I came into Plaza Tire for a nail in my tire and an oilChange. I was able to walk in and immediately be helped. The service was pretty quick and customer service was very welcoming considering the stressful situation I was in. I appreciated the quick help and good service.

My nephew lives in Missouri and needed some work done on his car right away at the last minute plaza tire came through was able to look at the car put 4 new tires on it a wheelhub assembly assembly alignment with oil change I was very happy with the service the price for everything was very reasonable and happy with how they was able to take payment over the phone when the work was done if Im ever in the area I would definitely use plaza tire again

I needed tires TODAY!! I called Plaza Tire on Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, MO and the guy I talked to, John I believe, was very pleasant and helpful, gave me a few options and explained them very well. I was able to get there at about noon today, ran a couple quick errands with my fiancé, and before we were even done, I was called that my tires were on and ready to go. Exactly what I needed and I love the tires!!! Truck road very smooth before the new tires and I believe it rides even better now!!! I will go back!! Also, the guy who helped me out at the front desk, sorry, I missed his name, but he was very professional and helpful also!!! Great experience!!!

I had scheduled an appointment and upon arrival they told me they were running late because of a lack of workers (seems like that is everywhere right now). I wasnt thrilled that it was going to take longer, but sat down to wait. They were all working really hard and it was maybe an extra 5 minutes that I waited. They were all super professional and helpful and working very hard to stay on time. Ive been here many times and will continue to go back because they are hard and honest workers with great customer service!

I was quoted one price for tires. I called and they didnt come in so I was offered another brand (more expensive) at the same price, same deal. I get there for my scheduled appointment and am told they have the brand I originally wanted but they were a little wider tire and Id get the same deal. I get home and realized they over charged me. They were closed so I called back today and am told they were more than what I was quoted, but did get the buy three get one free. All I got was Im sorry. Ill say that the only reason they are getting two stars is because of Paul. He went above and beyond to try to help.

Fast friendly service people, got us in and out ina reasonable time frame. Only drawback was the ABS and traction control and 4wd service lights on afterwards. Tire pressure service light was on too but it was on when I went in. If they dont disappear in a few days and a few hundred miles Ill go back and see if they can diagnose the problem. Otherwise well satisfied.

Plaza Tire has been a great experience every time I bring in my car. I feel like they are reasonable, have professional educated mechanics, quick but thorough service. I will keep bringing my car back for maintenance and car problem needs.

Very accommodating! Came in on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a front end alignment with no attitude!

Called ahead to make sure that the place wasnt crowded and that I could get in and out in an hour. That didnt happen. I needed an oil change and 4 tires replaced. That took about 2 and a half hours instead of the hour guarantee on the website and the hour and a half I was told when I dropped off the vehicle.I needed an alignment as well which took additional time. I was also charged for a plaza tire warranty without being asked and had my credit card run before they even told me about the warranty. I was asked to sign and had the program explained after I had already paid for it. I would have had the charge removed, but I was already running late.The people who work here are polite and seem nice for the most part. I think it is just a bit disorganized and they need to keep better communication with the customer and each other. Nothing should be added to the bill without getting consent to do the work first. Also, dont over promise on what you can do. You dont know what else the customer has planned and need to respect their time.

We have lived in the Jefferson City area for over 30 years. We have raised 4 children. So we have had many different cars over this time. We have used Plaza Tire for vehicle repair and maintenance. When it came to tires we have always used Plaza Tire. They have found us great deals, rebates and the best tires for the different vehicles. When it comes to buying tires the only place we go is Plaza Tire!

Everything was fine. People professional and courteous.Only small problem. Wife sensitive to cigarette smoke. Claims when she got into car smelled like cigarettes.

Needed a new battery right away. Plaza took me immediately, ordered the battery needed from a local supplier and had my car on the rack within 20 minutes. Good service, efficient. Will definitely come back for other service.

I was told my vehicle needed almost a thousand dollars in repairs to pass a state inspection. I called the dealership to inquire how much the same repairs would cost if they did the repairs. The dealership said those repairs would cost just over three hundred for parts and labor. When they looked at the vehicle they informed me that my vehicle didnt need those repairs. I then took my vehicle to another shop to get an inspection done and it passed with no issues. I asked the mechanic there if it needed the repairs that were listed from this place. He said that there were no issues with those parts and it was unlikely there would be at anytime soon because they were is great condition. He told me he was irritated by other mechanics trying to RIP people off by trying to convince them that they needed repairs they didnt need because it gave other mechanics a bad reputation. It appeared that they were using state requirements for getting the safety inspection done as a way to get people to feel pressure to get unnecessary repairs because they cant renew their plates without passing an inspection. I understand that mechanics do not make money doing inspections. However, trying to use them to make money off of people who trust their expertise is unethical.

Great customer service! Not only did they have everything in stock when I called, they were able to get me in the same day. Very friendly and informative staff. When I got there, I asked if I could add an oil change, and the attendant said “no problem”, which was much appreciated as I did not have to make a second trip back.It turned out I did need one part that I thought I already had, but I was mistaken. They were able to find one and get it delivered in minutes. I will definitely be going back when I need additional service or tires.
