We had booked with this company. They needed to speak with is so we went in person to the office. We booked for 12midday onwards. Was told they could not accommodate us and thats why we were being charged for 8hours. And not for the time we needed them which is 12midday for 2hours 3 at most. I am not gonna pay someone for sitting around before we need them. So I was told unless I booked for the day they could not move us. SORRY THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE.We went to someone else.

Two Men and a Truck went above and beyond all my expectations. They arrived when they said they would, wrapped my furniture and cared for it as if it were their own. Moved all my furniture into my new home and placed it where I needed to go and got it all set up. They were friendly and I appreciate that Two Men and a Truck runs background checks so they trust who they are sending into their customers homes. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know and use them again, when needed. Thank you for your above and beyond service. It did not go unnoticed.

We love 2 Men & A Truck. This is our 2nd move with them. Professional, courteous, careful & caring for us and our “stuff” from the antiques to the chair the cats have shredded - the movers gave equal care to all. On time, stay until the job is done, respect for our house(s), etc. Highly recommend, 5 Stars, 2 thumbs up or any other measure.

Four men with two trucks worked tirelessly and were soo worth the cost of pros!!! HIGHLY recommend the Jefferson City facility!

At some point during the move, a crack was caused in one of the sideboards of my bed. After using said bed for a total of four nights, the sideboard broke, causing the bed to collapse. When I contacted the company regarding the issue, the response essentially was that it wasn’t their problem and they refused to accept responsibility.While the office staff and the movers themselves were friendly, the poor attitude regarding a mistake made during the move reflects a lack of accountability by Two Men and a Truck. If you are planning a move, I strongly advise going with a different company.

Quote was twice as much as one in Springfield to move from Jeff to Clever, MO. Went with The Moving Company instead.
