Storage is very nice. Staff (Amber) is amazing. She is super easy to get along with and super helpful.

Not really climate controlled. Out of the weather. Door won’t stay up. And definitely not 24/7 kiosk. However it’s very clean and Amber is a wonderful lady who works hard and really cares!

Affordable Family Storage is a great place to store extra items you want to keep, but have no room for. My wife and I rented a 10 x 15 storage unit and it was clean and had enough room to store a lot of our extra items in. The staff at the facility is also very polite and very caring about our needs. The storage facility is indoors, and climate controlled, with a few drive up access units...the majority are units in rows that a vehicle can not squeeze through. I dont like that the facility is not 24 hours, but its not bad. Cant recall the hours right now .. like 6a-10p or something. Office staff is nice and helpful.

We have rented here for 6 months now and have nothing bad to say at all. Every time we have come by, everything is clean and accessible. And the 24 hour kiosk makes it so easy to swing in and pay the rent every month.

We rent two large units for business purposes. Units and overall building are very clean and secure. Staff is friendly and works hard to please. Climate control keeps units very comfortable. Easy access for big trucks and trailers. Carts and dolly are provided for convenience. Best rates in town for the value.

I looked around online, and drove to a couple places ultimately ending up at affordable family storage in Jefferson City Missouri. Amber was incredibly friendly and was willing to even drive through the unit so that I could keep my daughter in her car seat. If youve never been to this location, security is number one! You literally have to enter a code to be allowed into a warehouse which then allows you to find your unit and gain access. The prices were comparable to other places in town. [Though I wish those prices were more like $45 a month, affordable family storage is not higher than all the rest of the places for what you get.] Overall?, I definitely recommend!

Other facilities can’t compare. Love that it’s all indoors with ability to pull your vehicle inside. Very friendly staff, and competitive rates to nearby facilities with less amenities.
