We’ve enjoyed Brinly-Hardy lawn care equipment for many years, well made, durable devices plus the ones we’ve purchased in kit form have very clear, easy to follow assembly instructions. Only had to contact customer service once, after 10 years of constant use, a wear plate needed to be replaced, ordering was easy & delivery was fast. They had us up & running in no time. Love these implements and the company.

I was working on a machine here. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful time working here.

Decent place to work .. gets slow at times

I ordered a 48 yard roller. During shipping the plug & the clevis were lost. I ordered the plug & then ordered the clevis 2 days later when I realized it was missing also. Parts showed up to my place in record time! Fantastic customer service! Couldnt be more pleased!
