I just bought a really nice truck from them and they gave me top dollar for my trade. Both the salesman and the owner were awesome and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The truck I bought is amazing and the price I paid could not be beat. I literally looked at trucks for a year and finally found what I wanted. I offered them my car and an amount and they agreed. No bargaining or crazy deals. Buying a used car can be a scary ordeal for many reasons but they made it pretty simple. I will be back in a few months to update the status of my truck and how it is doing. I would buy from them again.

He put gas in the car before I left and had me all put together in 3 days! Very professional and genuine. Excellent Service! Our initial contact was with Dustin but we also worked with Jason as the deal progressed. Extremely responsive and timely. We asked for their best out the door price and they didnt hesitate to give us a price well below the website asking price and frankly told us that was the best they could do. We felt it was great price for the vehicle in question and that sealed the deal. We purchased long-distance, living in WI so we were purchasing without a test drive or in person inspection, but the vehicle is flawless and was well represented. The final purchase took a few weeks to send paperwork back and forth and secure financing but we had the time. Isaacs even coordinated a transport service to get the vehicle to us. Overall it has been an easy process and Dustin and Jason have been patient and very responsive to all our questions. We obviously dont live in the area but I would highly recommend Isaacs to anyone in the area or considering a purchase, even if long-distant! Thank you!

Overall a great experience and i hate buying vehicles i really do but dustin made it enjoyable. when we finally found a truck we liked it was almost closing time, we called anyways and he said come on over ill stay late. Ok so we arrive he walks out hands me the keys and says check it out,drive it, take it to a mechanic whatever you need to do. Then he left us alone when we decided to buy he did all the paperwork quicker than ive ever seen done and then sent us on our way. Thanks Dustin we love the truck.

My experience with Isaac Pre Owned Autos was exemplary. ZERO pressure. I REALLY appreciate that. This lot is full of cars, trucks and SUVs that are going to make their new owners happy for years. We were shopping for a Nissan Altima and had looked extensively online at dealers in Louisville, Clarksville, etc. The deal we got on an extremely low mileage Altima was so good that we added a 5 year, 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and STILL paid less than what we were willing to pay for a higher mileage vehicle. Its clear when you look at their selection that they have high standards in what they buy. Their LOT and facilities are clean and neat as well. Focused on an excellent presentation. Dude was disrespectful in every way. Thought I didn’t have no money because I pulled up in an old 2002 dodge Dakota. So he didn’t try to even help me. Made me feel worthless. So unless you want to get treated like garbage I wouldn’t go to him.
