We love that Printer Source Plus is a local, family owned business. Their whole family plays a part in their business and you can tell their employees are treated like family as well. Noah, Phil and Mike are awesome! But dont forget Joe, Karen, Sylvia and Amber! Everyone weve interacted with has been great. They are there to help no matter how significant or insignificant the problem is. Every call, every question, they are there ready to figure it out and they make it a priority to get to your business. Amanda was absolutely amazing! My printer was giving me a message that a cartridge was missing when it wasn’t. She looked at it as soon as I walked in the store and it only took about 10 minutes - she realized that it was an error from the cartridge not in the printer and gave me a new cartridge because it had been donated to them. Short visit, great service and no cost! I will definitely be back!

AMAZING TEAM!!! We were in a bind stuck paying almost 800 dollars a month on toner and one day.... in walked our saviours... Its like the printer gods themselves had sent them down to save us.... :) they were able to cut our costs tremendously Not to mention Their maintenance service is on point!! Been buying our toners through them for the past several years and never had an issue that wasnt addresses promptly. Today I had a printer (did not buy through them) that was having issues with one of the re manufactured toners purchased through them. They came down to my place of business within an hour! The problem they fixed was that the printers firmware was out of date. They fixed for free for me!! Such as awesome business to be a part of. Highly recommend.

I took my HP 6500 printer in for repair and i was told that it would cost to much to fix. Joe was honest about explaining to me the facts to me and i aprriciated very much.
