This place does not exist at this location. I dont know why people are reviewing it like it exists here. See photo for proof, just a small plaza with no CVS.

Inside the store itself is fine, but try to contact the pharmacy over the phone & you are stuck w/ only the automated phone service. The pharmacy never answers their phone. I have called here 5 different times trying to check on my fathers medications and every time I have to call back to try and get the front desk or any other department to then get to the pharmacy. Even then if you are put on hold your chances are 50/50 to get a quick response.. expect to be on hold for a while. If you get thru you are one of the lucky ones...

Quick and friendly service at the pharmacy. They were busy but still made the effort to be professional and courteous. They really helped with my dogs prescription, which is difficult to get filled. Really appreciated the service of India and Myisha!

The ADDRESS IS WRONG!! South not North! You could have corrected this months ago or put it on your outgoing message so people dont plug this into gps and drive around looking for it or wait on hold an hour to get the right address! Fix it!

This seems like a great place to put a pharmacy. Terrible service. Employees care about their own inconvenience but not their customers. I waited in pickup line; needed to drop off a new script for future pickup. The employee in pickup line told me I must leave off the new script at drop off counter, which had a 3 person line at the time. When pressed, she explained that “I would have to enter it in the system now, if I take it from you.” Note- there was no one behind me in her line! Later, at drop off, the equally inconsiderate and inept employee announced they didn’t have the medication in stock and returned my prescription. She advised I take it to other CVS pharmacies and “see if they have any.”Never again.

Appears to have a high turnover rate of employees! Many store products, especially food items, are way overpriced compared to other chain stores. Often, there is no one at the front counter. I have witnessed lots of shoplifting from the homeless, teenagers and others. Not a store I would shop at if I didnt live close by.The Pharmacy is as inept as can be. I have 3 prescriptions that were filled and picked up several months ago and the Pharmacy cannot clear the transactions from their system. I try to be charged for those 3 every time I pick up a prescription. Their response is for ME to look up a number online and ME call their IT Department to correct their issue! OMG

We live up the street and go to this store 5-10 times per month. The employees in the pharmacy are always friendly and Von is always very nice and helpful when at the front register. She is a great asset

This is the slowest CVS pharmacy in all of the pharmacies. I can never get through to them on the phone and then when they finally call you to tell you your prescription is ready you have to wait in line for an hour to get it. Horrible

I shop this CVS location several times a month. Everyone is polite & helpful. Store is clean, well lit & organized.

Ive had this pharmacy for awhile now. They have always messed my my scripts and my fathers, and I recently got off the phone with one of the pharmacy representatives to fill a prescription and in the the middle of the call they hung up on me for no reason

This CVS PHARMACY has gone down the drain! They are very inconsistent, and rude. This pharmacy USE to be so good, quick and friendly, TWO years ago. Now Im switching all my medicines to another pharmacy completely! Ive been a REGULAR customer for years, and now all of a sudden, due to high turnover of staff, they will ask, have you ever been here?, and, EVERY month I have to wait extra time because they dont run the scripts through my insurance! Its the SAME every single month. Im on Medicare, and nothing has changed in years!!! I get the same scripts every 30 days and they always try to charge me a different amount! The staff is no longer friendly, but act so irritated! And, to top it all off, they use the cheapest brand of medicines! They switched to Aurobindo manufacturers, very cheap and ineffective! This cvs is NOT worth the frustration! BYE!!

The store has a lot of cool stuff its a great stop before hitting the beach thye have everything.

Just went to fill one prescription. I have to wait until TOMORROW to pick it up. Why? Because it wont be ready for HOURS. So does this mean they need more people working or do I need a new drug store? The only polite person is an African American on the pick up register. The girl was pretty abrupt when she asked me to pick it up tomorrow. Not very friendly people here. Not even a smile. They can give those away free like I do. It would improve them so much more.

Never had issue here

Not a review person but the manager (long brown hair woman) was rude. Could tell that she was annoyed because I was checking out just before they closed. Tried to make light of it & make her smile but wasn’t happening. Basically slammed the door behind me as I walked out at 12:01.. FYI they close at 12 now.Was spending hundreds every week for 18 years but not anymore. Hoping a regional supervisor or someone in charge reads this & gives her a 101 on customer service. 24/7 Walgreens isn’t far away.

Would love to give no stars, clerk at front was way out of line and very rude, never go to this store again

Very busy store. The staff are mostly friendly. Some of the cashiers are slower than others. One likes to talk to her friends more than check people out.
