I had a poster size picture printed for my grandfather’s funeral. I specifically had it printed at the local office in Ridgeland, MS. I received a call from the Jackson office saying it has been shipped to the Jackson facility and that’s where I should pick it up. The lady also told me if I picked It up on Friday then i would be able to get it from the Ridgeland office. Sweet! I live out of state so I sent my sister the pickup the print. The Ridgeland office was closed and the Jackson office stated they didn’t have it. We decided to wait until Monday 6/15 bc we assume the Ridgeland office would be open. They stated they don’t have the print!! My sister only has 1 hour on her lunch break to pickup the print bc FedEx will be closed when she gets off work. I’ve called both office over 10xs and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE! Very unprofessional locations! All I want to know is where is my print located? I would like a refund!

I used to be a regular customer here for printing services, but now only frequent when I have no other choice. Today is a good example why. Horrible customer service. I stood at the print counter several minutes listening to 2 workers talk about the holiday work schedule. Another worker was standing at the cash register where I was in plain sight. She didn’t call the other workers up until another customer entered. After I explained what I needed, it took longer than needed because the 3 workers couldn’t stop talking about personal issues. Then as I was waiting to pay, the person who waited on me just disappeared. Management needs to talk with employees about priorities, customer service, and keeping personal conversation for break time. Scary thing is I think one of these may be the manager. Just drive the extra distance to Madison to Office Depot.
Came to this location- asking for a bound notebook. They said it would be ready in the morning... Im okay with that. Well I come in at 10 am (late morning) and it hasnt left the spot where I saw them place it the day before. So after telling me it would be an hour and I needed to come back.... I come back and its ALL wrong. So with that being said I waited for them to fix it. He stated, Oh the girl helping me must of put it in wrong. Mine is right. Well no they were all wrong and I gave them an EXACT example of what I wanted. Literally I gave them a previous Bound notebook as an example that I got made somewhere else. So needless to say AVOID coming to this place if possible. The staff in Madison, MS is much more efficient and I will not be returning back to this location.
Helpful manager. I needed assistance with a particular business card design. He was so helpful getting my order processed just as I desired. It even came back 2 days earlier than expected.
Stopped in yesterday to have multiple versions of an RFP printed, bound and shipped out via FedEx and I was running low on time and needed things done accurately and right then...the staff were incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process and were genuinely friendly and professional. Kudos to Destiny for initially accessing what I needed and got started immediately and one other gentleman (didnt catch his name) who helped with the shipping. My experience couldnt have been better.
The girl that works here is so rude. She takes her sweet time to help you, but God forbid you hesitate one millisecond in giving her shipping info/etc she will literally leave you to go “work” on something else.Unfortunately I ship a lot of stuff for work otherwise I would never come here, the previous manager Marcus was awesome I wish he was still here
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Never had any problems with the equipment. Theyre in the middle of remodeling so kind of dusty during my last visit and the toilet in the bathroom needed to be cleaned

Its always incredibly slow in this location. Go to UPS across the street. They have much better customer service. Feefee is an employee at this store that is incredibly rude.

This location is incredibly understaffed and clearly do not want to be at work. They are more interested in their own personal conversations than servicing customers. I dropped off and order on Friday and came back Wednesday (although Christmas was on Monday) and my items were in the exact same spot that I left. This is after returning once already when they said my items would be ready in an hour (which they weren’t). When I came back Wednesday to finally pick up my items they were sitting and drinking coffee and looked at me as if it were a problem they had to get up and work. One employee even said “we ain’t ever going to get out or not having to work here”. I will not be returning to this location.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took an hour to print 30 pages. There were 3 people in the store. The pages came out wrong and was told it was going to be a while to get them fixed so it’d be better to take them how they are. Still charged full price.
Very abrupt, very hasty, and appears they dont want to be there. I overheard a conversation the manager was having in her office while using the computer. Conversation was not one to be had SO LOUDLY in a professional environment. in addition, in the same time frame the manager also phone called another Kinkos to inquire about how to report when a customer has complained on an employee They had a few snickering words to say about the customer as if the customer was the wrong. Im willing to gander that the customer actually had a legitimate complaint seeing as this location barely has 3 stars. Im under the impression they could care less. Wont be back here. Absolutely ZERO professional and business acumen and etiquette. Whoever OWNS this location needs to do an overhaul of staffing.
Go to UPS across the street. Waited an hour last night in line and never got helped. Came back today and Feefee was incredibly rude. She said she couldnt ship to that location and pushed slip across the table onto the floor. She didnt even give me the option to send it to another address.
The people working in the store were doing the best that they could, although the store was grossly understaffed. I tried to get some marketing materials printed and had to actively work to get an estimate - calling, emailing, calling, and more calling. When I finally received an estimate, it was more than double the estimate that I received from a competitor, which led me to believe that the FedEx worker did not know what I wanted. FedEx, you lost a thousand dollar order (and future orders) because you choose to run an operation with too few people. Get your stuff together and get more people in the store.
We came to mail a package the Saturday afternoon before Christmas. Only ONE employee in the entire store! Merry Christmas! Poor gal.

The people here are very unprofessional,tacky,unfriendly,unorganized,and the list goes on. The old crew team members were a lot friendlier. Although,there was always some crooked things going on here. I have emailed information to be printed out several times at this location. When I go in to pick up my information its never completed. They were nonchalant,blunt,and rude. I stopped going and used Office Depot. Until recently,I went in to have my iphones shipped. The first time things went well. The second time the same guy who helped me ship the first time came up with something with an intent to steal my package. He gave me an invalid tracking number and I sent a label to have my package shipped express. He put some bogus ground shipping label on the box. Also,I had a bad feeling because I noticed a look in his eyes and also he did not charge me for the box like he did the night before. I could not track my item so I went in the next morning. The manager blamed me for the mess up. She called the guy who was responsible and they both tried to act like they were unsure of what I had package or where it was located. He played as if he didnt remember me. Anyone who walks into a small shipping company to have 11 iPhones shipped will surely be remembered. The guy told her my package was in a small box and he knew better! Any idiot knows 11 phones cannot fit in a 8x8 box. She opened the box and a pair of glasses were inside. I told her twice that I had 11 iPhones and she ignored me and pretended to look for only 1 device. The guy should have immediately remembered me especially since he had shipped iPhones for me the previous night. We had conversations regarding our children and other subjects. I should have instantly been remembered. She kept saying things to get him to remember me. Not once did she say,the lady with iphones she said,she had a phone shipped He should have known where my package was located. They both lied and schemed. They are bad actors. She told me I had a ground label sent to their email. Shes an idiot to try to convince me otherwise when I know what I had sent to their email. She was rude and well plain ghetto. She twisted words and basically ignored what I was trying to explain to her. They claimed they could not find my package. To make a long story short, my package suddenly was found after I threatened to file a police report.They all were dishonest and disloyal. After my package was supposedly found,I immediately came into the store to pick it up. She told me I had to pay for the box. It made me wonder how did she know that I never paid for the box the previous night. Also, why should I have to pay for it after all that happened?! I unpacked my items and left the store! I cannot trust them anymore. Its my fault for not packaging my items myself so they could not know what I wanted to ship. The last crew were fired for operating in a way that eventually got them caught. I recommend anyone who reads this comment to go to the Madison location. They are faster,friendlier,and most important they are honest!
This place is a joke. I placed an order and was told it would be ready at 1. I checked in at 1230 and they said it was ready for pickup. Because its a work order, we had to send someone out to get it and when they arrived there was no order - they hadnt even started. Theyre excuse was well its real quick to print (which only makes them look worse) So now were going to be behind on our day because of the incompetence of their employees. Needless to say we will go out of our way to find another fedex next time.

The lady that works here is very rude. Were told our online order would be ready at 4:30; it’s 5:20 and they haven’t even started it. Don’t come here if you can help it.
Do not use this location for your shipping needs. Ive never had worse customer service than I did with Feefee at this location.
