From the moment I called to ask about getting my oil changed they were professional and very helpful. I got right in when I arrived and they finished my oil change in a very reasonable amount of time! It’s very nice not having to have an appointment and being able to get in quick!

Honest and professional. They dont make appointments. Service is first come, first serve. So, if youre looking to have your service done in a timely fashion, youre going to need to show up about a half hour before they open. The performance of services is quick once your car is in the shop, and they do a great job without attempting to sell you products or services your car doesnt need. They do offer a complimentary shuttle service for the immediate Jefferson City area, which is great if your car wont make it in until later in the day. I would highly recommend Jim Lewis, especially over Tire Plaza just down the street.

Needed tire rotation and oil change. Other places required appointment for the service and were scheduling two weeks out. By arriving first thing when they opened and waiting I was able to get the services in just over one hour. Staff always friendly and courteous.

Always upfront with what you need. But super. honest!! They have actually done minor things and said nothing further was needed. They also have helped me prioritize when multiple things need to be done.

Tire Pros did a great job! Replacement tire, oil change, and TPMS sync, all done in 3.5 hours after drop-off, and all for about $130.

Included when you purchase tires from the Jim Lewis Tire Pros is a free road hazard, flat, and rotation every 5,000 miles.

I ordered a set of 4 Cooper touring tires because I was told theres a discount on them. Plus I was told theres another discount if i were to apply and use a Jim Lewis tire credit card. I applied and got the card. I dropped off the car in the morning. I picked it up in the afternoon to find out they installed Cooper Hercules tires so I was not going to get either discounts. This is called bait an switch.I was very upset and after saying Im not paying for them because these are not the tires I wanted, they agreed to put on the touring tires. But now I have to spend more time taking my car in a second time. Plus someone taking me there to get the car. Just a hassle that shouldnt be needed.If you order tires here, make sure you get what you order.

Absolutely impressed by this tire shop. The Customer service is amazing. John Haley really took care of us, noticed immediately that I had two different size tires on my GMC, it is AWD so I needed all 4 replaced. They didn’t have the tires I wanted and knew I was in a hurry to get back on the road. They drove to Columbia to pick them up and had me up and running within two hours. I was driving across the Missouri River bridge last Friday night about 4:15 PM. I struck a piece of metal on the roadway and it became imbedded in my tire. I turned right around on the HWY 63 Cloverleaf and headed back across the bridge to Jim Lewis tire. I was close to needing new tires anyway and they got the tires in and I was on my way today. I appreciate their service

Eric has great customer service bqut dont always get him when you call for services. Other customer service reps not so good at dealing with customers. I needed special order tires. They would call when they came in. Two days later I had to call them to confirm they were in. After drop off of old tires /wheels, I had to call several times over 3 hours to make sure they were getting changed and when they were ready for pick-up.

Ive trusted my vehicles to these guys for 30 years. Never a doubt.

Had them do a leak repair on a motorcycle tire that took a nail. They did a plug rather then a patch witch i was told was a longer lasting fix. Tire rides just fine. However only thing I was surprised by is how they didnt buzz down the left over nub of the plug. So riding with a bit of a thump thump until the nub wear down to meet the surface of the tire.

I called Popp’s and asked about repairing my tire and was told they use Lewis Tire so I called Lewis and left my tire overnight, because it was late in the day and it would be ready for me. I only had a tire leak fixed for 15 dollars. So far so good. They were busy, so I had to wait, but that was fine. They do have free WiFi to pass the time. Very clean inside. They are just business with low relational skills, and while I like people who are relational, I do not go there to build friendships. Their work seems good and customers before me spoke highly of their workmanship. I have no qualms about recommending them with my experience.
