horrible, lot is over priced. Your expected to follow rules, but the community doesnt follow their own rules. Good luck getting any form of help as far as up keep on their part, as you get told that its not in the budget. Overall bad place to live, if anyone where to ask me If they should move in, Id tell them absolutely not!
The correct address was no where near the address it took me to
Needs some improvement
Not a good place to live by any means! One big rip off start to finish! Doesnt even deserve 1 star!!!!!
Nice park to live in easy access to 127 N and 127 S.
Love it nice quiet place
I didnt end up renting here, but this review is about my overall experience with the staff. Long story short; this seems to be a great small community to live with. My experiences with the rental staff was positive, and they clarified many questions about the complex I inquired about. Only reason I would deduct one star if not more is their lack of understanding or ability to comprehend ESA(emotional support animals) federal laws. After a transparent conversation with the management (about my ESA female pitt) they expressed basically an illegal attitude towards the weight, breed, and size of my ESA. The entirety of the Fair Housing Act and ESA laws(Federal law), supersedes the authority of a mobile home park...... I dont wish people to be dismayed towards this complex from reading this review, this summery experience with this complex is a unique personal experience I had. Hope this helped, Andrew.
Good
Love the place.
Nice place to be
I found the homes are way too close together. Not enough parking for visitors, I was a visitor.
Place is clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and so are neighbors.
Looks nice great location.
Expensive . Intrusion by management. Ridiculously invasive rental agreements.
Nice place to live.
