Everyone was nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I rented trailer for what I intended and believed was 24 hours. 24 hour rate was $29. When I sent my staff to pick up they were given a contract that had the return time at 4 hours. They told staff it would be longer than that, and were told that was fine, they would take care of it when returned. When trailer was returned in 6 hours my card was then charged for an additional full day. I called the store and they acknowledged that daily rate for 24 hours was $29, but since the paperwork said 4 hours, they would charge me $60 for 6 hours of use! BEWARE of this location and ALWAYS say you are renting for 24 hours regardless of when you plan to return or they will try to double your charges.

Thisday the wait time was 15 to 30 minutes always remember to make a reservation. Other than that the staff was great.

Good place to rent moving vans, trucks, and trailers. Quick and easy. They are open later than most for returns.

I wish I could give a rate of 0. Firstly, Davis Wrecker was unable to fix the truck which was already packed with my belongings. He stated that is was neither an easy nor quick fix, which resulted in my wasting another 2 hours unpacking one truck and packing another. The truck leaked gasoline profusely when I tried to fill it up, so much so that Im certain it was a fire hazard being that it is a highly combustible material. I will never use this Uhaul or any other one ever again, if I can help it. I will not recommend to a friend nor an enemy. The staff was nonchalant and insensitive to my concerns. One of the staff members even admitted that Uhaul does not inspect trucks unless a customer brings something to light. The second truck, that I had to wait hours to receive, required cleaning, which I had to do. This further angered and inconvenienced me. This was a life-threatening circumstance that requires attention.

They worked with me and my rental needs. I was able to rent a truck for a full day when denied at others places. I was even able to turn the truck in after hours.

Im still in shock regarding the horrible service that I received from this Uhaul office! I reserved a moving truck for today! The lady called me yesterday and told me that they didnt have a truck available in my area! She said that I would have to drive 40 mins south to pick one up! I was okay with that! Went to pick it up this morning only to find out that the truck was unavailable until 5pm!!! Called the office back and informed them! They were very unapologetic and said that I would have to drive another two hours south in order to reserve a truck!! I then began asking her about a refund and reimbursement for traveling, and the lady started talking very ghetto and unprofessional! So I asked to speak to the manager and she said “I am the manager”. I instantly realized that I was screwed”! I asked to speak to someone of higher ranking. She then placed me on the line with someone else. The first thing the new representative said was “Ma’am Al*** already told you that.. “ I finally gave up and called the 1800 Uhaul number and they reserved a truck for me that was only 35 mins away from my home! Please do not waste your time with the ghetto uneducated and lazy women at this organization!

Booked a u-haul online for one around my area and they changed my reservation to another u-haul in a town 38 miles out of my way.

Confirmed night before for the trailer and where we were going with it. Showed up next day and they would not give it to us,said it was for in town only. Sent us to another location which deseves no stars.

They were nice.

All I can say just lazy, rude, and disrepectful.

Terrible location. Staff are incredibly rude, the didnt have the truck. What was the point of reserving the truck if they wont even hold it?
