Been here before and had great experience but this time MALISAwas very unprofessional in here attitude…. Sorry for this review. This review is not against the company for the company is great company(A+)….. but MALISA needs help in approaching individuals that may not have package packaged the way they expect a package to be packaged… hope next time she’s here with a new attitude.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a package last Sunday payed for overnight shipping it shipped out Monday was suppose to arrive Tuesday got delayed for a day. It was suppose to arrive Wednesday it was dropped off at the wrong address so I put in a lost package claim having to wait for my money for that. So I ordered another phone because I need one and ordered it Thursday paid for over night got shipped out delayed again so I didnt get it Friday. Today is Saturday I called the customer service and they told me they couldnt hand me my package when I asked to go to the place to pick it up. I told them I didnt trust them coming to my address because they already lost my first phone. So I have to wait until Monday to get my package that was suppose to come Friday and im suppose to have a phone but they lost my first one. I asked the supervisor name Josh about getting a refund on my overnight charge and he said there is a process.I advise noone to use FedEx they will lose your packages and take days to investigate it then if u have a package that arrives late they wont refund you the money and wont let you pick the package up.I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAINI WOULDNT IF I WAS YALL

Although a bit annoying they know mask mandate lifted, county and statewide; still needed to wear one…..staff were overly friendly and helpful regardless; which made for a quick and efficient completion of shipping my pkg

I give this place 5 stars because I arrived at 4:40 to pick up my package.. Angela stigill was there, she told me that my package wasn’t ready for pick up but the person I spoke with on the phone told me I could..I wasn’t gonna make a big fuss about it because my package would be delivered Monday if I couldn’t get it that day. Angela was awesome though she checked my tracking number and what kind of package it was and her and another guy found my package.. it was 5 by then.. she was patient and nice.. great customer service she could have told me to wait until Monday for it to deliver but she was on it and made sure I got my package. 👍🏾 I only hate that there isn’t a direct number for this location..it would help out a lot with getting in touch with them.. I hate the 1800 number

My package was suppose to be delivered on 3/8/21 but it’s still sitting at the facility with no updates and today is 3/17/2. I paid for Express shipping then I called them and someone is suppose to call me back but that hasn’t happened yet.

I wish I could give negative stars due to the lying driver who said he attempted to deliver a package to a house full of people but indicated that no one was there. He or she never came to my house.

I am so glad we chose this place to return a motor that did not fit. The girl that waited on us went out of her way to help us. She said it would cost $54 to ship it back, but she recommended I contact the company and see if they could send me a call tag and it would only be $19.99. I called, they did and I gave her my phone and she sent it to her mailbox and printed it out. Now THAT, my friend is service!!!

Had to pick up a package that needed a signature but I wasn’t home. Driver arrived after 6 with my package and I was able to pick it up. Very friendly staff waited on me while I was there.

I stood for a long time waiting on someone to wait on me. The doorbell at the door does not alert the employees at all because they didnt get in any hurry to help me.

They said my package was delivered I didn’t receive it or a door tag number . Tried to call to speak to a representative and they would not direct me to one . I spent so much money on that package all for me not to know what’s going on
