Nice big store with friendly staff. Lots of beach wear and great prices for the beach towels. I really liked the mermaid items. I will return when the weather warms up.

At my greatest moment of patriotic desperation, Sea Shells came through! Allow me to illustrate. Scene: July 4, 2021. Situation: it is late evening and I am NOT dressed for the occasion, as my present garb is jeans and a polo. I see this store as my last great hope to change these circumstances, but, as I walk in, the store is closing and the staff very politely asks all new entries to depart. I look toward the cashier, my face affixed with a look of defeated disbelief. He, being a receptive and compassionate individual, walks over to me and asks how he can help. I inform him of my quandary, and he very kindly (& heroically, I might say) allows me a few moments to browse the store and find an outfit more befitting for the occasion. In my new and improved clothing, I then proceeded to have the most glorious July 4th evening one could ever hope for. I will never forget the role this wonderful, family-owned, establishment played in making that happen! In closing, may God bless Sea Shells and God Bless America!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Between beach gear and Pokemon Sea shells & Coral gift shop has them both! Staff is pleasant and helpful! When Im not at Jax Beach lounging, Im at Sea Shells giftshop looking at the Pokemon Cards. Come check them out and also come get your Pokemon fix!

I drove 2 hours away and came here looking for shells because its so hard finding bigger shells where Im at and honestly didnt expect much but this place exceeded my expectations. This is such a great beach shop and very welcoming. The younger guy there was very helpful and also knowledgeable in hermit crabs. The shop was very clean, great stock on large shells, and very family friendly. Highly recommend and I will even recommend to some of my hermit groups 😊

Very good selection but be willing to barter and walk away if you feel the price is not worth. Prices are higher based on location but I been able to shave a buck or two off or walked out a few times because they would not negotiate and the price was not compatible to other shops. I like to share the business but not at the expense of my pocket.

Not tons of places to buy souvenirs near the beach. This is a good place to buy cheap “Jacksonville beach” gifts for coworkers.

I like to stop in to Sea Shells and Coral every holiday season to get souvenirs to send up north to entice my family to come down for a visit. I stopped in this morning and she had it stocked to the rafters with the best selection of beachy gifts and supplies! You need to stop in and buy a gift or two which will help support this JB landmark and keep our beach economies moving.

The lady blonde, older lady, that was working the register is overcharging people and the people that work there lack customer service skills in every way shape and form. She overcharged my wife and my friend also by about $20 each, so if purchase anything here, DO YOUR MATH. UTILIZE A TAX CALCULATOR THAT YOU CAN USE BY JUST LOOKING IT UP ON GOOGLE. Because if you try to say something about the injustice they have done, they get rude and say that theyre just trying to run a business and proceed with more smart allec remarks, instead of verify her math. Not only that every thing is final sale, so basically this place is a scam. This business is not worthy of the one measly star that I am leaving with this review.

The owner/manageress was the worst business person I have ever had the misfortune to meet or do business with. She was aggressive, abusive, cursed and downright rude to my not so young mother. I called the police to get the incident down on record so that, hopefully, when enough people have complained she will have to close as she will have no business. Never go there-you will only be treated with contempt. Even the staff were surprised at how badly she spoke to us. Andrea

The owners of this shop are absolutely amazing. I was in the market for a new pair of sandals and found exactly what I was looking for here. I should mention that I’m extremely picky about what goes on my feet. The owner was there and I told him what I was looking for he came into the sandal isle with me and showed me a bunch of options. Wasn’t quite sure that I wanted any of the sandals he showed me though. Checked out a few pairs at another store. Didn’t really care for what I saw there and went back to this shop and got the perfect pair. Spent a little more than I had planned but they are well worth it. The owner even gave me a little discount which I am extremely grateful for. They have a few other things I would like to get to use as decorations at my house and I will definitely be going back in the near future to buy them. Thank you very much for your help today it was much appreciated.

This lady lacked customer service skills. She overcharged my family. And when my friend said something about the overcharging instead of confirming and verifying the prices and the math that the store manager did, the manager got confrontational with my friend. I wish I could leave 0 stars because this business doesn’t even deserve the one star. Our experience here was terrible.

My wife wanted sharks teeth, so we called to make sure of their hours. They were closing soon, but offered to stay open for us! Who does that? When we arrived both girls were so sweet, polite, and friendly to talk with. Thank you for the amazing service and smiles. were definitely coming back. 100% service.

Great gift store at Jacksonville Beaches. The prices were good for a gift store. I got some great gifts for 3 fussy teens and early 20s kids of mine. You can leave there and walk right to the Beach or other quaint shops. Terrific Restaurants in that area. The smells if very good food lofting in the air. That day was awesome, we will definitely go back to that area next time we are in Jacksonville or St Augustine. I am taking my daughter up there for her 21st Birthday next September.

Wonderful experience here. Very friendly owner with one son working in one store, and another son working next door. Great selection of beach wear, jewelry, hats, etc. and sea-themed gifts like sharks teeth, coral necklaces, shells (of ALL sizes), UV color-changing T-shirts, etc. I spent a lot of time here looking at everything and the owner gave me a great discount on a Megalodon tooth. So glad I came. This is definitely a must-go.

I went to the beach with my dog and needed to buy a towel and I was interested in buying jewelry. I was asked if my dog was a service dog and I said no. I was asked to leave because he is a “pitbull.” I asked if they are just not dog friendly and she replied with, “we are not pit bull friendly as they bite.” My dog was not lunging, barking, growling, or jumping.. he was actually getting petted by another customer. Very sweet, calm dog... Don’t bully my breed. Will never return!

This store is a must great selection of items. Dont forget to stop in the store directly in front of this one if skateboards ECT are your thing. Both are great family owned stores with awesome people who own both.

Great place to grab some souvenirs! Staff felt very welcoming and helped when we couldnt find our sizes in the shirts we wanted. I was surprised to find some really specific things I had wanted there! Great location right off the beach and theres a public restroom right across the way.

Trying to find a place to shop on a Sunday after noon for our kids and family; I am so glad we found this locally owned souvenir shop it was worth us driving 40 minutes very welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for staying the extra minutes we appreciate it, we will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I didn’t have too. My fiancé and I came into the store to purchase a bathing suit. I had my 2 dogs with me. I had 2 waters in my hand. As my dogs were barking I stepped out the store because I didn’t want to disturb anyone. One of the employees came outside and processed to tell me that I stole a water. I went into the store as asked and told him that I bought the water into the store. He insisted that he seen me open the cooler and take the water. I than asked him to review the cameras as I would not steal a water. I was there to purchase a bathing suit. He used very foul language and accused me. He stated that I could not leave the store and was going to call the cops on me. He refused to look at the cameras. I politely walked out of their store. If he truly believed I stole something he wouldn’t have let me walk out of the store. I believe I was racially profiled because I am African American and was the only one in the store. I have never stole anything in my life and would never do so.

This is a great gift shop to buy souviners from Jacksonville. I brought my sister here who lives out of state and wanted a souvenir for someone who was watching her fur baby. I even bought myself a tee shirt and a shell box that I love to collect.

The only souvineer shop that I have found in Jacksonville. It’s tough finding souvineers for all of my friends and family who visit as Jacksonville is not very touristy. Anytime I have guests from out of town, I take them here. Staff have been friendly and helpful. They also have a good variety of different things to buy.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. If you want to be treated like a criminal, go to this store.

We was there in october and absolutely loved the store. Lots and lots of things to look at. My son got a hoodie and he refuses to take it off. Is one of the best hoodies we have bought him. We really loved this shop. Next time we are down we will be back to shop some more.

I would give 4 or 5 stars because the selection was great. Prices were decent. Some high some lower. BUT I bought multiple hoodies which were $27.99 (which in my opinion is a little bit high) I wore the hoodie on my way home through the airports it was comfy... but then I washed it one time (on gentle) and the hoodie material stretched and a hole has appeared where the hoodie pocket connects to the hoodie itself. So sad I was hoping to have this one for a while for the price! It was the red life guard one ☹️ So cute but just not worth it.

I had an awful expirience I was getting friendship bracelets at the beach and the guy seemed nice at first....we wore them to the beach and practically 30 minuetes one fell off and one fell apart we went back to exchange them and was told that it was are falt and will not let us have a refund or exchange them. We were disrespected. This place is awful and has employed an awful person. I hope that I will save you the trouble and money.

Beach is much better looking than fort Lauderdale. Just no ppl around and nothing to do. Could be cause we went on wednesday

I would never recommend this shop to anyone. At least not to get a shirt. I got a tye dye long sleeve shirt that had letters on the front and back and i wore it and washed it once, opened the dryer and all the letters off the shirt fell out on to the floor. Called them and asked them to send me another and they said there was nothing they could do and that they would be losing out if they sent me another. Im losing out!! Very rude employee on the phone too. What happened to customer service?
