The Two gentlemen at AutoZone was so helpful even when I took my pickup to see if they could find what I was looking for or assist me. I have never had that much respect or treated so well better than any other parts store. they took their time never rushed or try to just get rid of me or anyting thats why I try and go there all the time I want to thank the two gentlemen for helping me I really appreciate you and you have my upmost respect. Christopher G at AutoZone helped my fiance and I with a diagnostic issue with my car. He helped us check my malfunction light and determined it was a battery issue. He came out and checked my battery and determined that was indeed the issue. The battery was still under warranty so he returned it and installed our new battery all for free and with a lot of kindness! His help and knowledge were very much appreciated.

Stopped in to buy a bottle of brake fluid. Store was clean and well-lighted, appeared to be well-stocked, I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and offered assistance finding what I needed, but it was right there, so no searching needed. Fortunately, the smaller bottle was all I needed, and so I was in and out like a flash. Thanks, AutoZone!

Their website showed that they had this item in stock, available, so I drove into town and guess what? They didnt have it. To their credit, they looked in a couple of crates. But what is the point of online inventory/ordering/in store pick up if a) the data is incorrect, or b) inventory mfmt is so poor they cant locate anything?

My experience at this store is very satisfied because the employees at AutoZone they find the parts for you vehicle you need and they helped you they installed to the other auto parts any one helped you like AutoZone

I took my car to AutoPro in Jefferson City and they bought a brand new engine from AutoZone for my 2008 Saturn Outlook all-wheel-drive. In under 11,000 miles, the engine failed and it has been three weeks of me not having my vehicle and my auto repair shop fighting With you guys to get a replacement engine. I would never recommend you to anyone, nor will I ever shop at your store. I would rather go to O’Reilly’s auto parts, or western auto, or Napa before I would spend a penny With you guys to get a replacement engine. Poor organization in the store. The manager Christopher was walking back and forth cussing about the computers. Phones ringing left and right with no one answering. Final an employee answered and then when she got off the phone she started mocking the customer that had been on the phone. Very Unprofessional employees. I was going to apply for an opening they had but not after seeing the people that I would be working around.

I do business at all of the local auto parts stores, and the Jefferson City AutoZone is always staffed by friendly, knowledgeable folks.

Very helpful staff. Needed assistance replacing the rear wiper on my van - rather than sell me an extra tool to remove the entire wiper arm, they gave me a better wiper connector and installed it for me. Very easy and convenient. Thanks!

I frequent this place often, easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable about basic car care needs and maintenance. Additionally the rewards seem to add up quick.

My favorite parts store in town, they are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile but thats not why they are my favorite. They are my favorite because if I send my wife to town to pick up parts for me, they treat her with respect. She never leaves feeling upset or disrespected. Thats worth something to me.

Wouldnt trust them too much. Most of the time they dont have parts for my car, even though I got rare car so its kinda makes sense. But prices are high too. Usually if you can buy it at Walmart or online youll save yourself good fortune of money. Plus few times when they actually had parts for my car, it end up being wrong part. Staff is helpful.
