Wow! I dont even know where to begin! Cody & Kevin were the greatest! They were very knowledgeable and friendly and able to help me get my new car. Such a blessing! Cody was able to work with the banks and finances and knew exactly what he was doing. I am so appreciative that he asked questions and actually listened to my husband and I and was able to go and work his magic! Kevin was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and very personable. I feel that both gentlemen were not pushy and cared about our car needs and was just the best car experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Ive bought about 10 cars in my life so far and this was definitely that best experience Ive encountered. Also my husband and I were not able to get there any earlier than 5:30pm on the night we got the car and Kevin, Cody, and the Dealership Manager (cant remember his name) stayed an hour and 1/2 later than closing time to make sure we were able to bring home the new car that night. He made sure I was taken card of with a rental car and kept me informed of things every step of the way despite having a few issues getting the correct battery for my truck and the battery company sending the incorrect one the first time. I had the worst experience ever at this Dealership! I unfortunately wound up purchasing my car from here and have regretted it ever since! I would not recommend this place to anyone purchasing a used or new car! My salesman was quite pushy, rushed for time as he had another customer come in and that made me uncomfortable! I was lied to on several occasions and everyone tried, several weeks later, to smooth this over!I also changed my own cabin air filter, which was horrible, just 2 weeks after I got my vehicle. I have attached a picture of that air filter. Very poor service!I will NOT go back to this dealership for ANY services for my car!!

Went to get a key reprogrammed because it stopped working. Required a full hour of service, an appointment, and $85! It takes maybe 5 min to reprogram a key. Silly.

This was by far the worse experience i have ever had i tried to trade in my car i just got a few months ago and they were trying to get outrageous payment prices out of us not only did they keep pushing us into trying to get the car they ran mine and my fainces credit 11 times for no reason at all . I went in to have my car looked at in the service department while I was there I test drove a very nice Infiniti QX 30. Beautiful car asking sale price 22,000 I walked out in there car price was 29,000 and the loan amount of 8000 turned out to be financing 14,900. I felt like I was misled lied to and not only that being taken advantage of I will never buy a car from them
I went to Nissan for an oil change. They did a great job! I always love how the service men never try to push new products on me or other services that aren’t necessary. As long as I have my car, I will always take it to Nissan Service Center!
Over promised and under delivered, gross negligence. I scheduled an appointment to have rear AC lines replaced, dropped the vehicle off on a Monday morning, by mid day received a follow up phone call from the service department with an estimate which I agreed to. Service dept. told me next day shipping on the part so my vehicle would be ready by Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I receive a phone call from the Service dept. stating that the part had not arrived and they had no idea when it would be available but were hoping in the next day or two. On Tuesday the following week, having received no further phone call from Nissan of Jefferson City, I called them. The Service dept. told me they had no update and told me that if I would call Nissan directly that it may expidite the shipping process. I just cant wrap my mind around that I need to call anyone to fix a dealership shipping issue. I told the service dept. to cancel the order as they were approaching two weeks of having my vehicle and had done nothing other than change the oil. On Friday of that week I showed up at 4:40 p.m. to pick up my vehicle just as I told them I would. It took 15 minutes for a service person to find my invoice so I could pay for the oil change. Once done, he goes to get my key fobs and boom, they are gone. The service tech or someone in the service department lost my key fob. After an hour of searching, nothing, my fobs are gone and all they could tell me is, they should be in our key box. Naturally at this point my frustration is through the roof. A guy from the service dept. comes out to the service bay and tells me the bad news of my key fobs are gone but that he has ordered two new ones and they will be free of charge. (Maybe its just me but I did not feel like I was getting any huge deal by them not charging me for key fobs they lost) I ask when the fobs will be there and the guy says they are being overnighted so maybe Saturday but worse case the following Tuesday. I work 2 hours from Jefferson City during the week so it would be the following Friday before I could pick up my vehicle. That means 3 full weeks they have had my car to change the oil. I ask the service guy what vehicle he has on the lot that is the same size as my Armada that he is going to loan me so I can transport my family for the next week. His response, we dont have loaners or anything on the lot so there is nothing he can do to provide me any temporary vehicle. So in the end, they lose my key fobs and I need to figure it out for another week. The following Monday comes and goes and no call from them about the replacement key fobs. Tuesday comes and goes and again no call. This morning I call Nissan of Jefferson City and the service guy tells me the fobs came in this morning and they would have them programmed by late morning or early afternoon. I told him I would have someone at their dealership to pick up my Armada at noon and the vehicle needed to be ready end of story. He agreed. Monday, two days ago, I left a messae for the store manager asking him to call me back as I wanted to express my frustration with this situation, particularily that they did not offer a loaner vehicle or a rental car to make up fo their negligence. He has yet to return my call. As a result I filed a formal complaint with Nissan Coorperate but seriously doubt that it does much to address my issues. My advise to anyone thinking of taking a car to Nissan of Jefferson City is be very cautious.
Service rep was very friendly and helpful. Met the tech, too, who performed everything to expectations--two reasons why I come back to this dealership. Please tell them how much I appreciate their efforts.My only concern is the front-line employees encountering customers do not wear masks during this pandemic. We all know its a pain, but I am in a high-risk group and noted that none of the front-line employees had masks in practically the entire facility that customers are allowed access to. And, no, its not reasonable for the dealership to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I am out of town (100 miles) and this is not an option. I will say that most employees did attempt to social distance in my presence, but I hope youll rethink the mask issue--its not that bad once you used to wearing one. And, when customers are not present in the service bay entrance entrance area, it would be okay to remove. Doesnt that seem like an acceptable compromise?

I am very happy with all of the people who helped with the process. My salesperson Nathan Hays, and Keith Reiss in the finance department BOTH made the process very easy. This is my second vehicle purchase and will continue to give business in the future. No pressure sales and had patience with me as I decided on the purchase of my néw Rogue Sport.
I would give zero stars to the service department. I have purchased four vehicles from Jefferson City Autoplex with three of them being from the Nissan Dealership. Unfortunately every other time I bring my Altima to them something happens. Once a transmission service I did not authorize, next over filled my coolant tank and caused antifreeze to leak all over. Most recently I bring them my car with a working Key Fob, asked them to change the oil and to replace the battery in the key fob. Come to pick my car up after the oil is changed and battery in the fob is replaced. Now, guess what no more working key fob. Talked to Matt the Service manager to try to correct the issue. He treated me like a fool who had no idea what was going on. Matt shared with me it is like a tv they just stop working. So I asked if I replaced a piece inside my tv and it stopped working did the TV really just stop working or was I to blame. His answer well we didnt do anything to make your fob no longer work. He shared with me its $300+ or since you have an extended warranty its $200 not willing to work with me one bit! You all can be arrogant and treat loyal customers this way all you want. I will happily take all my car buying and service needs to a different location.I am not here to bash a business. It is very interesting all of these situations happened to the same customer, and I truly hope it is just me this stuff is happening to. I want to warn others to make an informed decision when choosing the Nissan Service Department of Jefferson City.

While visiting for a test drive in November 2020, at the a new height of the COVID-19 pandemic, not a single staff member was wearing a mask indoors. I was also seated at a normal distance from the staff, I felt very uncomfortable throughout the experience. Wearing masks should be the bear minimum. Also they kept pushing me to finance cars that were well over twice the price of the car I had gone in to see, ignoring my financial goals. Since visiting they have also been emailing me multiple times a day. Very distasteful experience.

I bought my first new car here. I like the fact that they were willing to work with me on making a deal and helped me with what I needed for the new car (car wash, components). However, I wish they couldve shown all the hail damage more clearly that I didnt have to find all the dents by myself. Although the financial transaction, the most important part, felt a little rushed, other than that, it was a good experience overall.

Horrible went in for a oil change and they checked my tire had a nail in it in the center of the tread and they told me it was unsafe. Then they try and sell me a tire I said no because it was $300 for one tire... and then they jam the old tire and rim into my trunk scratching my brand new $350 Harley Davidson helmet and then didnt even offer a explanation or apologize at the least...I will never buy a car or for there again worst dealership in Jefferson city
We own two Nissans. The current purchase replaces one of those destroyed in an accident. Our experience with Nissan is that they are comparatively affordable and offer extreme reliability. Im still driving a 1996 Maxima that handles like a dream. I was pleasantly surprised with the detail to which our sales representative explained all of the options available on various models with associated pricing without pushing the sale. Scotty Huffmaster took the time to find out what our needs and wants were in a vehicle and made recommendations that best fit those requirements. With his help, we arrived at a vehicle that fits us entirely. After the sale, we received detailed assistance in getting accustomed to our new car. A pleasant experience for all and we are most pleased with our new Kicks. There is nothing to complain about.

I came in looking for a specific vehicle i saw online and Scott was fabulous at making sure it was what i really wanted and getting me through the process. He also did it without pushing me into something that might make him more money. All the staff were professional and the service was above and beyond. This place is a joke. Sales person says we can work with you since you are paying with cash. Gives us a price we agree on. Manger is being friendly, never see my sales person after two hours being there. Go in to sign papers, see the price was never changed. Manager says, I was not aware of any price change talk. Talk to the sales man and he denies we talked about one! Manger then says yeah the price is firm I can not go any lower at all. Walked right out, 3 hours of my time wasted and miss my own work hours on Jerks like these.
Everything was completed I a timely manner, the staff was friendly and they even had the part to fix m door.

I had very low expectations about walking into a dealership after a bad experience with our previous purchase from a different dealership. I was quoting a vehicle on line on Nissans website and quickly had a text from Nissan of Jefferson City. Shortly after, a personal cell phone of one of the employees to reach out with questions. Showed up with no appointment close to closing time and everyone was attentive, helpful, and polite. The day we picked up our vehicle, paperwork was ready and took less than 15 minutes. Ran into a minor snag that was remedied to our satisfaction very quickly. Received a text message several days after the purchase to make sure all questions were answered and we still loved our purchase. Top marks to everyone from the Service Dept, to Finance, to Sales to Management. Will definitely be back and have already recommended Nissan of Jefferson City to our friends.

Contacted Caillin internet sales on a used 2019 Nissan Frontier 6/25/2019 at 5pm and was given an appointment at 1000 the next morning and was told that Brandon the sales associate would meet us with the vehicle in front. When we arrived for the appointment Brandon was not aware of the appointment or what we were there for. He left us in his cubicle for an extended time only to tell us the vehicle had been sold . He then tried to persuade us to buy a new vehicle with o % interest and a 200,000 mile warrant which we found out later there is no such warranty. He then showed us a specs sheet of a vehicle in which led my wife and myself to believe one was available as we asked the color of said vehicle. After we agreed that we were interested Brandon told us that they would put a search out for a vehicle like the one the in the specs sheet. We had to place $1500 down and assured that I would have said vehicle by Monday or Tuesday. Sales manager Emily said that she would find one for us . On 6/29 AM Brandon calls me and tells me they found a vehicle in Chicago but will be $1800 more due to more options I reluctantly agreed and a few hours later get a call from Brandon and said that deal fell through. I then called Emily and she said she no longer would look for a vehicle and would refund my money which they did and did send a employee to my house with a check. I bought a used 2019 Frontier the very next day In Columbia MO from Machens without any run around or hassle.
We had a couple of experiences with James and he was always very helpful and pleasant. Our last visit, we were ready to pull the trigger. We knew what we wanted and he gave us a few options to make sure we had all of the information and choices shown to us. Getting to the Test drives he was very knowledgeable about the cars. During the negotiations he was always pleasant. Delivery was great, and his explanation of all of the functions of the vehicle were clear.

Two times in a row weve been for service appointments and our car has been returned to us dirty. First time it was a greasy boot print on the carpet. This time it was debris stuck on the dash. The keys were supposed to be on the floor on the drivers side. My husband found them next to the door on the passenger side. For a dealer and an industry that is supposed to compete and take pride in attention to detail, this is a disappointment.

Was not there very long. Long enough to have the batteries in my key fobs, 2 key fobs cost me $9.99. One of the sales people opened the door for me. They have cold waters in mini fridges and a popcorn maker. I love popcorn!
While having a nice selection, and ni pressure to buy their inspections department leaves alot to be desired. Less than a month since I got my vehicle one of the tires blew out the entire sidewall. No notice what so ever. They definitely need to look over the vehicles they are selling better.
Very rude sales manager! Actually quit talking on the conference call with salesman and walked away. The salesman was ok, but kept having to take calls when he was with us. I found that rude. One on one customer service training would be beneficial.
Bought a 2012 Honda Civic, it was a trade in. We got notification of the car for sale before the dealership had a chance to clean it up . Previous owner had left it in pretty bad shape but it was a solid car. Dealership was very open and honest about the condition of the car. They did a fantastic job of all service items required including new tires. Their detail department did a top notch job of getting the scratches left by previous owners’ cats and years of dirt in interior.Salesman Brandon was great, finance department Keith was great as well. No pressure buy. An overall great experience.

The only thing that bothered me was the AC compressor is only guaranteed for1 year A friend of mine has his replaced at Jim Lewis and for less $$ and they gave him a lifetime guarantee. Needless to say I was disappointed when I was told only a 1- year guarantee.
