I have a pay as you go since November when Im roaming i dont have service was told sorry they know its a problem they have been trying to fix for 2 months now not very hard evidently

So I want to publicly make known of a situation therefore no other customers may be treated like I have or have the same experience when dealing with US Cellular. My wife and I switched to US Cellular a little over a year ago, Im a disabled combat veteran and I do charity work and activisim work for my daily tasks, we were told that once we paid off our phone that we purchased through US Cellular by our sales rep that the pho e would be unlocked and we could takecthe phone to any carrier and switch to it, this is why they got rid of contracts is how my salesperson put it. Well time went on our service was horrible with the amount of traveling I do for charity work and veteran rights work I do I could not even use the GPS on my phonee so I was paying for a smartphone that I couldnt ever use unless I was connected to Wi-Fi, so we decided to pay off my wifes phone to which was a galaxy S7 Edge and switch carriers to Verizon, when we went into Verizon we tried to transfer my wifes phone over to Verizon because it was paid off and unlocked or so we thought, coome to find out that the phone will not work with Verizon, so ultimately I pain a little over 800 dollars for a pho e that can only be used at US Cellular, when I found this out I contacted customer service and got switched over to a manager, that manager proceeded to tell me that once the phone was paid off it was no longer their concern, which as a customer who was told something completely different from when we purchased angered me extremely, I was tired of being lied to constantly by US Cellular fyi not the first time was lied to by them, so I traded our phones in because I was no longer willing to stick with a compasny that treats a disabled veteran as such and takes advantage of them by lying to them as well, so I contacted corporate office to file a complaint and was disregarded by the office of the VP of US Cellular because I was no longer a customer, but I was when I paid them over 800 dollars of my very limited money not including the service contract fees and they were willing to do nothing about the subject! I need this as a warning not only to everyone elkse but eseciallky veterans do not let this company treat you this way do not let them lie to you do not let them take advantage if you like what had happened to me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am going to take further action on this I will be making this known on every public forum possible how US Cellular lies to its customers and takes advantage of them especially disabled combat veterans!
