This is a first class shop -- I was on a ride across Missouri and, my own fault, I hadnt been maintaining my tubeless system and ended up with a flat. They were open on Sunday, took care of me right away, and I was on my way in under an hour.Very knowledgable, more than fair pricing. Please support shops like this -- we need them!!!Thank you Mark!

We dropped by to have a pull behind kid stroller looked at and Mark (the owner I think?) was amazing! He looked it over, put it together cor my wife while I stayed in the car with our toddler and then he said all we needed was a $10 part we could order ourselves and he didn’t even charge us. Talk about customer service and kindness. 7 stars and I’m usually pretty hard on places. So maybe 10 stars. 👍

Super nice people. Smaller bike shop, but they work on anything and everything. They don’t cut corners or preform subpar work. Called around to several local bike shops. Their labor and parts prices are always significantly less than competitors. Their process is way more detailed then the others, which is why I chose them. While I was waiting a guy showed up unable to get air in his kids tires. They came out and aired it up, then refused to take money. Class acts and gained my business forever.

I just completed a 12+ hr bicycle mechanics class at Cycle Depot over the course of 3 days. I cant put into words how patient, knowledgeable, and detailed oriented Mark was with my instruction. He puts so much effort into the quality of service when he works on bikes. I cant speak of the other Jefferson City bike shops, traveling from Kansas City for this class, but there is just no reason not to have Cycle Depot service, repair or build your bike. Mark, and his wife Pam, will treat your bike like their own.This 12hr class actually turned into 16+ hrs due to Marks attention to every little detail.

This place deserves nothing but 5 stars. Speedy yet personal service. It great when you walk I and tell that they love their job. It shows you that they are professional and good at their job.

The Cycle Depot is my go-to place. Excellent customer service and great work! I love the wheels Mark built for my bike. Pam is always helpful and able to track down things I need! They can order anything in quickly and at a great price. Even though I no longer live in the area, I still call the Cycle Depot first when I need things - they will order in what I need and have it delivered to me. 5 stars is not enough!

This is the finest cycling establishment for a hundred miles. If you want the same cycle store experience youve always had, go to a big box store. If you want to see a family that truly loves the sport and knows everything there is to know about it, youre in the right place.

I stopped here after making an appointment at another shop and was told they were too busy after I arrived. I was having a long-term issue with my derailleur. My bike was on the rack and being checked as soon as I walked in the door. Mark disassembled, cleaned, replaced cables and made all adjustments while carrying on a lively conversation. The bike shifts better than it ever has (Ive had two other mechanics work on it.) and the price was much less than the other two shops charged, that did not fix the issue.

Really nice owners. We came straight into town to ride the Katy Trail and had a flat. They immediately fixed it and gave more advice about our bike than we had ever been given. They know their stuff! And he has an awesome English accent on top of it!

The customer service here is unparalleled. I came to this shop 10 minutes before it closed to get a new set of pedals and cleats installed. The owner was more than happy to install for me despite it taking 15 minutes over closing time. Very friendly people, I would recommend this business to anyone!

My wife and I recently bought a pair of bicycles from Hartsburg Cycle Depot and could not be any more pleased. To start with, they treated us like we have been riding for years and were frequent customers, although we just started. We had a set of bikes in mind and they never tried to change our minds or up sale us in any way. They had nothing but good things to say about every brand and style of bike, even bikes from box stores such as Walmart. They spent the time to ensure the bikes we wanted, matched the style of riding we planned to do and confirmed our choices would be good for us. They had to order our bikes and they came in on time as promised. Mark took the time to ensure we had all the information we needed to use our bikes and do small routine maintenance. I have never had a better experience with any shop and would happily do business with them again. The bikes we received are amazing and we are very happy.

I purchased a Raleigh here and they assisted me in getting the right one for what I needed. They are very friendly and skilled; they can back their smiles with their service. I was about to embark on a cross state Katy Trail ride I had planned for three months when my derailleur broke. They had it fixed by the next day and I set out on schedule. This is now the exclusive shop I go to for repairs.

Cycle Depot came through when we needed them the most in a fashion that only an excellent small business can provide. Our team was partaking in the RAAM 2014 (Race Across America) from Oceanside, CA to City Dock, MD when a bottom bracket bearing went bad on the race bike. Mark and Pam were extremely helpful and stayed open late for us because of the importance of the repair and replaced the broken bearing and has worked flawlessly since. Truly a wonderful experience with caring owners. I wish shops like theirs existed in more places.
