Very pleasant woman helped me with my delivery and gave me a recommendation for a movie to take the kids to. I could do without the mask and social distancing but thats the world we live in now.

Not pleased with them. Try to rip you off on shipping. Make sure to tell them if its one way. Because they automatically charge for return shipping to. She said they arent supposed to te us that unless you ask. WOW! The parking there sucks!

Driver left a small package delivered in front of our closed garage door rather than the front door(less than 10 steps away). Garage door opened and the vehicle backed out not seeing the package and ran it over damaging the items inside. Called FedEx, and theyre customer service is a joke. I was told I would receive a phone call the next day....nothing. Its been a week. No call back despite multiple attempts to call them.

Got much better rate for shipping directly from them than when I went to a place who uses multiple shippers!

Above and beyond!! The lady at the counter pushed a button that opened the door for me so I wouldnt have to touch it on the way in-and-out. Also, she remained 6 away and change out her gloves and wiped down the counter before working with me. Share is very considerate of peoples comfort as far as Covid 19 goes. How only did she follow amazing protocol but she was also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend this place and I will go back.

Just received my sons phoneThe box is soo mangled that there is only the back cover, charger and papers.. There is no phone, battery or charging cable. This came from Florida to janesville wi.

I dont know whose responsibility this is but a package was dropped at my house yesterday but the address for the package was not the address it was delivered to. My husband and I spent the past 24 hours trying to contact FedEx to have them pick up and deliver this package to the correct address. Talked with someone yesterday and package was still on front porch this morning. I spoke with a HUMAN a few times who promptly transferred me back to the Main Menu or proceeded to disconnect me. You. need a 0 prompt so a customer can talk to a human. Finally, tracked down the phone number of the intended customer and he came to pick up. FedEx didnt take responsibility for their error.

Helpful today but we were there yesterday and not very helpful

Today there were two packages delivered. It seemed a person was training another driver. For the second time recently our packages were dropped over our fence. Instead of going to the gate, they walked through the flower bed and dropped the packages over the fence. Good thing they weren’t breakable. What happened to delivering packages to the doorstep?

The staff was very rude. I understand there a pandemic going on and I believe truly in social distancing. Don’t ever yell at me or my niece about getting out because of social distancing. I can’t tell if there’s anyone inside until I close the door especially if if it’s placard in stickers. I tried to talk to a supervisor apparently there wasn’t one available, highly unlikely. When I called customer service to complain they basically said that there was no way to send a complaint out to the facility. Yah right!

Very bad. Driver didnt try to contact me on their arrival and just stuck a door tag on window and since I needed the package immediately I had to drive to their business to pick it up as an elderly person in temperatures over 90.

Fedex is unable to deliver a package the driver doesn’t get out to read the address so they send it back .what a horrible way to run a business.

They have a small lobby, so with social distancing I had to wait outside in the wind and light mist. Unpleasant

Sign says they’re “open”. Walked inside and waited 5 minutes and no one came to desk. I can see workers going in and out yet no one was available to work the shipping desk. Very disappointed

My refrigerated medication is delivered late EVERY month. This month it was delivered WARM. The instructions say KNOCK HARD (verified its in all caps) but they dont. I had been home all day and never knock. No knock at my back-up drop off either. They dont nother trying. I had to get a replacement of my medication this month. Its a once a month delivery, FedEx! Just get here on time and preferably on the right day!! Thankfully I was able to find a different pharmacy to fill my very specific medication. So many reasons I will NEVER use FedEx for my own shipping. Failures all over the board for them.

These people delivered my Package worth over $100 to a house across town from me. I called customer service and they said it was delivered to the correct address. God Bless the lady who brought me my packages! No Thanks to FedEx!

We received a sticker on the door that the package was tried but we werent home. Circled on the note was the address of the location in which to pick it up (a cello). We drove to the location, which was a half hour drive in icy conditions. When we got to the store, the receipt was presented and the rep stated it was still with the driver. I asked the package be delivered, to which she said it wasnt possible. I could either wait in the parking lot for 2 hours or have it delivered to Walgreens the following day. I told her that we would return tomorrow to pick up in the store. Absolutely nothing was documented in front of me of these plans and no apology was given.Five minutes after leaving the store, I received a call that the driver would be getting gas at the nearby gas station and I could pick up the package there. (What?) She told me to call back to confirm. The number she called me from kept going to the fed ex hotline and I could not call her directly. When I was finally able to talk to a rep, he hung up on me. The second one was extremely rude but did give the direct number after some time. When I called the direct line, Lori (the rep at the store I dealt with earlier), finally answered after about 14 rings, asking if I was another person and answering it as if it were her own private number. I told her I would meet the driver at the gas station.The driver was there but it was there we discovered Fed ex got my apartment number wrong on their form. Please keep in mind we did all of this as he was at the pump. He stated he could not give me the package. I was beyond frustrated and told him I was not going to leave without my cello (of which was hundreds of dollars). He finally laughed and pulled out the signature form and handed me a package which was five feet tall (Im 411 and have had four hand surgeries within the past 6 months). I struggled to carry the package myself to my vehicle while he laughed and continued filling his van with gas.Never. Again.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. They never delivered it and said there was a weather delay. My package was last tracked in Chicago. I live 2 hours away in Janesville. No one can tell me why there was a weather delay when theres no inclement weather in this area. It was 75 and sunny in Chicago . Worst company ever and never again will I order from a place that ships through this company.

Terrible service. They didnt ring the doorbell when the package arrived for something I paid extra in shipping for. I needed the item that day for an event and then when I called to pick my item up they shut the place down even though they knew I was going to be there. I sent my boyfriend to get it with the tracking number and everything and they wouldnt let him get it. They said I had to be there personally and then shut it down on him. I needed the item today and now I dont have it because of their mistake. Im pissed, this is ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Just received two packages from the female delivery driver, both containing old radios. She had both together one ontop of the other and dropped them both onto the porch from over a foot in the air. She was in her truck before I could confront she but she looked at me before driving off and I let her know how unhappy I was. From now on Ill request sellers I buy from not to use FedEx. Update, I just msg both sellers of my radios how FedEx handled their products and how both packages were left up in front of the porch at the top of the steps in plain sight and no courtesy knock. NO MORE FEDEX DELIVERIES FOR ME.

I would like my boxes. You always wait two more days till you have my other boxes. I paid for shipping, i expect delivery. I track all my orders.

I have waited all day for several packages. 5:45 pm I tracked them again to see where they were and the website showed Exception. The driver claimed that at 5:30 he knocked on my door and there was no answere so he left with my packages. Nobody from FedEx knocked on my door. I called FedEx to complain and I asked for the number to the local office so I can tell them to bring my packages. Cutomer service refused to give me the number and said they will send them an email with my concerns.

Good people working there. Due to a new system I spent too much time to ship a package there. New system in place no proper training to the personnel.

I put in delivery instructions due to living in an apartment building and being on the top floor, yet supposedly they showed up when they didnt (no tag of them being here). Now my package is being rescheduled for the middle of next week when it was the drivers fault. The customer service wont do anything about it, dont have anything shipped through them.

But worth customer service that I had ever had to deal with. 3 different customer service agent gave me a different answer and the wrong misleading information and manager wasnt any help and where and override the issue!Worst company Ive had to deal with

The delivery guy never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell. Just walked up left a Tag and went on his way. I really needed that package.

Ive never had a problem with this location but a package coming from madison cant be left at this location to be picked up. Living alone out in the country and going to work at 11 am makes it hard to get a delivery from fedex in Madison when i live in janesville that requires not only a signature but someone be present at the time of delivery.

Terrible!!! Paid 31 dollars for shipping, told them glass jars with marinades. Must of shipped them upside down, got too destination with empty jars and a sticky box...dumbasses!!

Called to have this facility hold a package, was told it would be held for 5 days (business). Less than than 2 business days later they sent it back to shipper. Manager would not come to the phone and would only speak to me through the 1800 number. Will avoid this location and all FedEx carriers when possible.

Horrible said package was left at door was told later it was left on the side of the road in a snow bank because the driveway (all 15 yards of it) was to long
