HIGHLY recommend! Courteous, professional, people of integrity, and for 25% of what other companies charged, literally! They communicated well, there was no mystery to anything they did, or offered. When we move again, I will need to do no research to figure out who we’re going to use. My wife and I were very satisfied with them and will use, and recommend them, again!

We hired this company to move all of our belongings from a storage facility into our new home. There were 5 young men who were the movers. 2 of the movers had a bad attitude from the beginning. We moved into a 2 story home. Whenever any furniture had to go upstairs, the 2 movers with a bad attitude would roll their eyes. Also, they scuffed up our door frame and floor and some of the furniture without any offer to have the company touch it up. In addition, they did not use dollies which would have made their job a lot easier. Instead, they used straps around heavy items. When I booked this company, I was told that they would assemble the beds, but they did not. 2 of the younger movers with good attitudes ended up staying to assemble the beds and we paid them extra to do this. I called the company later and was told that these movers should have assembled the beds as part of the move.We paid A LOT of money for this move. The workers should have had a better attitude and better respect for our property. The quality of the move itself was overall good, but I would recommend more professionalism by the movers.

Several things were moved to the new house that I specifically asked to be left behind (refrigerator & freezer). I still have no room for them & they have now thus been outside over a year. Also many things were broken, including pottery, dishes & glassware as well as pictures. The final cost was $1500 more than the quote I was given and exhausted my bank account. Many items are still unaccounted for and I assume they are in boxes that we have yet to open (many of which are not clearly marked). Sad to say I will not be using this business in the future. Please do not contact me to attempt to make amends; I am done.

Helped me move from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment with no hassle. Extremely professional, handled furniture gently, and very polite. Had everything moved between apartments in under 3 hours! Will definitely be using them again if I need them!

These are strong young men who moved one single piece of furniture from Gibson county to Benton county, an hour and a half trip. The desk was around 450 lbs, very shiny, very large and very sentimentally important to me. The two of them very carefully loaded, unloaded, and placed it with ease but this was no easy task! They had to deal with obscure rural destinations with a hilly pasture in which to turn their giant truck around, steep porch steps, and my anxiety too. They were meticulously careful not to damage the desk or my house in any way. They took the front door off to get it into the house without rubbing against anything, then put it back on. These guys were very professional, personable, friendly, and intelligent. It was a difficult job and they made it look like a walk in the park. I dont think I tipped them enough! 10 out of 10.

I am giving 5 stars because this is the best moving company in recent experience- I recommend without hesitation.In prior moves, moving companies in Colorado Springs would pick up day workers at Labor Ready, or friends who have no experience in moving. West Tenn Moving is staffed by professional movers, who moved delicate antiques and chandeliers without any damage. They arrived on time and did not cut corners, completing our move at 9:00pm. It was truly a pleasure to work with West Tenn Moving Company.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The two movers were incredibly competent. They were both relaxed, but also very hard working. They didn’t complain once. Not even ONCE. The apartment I moved into was on the second story. At the bottom of the stairs, there is an awkward 180° spiral up the stairs. It’s very awkwardly placed before the half way point and they handled every one of my belongings with care as they made their way up. Also, my entranceway into my apartment is very horribly placed. There’s absolutely no room to efficiently move into or out of in this place.. But, once again, they did everything they could to make sure my belongings made it inside. The biggest item I had moved was about an 8ft long by 4ft wide electric couch, which is also ridiculously heavy. At first, it didn’t seem like this couch was going to be able to make it inside. They handled it with tremendous care, as they removed my door from the hinges to make more room for this couch to fit inside. They were able to do it. Without any injuries or damages to my belongings. God Bless them, honestly. They did tremendous work and I wholeheartedly appreciate them. Both of their customer service etiquettes were worlds above those of “professional customer service reps”. They made me feel very relaxed like I was in good hands.. Which is a true blessing when people you don’t know are handling ALL of your belongings.. I truly can’t thank them enough.I’m positive that one these guys’ name was Dominic.. He seemed to be the one leading the other. Which he did an amazing job at.. I’m honestly unsure of what the other young mans name was. He had a clean shaved face, maybe like a dusty brown or reddish hair color, and he wore glasses. I’m 28 and he appeared to be quite a bit younger than me.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!This company left my 6-months PREGNANT best friend crying in her driveway after a last minute reschedule and then completely CANCELLED after she had rearranged her whole day to make sure she didnt miss them. The move had been scheduled for over two weeks.Unprofessional does not even begin to describe this company. It doesnt get much lower than these people. What a bunch of jerks.

I do not recommend this moving company at all. I had 3 men and a truck . They moved a two bedroom townhouse to a house in humboldt that was 20 minutes away. It seems like they milked the time, so it took 4 1/2 hours! Two men were moving and one man was in the truck half the time doing I don’t know what. I had all my boxes by the door so it would be a quick move. They moved the boxes 1 by 1, I marked fragile on all of my boxes that had things in them that were breakable. During unpacking I found several broken things. While unloading the boxes, they slid them down the ramp which is probably what caused things to break when clearly the box says fragile. They stopped in between houses to eat.( they cut the time off but what if I had something to do? And also I don’t know when they started my time back ). When putting my bed back together, one of the screws were stripped. They told me to get some glue to put it back together like I took it apart. They then stated that they would have someone here in the morning to fix it which did not happen. When I called the office to see when someone would come, they had no knowledge of what happened and I had to wait 6 days with my bed post in the corner! $541 down the drain. Do not pay these people to move your stuff. It is money wasted .

I recently moved from CA to TN and used PODS. Was unaware that PODS pretty much doesnt delivery anywhere in TN. I was able to use West Tennessee Movers on short notice and they were extremely accommodating. On too of that, they were very fairly priced. Every person I came into contact with was very friendly as well. They sent 3 people to unload my pod in Memphis and delivered everything to Huntingdon almost 2 hours away. My POD was completely filled and had A LOT of heavy duty commercial gym equipment. The gentleman who moved my stuff took care of everything as if it were their own stuff. When we move from our investment property to our forever home I will absolutely be using them again!

Movers showed up at arranged time and stuck to the scheduled amount of hours I had available for moving items from my storage unit to my house. All 3 guys were friendly and professional, were careful with my furniture and kept it protected from falling or scratching in their truck while moving. They made an effort to put things where I needed them in the house and get them in quickly out of the light rain we had. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to others needing help moving.

Was looking for a company in West Tennessee to conduct a two part move to get my aging parents in Jackson, TN, into a 2br apartment down the hall from my wife and me in Woodstock, GA, so that we could be their assisted living. This involved packing a 4br house such that 2br and an heirloom dining room suite were removed from the truck at our sons 2nd story apartment in Huntsville, AL, and dropping the rest at my parents new place.The packing on a Thu went great...very quick, and as the final validation of the packers work (two ladies and a gentleman that normally moves, but was on light duty with a therapeutic boot on one foot)...absolutely NO damage was noted...to ANY of their furniture or stuff, most notably the heirloom, antique dining suite or the equivalent of five sets of China that Mom inexplicably insisted on taking to file out to my children in coming years.The packers arrived on Fri, the following day, and used EVERY INCH of a 28-foot truck to get it ready to move. Matt and Curtis worked the truck on both ends; Evan (or Ethan?) worked also just on the Jackson end. I repeat...and cannot emphasize enough...that NO damage occurred to ANY item of furniture or stuff!!!Their was not one inkling of lazy or quit in these guys (or, for that matter, in the packers)! Loading was completed on Fri. Delivery in Huntsville and Woodstock was accomplished on Sat. (By contrast to these excellent workers, my family is worn out from unpacking a week and a half later, and I am just now getting around to leaving this review of their excellent work.)I availed myself off the pay by AMEX option, although tips which I CAN ONLY HOPE communicated my appreciation for this doing the work were handed out in cash. The Delta advantage to me from using that card is well worth the 2% surcharge, and I am entirely pleased with the move. I have NEVER had one as entirely satisfactory!!!Kudos to Keith for his prompt and reasonable estimate (and, since I think he is the owner, for his wise hiring!); to Andrew for his scheduling (particularly thanks for getting us into a canceled slot that weekend); and to Katie and Joey Hale, owners of Town and Country Realty in Jackson, TN, for recommending this moving company to us.

The two gentleman that showed up were very friendly and professional. They were able to move myself and my girlfriend from two different residences and fit all of our furniture (3 bedrooms and full living room set) and boxes into one load to or new home. They then moved the furniture into the new home or the beds back together, all within 5 hours. No damage to the furniture or walls. West Tennessee movies was phenomenal. They drove all the way up to New York to move me back to Jackson. They dealt with every hiccup with grace even when it came to my building manager not allowing us to move out because it was “too late“ they got everything moved the next day and even though there were only two people it was done with speed and gentleness so that nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend West Tennessee Movers to anyone and everyone. A big thanks to Cody and Jessica who were instrumental in my move they were so kind and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. Jerrod and Damien did an awesome job. They were supposed to arrive at 9 and called at 8:30 and said they’d be a little delayed and would be there at 9:30. They were right on the money. I thought about it for a few days before I left this review. However, since I relied on other reviewers when I picked this company then I had to leave one as well.First off. Nothing went wrong. They werent rude, but for almost $1000 I expected better communication and completion of services.I received a quote on moving from a rental home to a purchased home a month or so before my move (same size homes. No steps or anything) and it was confirmed 3 days before my move.My husband initially wanted to move the tvs ourselves so I called and updated (2 weeks or so before the move) and learned that my price wouldnt change even if we moved the tvs ourselves. It seemed a bit overpriced but again they had excellent reviews so I let it go.Side note:I have been professionally moved across country twice so we expected a few things which led to my husband wanting to move the tvs ourselves because of the involved process for electronics: professional movers require the tvs to be boxed the day of or the day before by their company for insurance purposes and they have to be the ones to unbox and turn on for any insurance claims and use their own materials.The washing machine lines also need to be unhooked and drained 24 hours before so that there is no water in the lines.No transporting of any liquids or cleaning products.Our Move:My movers arrived 15-20 minutes late which was not a big deal but hey they were late. They did not have the equipment to box up the TVs and then tried to tell me that I already confirmed that they werent being boxed up. (not true but it was the day of and I didnt care at that point).They refused to take my canvas pictures and cheap plastic picture frames because they needed to be boxed up.(I was genuinely shocked by this because it wasnt explained during walk through quote or the friday before confirmation call)They didnt hook up the washer and dryer that I already drained and set up at the new location.( I did this anyway because after 2 moves you learn the ropes otherwise the line would have been full of water and spilled in the truck)Besides loading up and transporting it 15 minutes away and not destroying the property. I am not sure it warranted almost $1000. I was left transporting my pictures and my tvs myself which would not have been a big deal if this was all explained during my quote walk-through or confirmed the friday before the move.Most companies should be courteous and professional so Im not giving credit for that. The lack of attention to detail and clear communication and follow through is what bothered me. I paid the entire bill because people should get paid for working, but I would not use them again.
