No wonder its closing. Went their with my toddler. The manager is a very evil person. He asked me to wait outside as my toddler was not wearing a mask. I waited in a que of almost 30 minutes to enter and I was wearing a mask. Its difficult to make a baby wear a mask. Government has mandated a mask for 2 yrs and up. I tried explaining this to the pakistani looking manager named saif or something but he didn’t agree and said people might have a problem. No one troubles as people usually understand. Its difficult to make babies understand. Very bad guy. I ended up leaving and not giving them my business. They deserve to close with this attitude

It was the first time that I was visiting pier 1 and I like it. Good prices and nice furniture and decorations stuff. I will come back for more shopping.

Nice store. It has some very interesting things. The store is a bit expensive but it has regular sales. We got glass a tea light stand with three glass balls to hold one tea light each. We got it in around 11 dollars which was a nice deal. The store has some good collection of cushions, chairs and tables.

Many years I ve found it in same location.Lately I ve found the store closed because they moved.Upper east side deserves to have a beautiful store full of amazing stuff like yours.Come back soon :-))))

There are always good deals at this store. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, nothing compared to the old Secaucus location. Always fun going to this store.

We furnished our whole apartment in Pier 1 furnishings. It was easy and within a day we had everything delivered. Pier 1 is definitely the way to go if you are looking for a certain look. They have worldly items with African, Indonesian, and Moroccan influences. Prices can be steep but if you find an item on sale it is usually up to 60% off here. Plates and lamps are gorgeous. You will not be disappointed here. Get the Pappasan chair. It’s the most comfortable thing you’d ever sit on.

Pier 1 IMPORTS in JC is great. All the workers are nice and treat you like family. The one worker Johanna should of been done with me because I was asking thousand questions but instead she was so nice and helped me out. Ended up leaving the store with 6 bags and a new rug...Thank you Pier 1 in JC

Ordered online for a pick-up in this store. Inventory showed from the store was not correct and only part of the order could be fulfilled in the date communicated during the check-out. Representatives, manager on duty, and manager required four calls before understanding that the best solution would be checking with another store for the items. Rudeness, bad manners and total lack of interest for the issue characterized the interaction before getting the store to help me with my order. Obviously, I will not buy nor order items from this store in the future.
