My husband and I love this place. After dealing with shady mechanics in the past, we lucked out and found this place. They are upfront, always check back before they perform the work with a price estimate and always let you know when they expect to have the vehicle ready. I will wait for a few days if they say they are backed up because to me its worth the peace of mind to know itll be fixed right. Id give them an A++

David and Teresa are very honest and trusted people. David is viewed by many people in the community as one of the best mechanics in the area and he loves what he does.On their warranty work I give them 100% and they really earn your business. Auto pro keeps you informed on your cars over all mechanical conditions allowing you to be in the drivers seat so to speak. Allowing you to be in control with limited suprises. You dont have to be a pro as long as your connectioned to Autopro!!!

Avoid this place. Went back twice last September and they couldnt get it right, and they refused to refund me for the relook or the initial work, even though I showed them the paperwork for the GM dealer in Eldon putting it right. And they all think maskwearing is optional and a joke. We will probably be in trouble now for not having the correct views. Be careful

Can’t say enough good things about Dave and Teresa. My family and I have been bringing cars here for as long as they’ve been in Apache Flats. Never once have I been over quoted, told something was wrong just so they could make a buck (they’ll never need to, they always seem to be so busy, and that’s because they’re the best!) or been disappointed. The one goof up they’ve ever made in probably 20 visits between family and I was fixed promptly and professionally. If you need an honest and affordable mechanic, Dave’s your guy.

I WILL NOT, support a business that wont take responsibility for there negligence when a customer has a potentially life threatening occurrence in a vehicle that happened immediately after being in thier possession! This companys intrigerty is a problem!

The people were friendly both on phone and in person. Although the lobby they expect people to wait in has dogs, and a loud, screaming, running around kid. (owners child) Tried to sell part that was not needed. Very unprofessional and wont be returning.

My van needed the air fixed and it was to the point that my kids would sweat only going a few minutes down the road. So I took it to Autopro and they got me in and out with no problems. They are friendly professional and in my opinion the best shop around!! To this day my air is still freezing cold! I highly recommend these guys!!

I cant say enough good things about this place I have never had a bad experience bringing a vehicle to them to check out and fix. They are friendly, they have fair pricing, and as far as I can tell they are up front and honest about what your vehicle needs. Between my family and I together we have a total of 9 vehicles that we all bring here whenever one of them may have a problem and not once have any of us been dissatisfied with the service here. . I dont usually write reviews but a good, honest, friendly mechanic is hard to come by nowadays so I thought I would write this one just out of my appreciation for all their hard work. The Autopro folks are super friendly and they seem very knowledgeable. Ive tried a lot of chain/franchise car shops around town and I always end up regretting it, but these guys have been great for the year and a half Ive been taking my car there. They always seem to be in a great mood and are very respectful.

Great Business owners, they are more about you verse your dollar. Definitely get the customer service FIRST, then the great quality workmanship with a warranty. Great ALL AROUND BUSINESS, highly recommended if youre having car problems.

I took mine vehicle there to get 4 new tires and an alignment on my 2004 Honda. They put the new tires on and tried to align it afterwards but they told me they couldnt because there were a couple frozen bolts in the rear so they made me drive it with new tires on it with it being out of alignment, which I was not happy about. So they told me to make an appointment so they could get the rear back in alignment. I took it back a few days later and left it it was well over a week before it was finished they kept ordering the wrong parts and making excuses as to why they didnt have it done. Finally I get a call from them saying its done, here Im thinking finally they got it done. After a few hundred miles I noticed the tires are getting abnormal wear on the rear just like they were with the old tires. So come to find out what they did puzzled me, they loosened suspension components in other spots to make it look like it was in alignment. What they loosened and retightened did not hold, now I took it back to them to have them look it over telling them that my tires are wearing funny and they kept saying we dont see anything wrong with them it all looks good, at this point I am not happy because I just spent $500 on tires and another $130 on labor just for them to loosen a couple suspension parts to make it look like it was an alignment that didnt hold because they made the adjustment in a spot that wasnt meant to be messed with. So now my tires are wearing abnormal and the problem was never fixed correctly, not only am I out $130 but my tires have unnecessary wear on them so they will not last as long and I have to do the repair myself by putting on new lower control arms in new bolts so I can be aligned right. And I have to pay someone else to do my alignment because I do not trust these people anymore with my car. All I want from them at this point is to make it right with me and they wont even do that. All Im asking for them to do is reimburse me for the labor of $130 and replacing the tires with new ones because they are worn abnormally because they failed to do the alignment the correct way. They told me they saved me money but they are costing me more money in the long run. Not happy I would not recommend doing business with these people.

My car was Paid for and picked up from this place. As we’re taking the car home the engine catches on fire. It wasn’t even 15minutes later. When we went back they said there was nothing they could do for us.

Christina Salter, Ive never met you or talked to you about your car. You never called or asked any questions about your vehicle. Everyone knows the insurance co. can’t force you to take your car anywhere. I did not charge you $600 for just a starter and battery. You neglect to mention that we also had to remove & clean the chunks of metal from the oil pan. All repairs were approved by your husband, and he even came down and saw the debris in your oil pan. There are pictures of the debris that was sent to your husband & insurance co. I couldnt possibly be any more open or honest with you. your oil change was also 2000 miles over due. You never asked me to put a starter on your car nor did your husband. Take credit for your misleading remarks and not the needed & authorized repairs that we did to your vehicle. Also, let’s not forget when your car showed up here it did not run, however when it left it did (imagine that) your welcome. Your just upset because your insurance doesnt cover neglecting your vehicle. please in the future if you have questions about repairs done by anybody anywhere just ask questions dont bash, mislead, attack & try to destroy somebody because of your failure to communicate concerns. We want everybody to have a good experience here.

Horrible experience Take your car to an established Garage. Loved the fact the amount of work They said I needed and as a researcher I had to get a second opinion.....And the other shop almost 2900 cheaper!!!!! I will never use this place again.

I feel robbed. We wanted our car to go the dealer but the insurance man demanded we take our car here and then Dave declares the motor has gone bad by just dropping the oil pan. (Oh, but hell replace the motor cheaper than the dealer, he says) We ask that he might want to try a starter...so he charges us $600 for a starter and a new battery (when the old battery was just fine). Surprise, surprise the car turned over but the motor is still bad and then HOLDS THE CAR HOSTAGE until we pay cash even though it was supposed be billed to the insurance. This guy is a crook! Follow up: I finally got my car to the dealer and with little or no effort, the dealer started this car up and drove it down the street. No problem. There is something very wrong here...needless to say I wouldnt recommend this guy to anyone!

Well bad experience on parts!!! Alternator goes out get it home after they fixed it, goes back out 2 days later, they put a tire rod on and again had be replaced!!!

The main vehicle inspector gapped me on a suspension part as being bad, that was not bad or broke or loose, these are the only reasons to fail it on a vehicle inspection
