There were a lot of unique flavors to try but I wish it had the typical staples. I ended up getting the cookies and cream and the milk/icecream had a slightly sour taste like an expired milk taste. I don’t think I will come back again due to the flavor.

Delicious ice cream. Got multiple flavors! Rich taste.The stores receipt machine is broken. They dont inform you about that before the sale. Not offering proof of sale is sketchy as hell! The staff looks at the customer has grown a pair of horns 😈 when the customers ask for a receipt.The only alternative the staff offered was via text, meaning they want your phone number - another privacy invasion!

Ice-cream 5/5 or maybe even 6/5.Decor 5/5.Staff 1/5They’ve nailed it on the ice-cream flavors, each is unique and delicious. Especially their oyee Goeey ice cream.The decor is very cute and inviting but what they don’t have going for them is their staff and service. I’m a regular there and assumed the first 2 times of bad service were flukes but it turns out their service actually is horrible.The staff is rude and actually make you feel rushed.I do hope they can provide training to their staff to be friendlier and courteous.

Good ice cream but it’s always closed at weird times when it’s supposed to be open. Like right now it’s 5:30pm on Thursday and it’s locked with the closed sign up. 🤷‍♂️

A fun shop and right on the main street of Jersey city. You can try their original flavors and choose between cup or a cone to savour it.My personal favorite is the vegan lime Ice cream which was pretty different from the ones I had tried before. Their chocolate variety is good too!

This place is just plain joyful. Extra points for the time the server saw me walk out of their store, into a dust devil, and gave me a new cone. And for special flavors honoring pride week, passover, etc. That stuff matters.1 little thing: check online if youre really concerned about ingredients. Servers know basic allergy information, but not everything. The websites really helpful.

Quality home-style ice cream offered in indulgent one of a kind flavors create a delectable experience that is far beyond the ordinary.Ive been to the locations in Brooklyn and was excited to see that I dont have to pay a hefty toll just to experience the goodness that is Ample Hills Creamery. Their employees are friendly and are never annoyed that I want to try every single flavor (win!)Ooey Gooey Butter Cake and Snap, Mallow, Pop! (Which is reminiscent of homemade rice crispy treats) are probably my top 2 favorites. Nonna Ds Oatmeal Lace come in at a very close 3rd.Also, the crackd cookies are a must try as they truly live up to their name.I also recently tried Confetti Confection and it was an instant winner.

My favorite so far were (roasted whole) pistachio, (roasted whole) hazelnut, & ooey gooey. Unfortunately, Ive only found the pistachio and hazelnut flavors once or twice. Tried many others but they were not particularly interesting, just that milky/buttery base with a little hint of flavor. Id expect a greater variety and bolder flavors. Downgrading from 5 to 3 stars.

I love this place!! Its actually a cool place to hang out for a bit. Ice cream is great and they have extra seating in the back area. The staff is super friendly and they have free water for customers up front which is awesome. Great place for families to go and a nice treat if your on a date! Def one of my favorite places to go, ill be back soon!

It was so good! I was working in the area and the creamery looked exciting so I asked the concierge/doorman from the Trump Plaza Apartments building if it was any good. He said, Oh yeah. Definitely try it. So between deliveries I popped in and the staff was so kind and patient when I couldnt decide on a flavor. I got a tiny cup with one scoop of stawberries & cream and one scoop of some whiskey canoli flavor. So creamy! And there was such a balance with the light and sweet tastes.I hope I get this route again soon so I can taste it!

Service was great and the ice cream was fantastic! I had the cookies and cream and it had so much cookies in it which I love. The ice cream had a nice texture and tasted great! Everything together was just what I wanted in a ice cream. I also had a scoop of the cookie dough which was good but not nearly as good as the cookies and cream. The cookie dough was too big which I usually like in a cookie dough since its my favorite but it was kind of hard unlike most cookie dough. The ice cream though was just as good as the cookies and cream. I also got a baked good there. It was a little too on the sweet side but the texture was so buttery and a little crunch to it as well. Overall the creamery was great! Next time Im getting a bigger serving size lol

Delicious ice cream, and they always seem to have a new flavor to try. Some of my favorites are the ooey gooey butter cake and strawberry. They let you try flavors and the shop is always clean. They have comfortable seating so you can sit and enjoy your scoops.

Ive been to other locations. This one is the worse. There is no concept of customer service nor accurate knowledge of what products are in the stores. Two workers served 1 customer with kids while l waited then when they finally got to me I asked for any icecream with brittle. Was told they dont have anymore yet when l checked the freezer l found a Pecan brittle!

This place does not live up to its reputation.I ordered a 2 Sundaes. The waiter left as soon as I asked him for the Sundae. Another person took over. She kept chatting, answered the phone, did many things while I was waiting for her to make the Sundae.The Sundae did not have whipped cream and it seems they didn’t know they had none.The ooey gooey brownie became a blondie that was hard like a rock. They simply didn’t warm up the cake. She was too busy chatting and singing out loud.The had at least 4 people behind the counter but it was a mess.They are unable to make a simple Sundae. They cut corners because they are busy chatting. When, I ordered the Sundae they should have mentioned that they don’t have brownies anymore and that they don’t have whipped cream.I specifically asked for brownies.Unprofessional, rude and sloppy.There are others places which are much better in Jersey city.

Popped my man cherry! After a few months of passing this establishment on the way home even during construction. I never had the “time” to stop in until today! (Finding time for something important like ice cream is always worth it, ha!). I’m glad that I did! I’m a huge fan of Sweet Cream and Cookies! I’m glad that this flavor is available in the JC location! Taste just like the one I had in Brooklyn and I was notified earlier that their ice cream are delivered to JC FROM BROOKLYN on a daily basis! Stoked!! I’ll be around more often as the weather gets warmer.

Honestly way overpriced I dont mind spending a little extra if its good and the ice cream wasnt bad but I ordered a milk shake that came in like the smallest cup imaginable and it was the only size offered and I asked for a little whip cream on top which I was charged close to an extra 1.50 for which was like a teaspoon of whipped cream it came out to like 10.00$ for a milk shake that wouldnt even fill a kid IF YOU CAN AVOID THE PLACE DEFINITLY DO, WAY OVEEPRICED
