I am so glad that we found this shop! My then-fiance and I had gone to a few jewelry stores looking for wedding bands, including a couple of the big chains, and hadnt had much luck. Plus I really wanted my ring to be ethically and sustainably sourced, which is how I found Love Locked. I was so happy with the experience we had there. Kerry was wonderful to work with, she made it really enjoyable. I was really impressed with their selection, Love Locked had a better variety of styles than I saw anywhere else. She helped me choose the perfect wedding band to wear with my engagement ring, which is a vintage family heirloom - they look like they were made for each other. She also guided my husband, who had never worn a ring before, through the options and helped him decide on a band. And when a minor mishap occurred, she went out of her way to fix it. Love Locked is such a special gem in Jersey City - I cant say enough about how great my experience has been. My boyfriend and I made an appointment to look at engagement rings and before the appointment he was able to work with Kerry to discuss all the parameters. Went in to buy a new piece of jewelry for my nose piercing, and cannot say enough about how awesome the experience was. It was my first time taking out the original hardware.. and I was nervous since its a corkscrew, but one of the women there actually had one before and talked me through it. I also have a nickel allergy, so I have to be careful.. but they have 14k pieces, which, aside from being absolutely beautiful, makes my life so much easier. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love this shop! Hands down my favorite gift shop and jewelry shop in Jersey City. Ive purchased most of my jewelry here ranging from gold fill rings and earrings to ethically sourced diamonds set in 14K gold. The owners are lovely and always available to answer your questions and make custom orders. They even have beautiful engagement / wedding rings for all budgets and all of their stones are guaranteed to be conflict free! I especially love the local support they provide artisans in the neighborhood by consigning their work, hosting art shows and celebrating artists with open house parties and champagne toasts in their honor. You always get a welcoming vibe here!

Feels like home when you walk in. It’s a cozy shop with lots to look at. My favorite part was that the employees took notes when I oooo and ahhhhh over my fave pieces. They created a wish list based on what I like so when someone comes back to shop for me, they can just say my last name and know exactly what I love. Sending all my friends here.

I come here often to pick out something for the wife. They keep a list of what she likes so I always know Im picking right. This place has saved me many Valentines, Anniversaries, Mothers Days and holidays. I like their mens section. It seems to be growing every time I come in.

Kerry and her team are just incredible! Kerry designed my wedding band herself and it was exactly what I wanted! I was looking for a bespoke gold ring that was unique and beautiful to soften up my platinum engagement ring. When we couldnt find exactly what I wanted, she created it! My ring was finished in less than two weeks. Just excellent service.When I went to pick up my ring,I was poking around the store for a little ring bag. My husband and I were planning to do a ring warning as part of our ceremony,and neededa bag for each of our rings to pass around the to our friends and family. When we couldnt find one, Kerrys staff, again,created one! They reached out to a local vendor theypartner with and asked if she couldmakewhat I was looking forwhen she could, I was able to pick our own TIE DYE print! 10/10 products, quality and service. I got two wedding bands from Kerry. Well I came in for one but couldn’t choose and ended up with both. I’m still so in love with them and this review is long overdue! We got married last year and used our bridal special discount on our bridesmaid and groomens gifts. We got custom embroidered hanky’s (for our parents), engraved cuff links and tie bars for the groomsmen and the prettiest bracelets that kerry and I designed together for the MOH and bridesmaids. Buyer Beware. The store advertises certain items as higher quality than they actually are, outright lying at times about what materials and stones are used.I bought a jewelry item from there recently, and after being told it was not the stone I was told it was by Love Locked, I researched the item and found the same one, made in China, at 1/10th of the price I paid.This is disappointing and makes me incredibly embarrassed that I was duped. I will not be back and warn others to beware that this is merely junk sold at high prices.

This Shop is the most amazing place. The atmosphere is so pleasant and uplifting. Just walking in makes me feel more positive and happy. There are so many beautiful pieces of jewlery and crystals too! This shop has something for every occasion. They sell sage, soaps, lotions, cbd, journals, wallets, purses, pottery, cards, candles etc... There are a lot of special gifts that you can purchase for friends and family at this shop. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The best part is that they make jewlery and can customize any piece. They customized both of my hands with beautiful rings. A lot of people purchase custom engagement rings here as well. The owner is so thoughtful and pays attention to detail. They really care about you receiving a quality item and it never feels like they are trying to sell you something. I literally stop in anytime I am in downtown Jersey City. I absolutely LOVE lovelocked. If you’re ever in Downtown Jersey City stop in because you’ll either leave with something you love or you’ll just feel better about your day.

Kerry has done an incredible job with the space, supplying incredible ritual tools right alongside some of the most beautiful jewelry! She’s a talented jeweler who values her customers needs, and knows how to stock the shop as an apothecary (which is so needed for the area!)

I came here from the city to take a look at Marrow Fine rings since no one else carries them on the east coast. I fell in love. They are every I have been looking for. They also have tons of other alt designers that I had been eyeing. Also! The shop has a wall of curated apothecary and CBD which I was shocked to find brands I usually dont find other places. Will be back!

A very short walk from the path train at grove street, this store is my go-to for gifts for friends, family, and more often, myself! The owner, Kerry, is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly sweet. There are items for all price points and tastes as well as a curated selection of gifts for men, too. Additionally, Kerry does pop-ups with local artists (check her instagram @shoplovelocked), and is very considerate with the artists she chooses to carry in the store. Go see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
