Friend had suggested this place for dessert. Reminded me a lot of momofuku milk bar but with more cereals to choose from. It was a pretty hot day when I went, so the line went very much out the door. Seating was limited, and the bar seating area was closed off.The ice cream itself was pricey for the amount that you get. Its novel in the fact that the cereal is blended into the ice cream, rather than sprinkled on top. The ice cream was definitely on the sweeter side and had less of a buttery texture (which I personally like in my soft serves). The toppings were ok. I wouldnt recommend going out of your way to come here but if you happen to be in the area need a cold dessert option, this isnt a bad place to check out.

The service was great. The staff was friendly. The atmoshpere beautiful. The ice cream is really good too. I would recommend this to any one that like creating their own ice cream blend. You can build your own ice cream or milkshake with toppings and sauses. Yum. There are 2 locations you can go to. Chinatown, NYC & Jersey City, NJ.

I can not begin to tell you how happy I am to have found this place by accident almost two years ago in China Town in NYC.When I first found them they were collaborating with Looney Tunes one of my favorite shows. Ever since then they’ve collaborated with a lot of my favorite childhood shows, Blues Clues, Sponge-bob, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Their shops are set up very nice and colorful, almost always take pictures in there 😂I’ve been there almost a dozen times and now I live in Jersey City where they’ve now opened up shop over here on Grove! Their ice cream and milkshakes are delicious, and not to pricey. For two people I never spend more that $20 on two milkshakes, or two cones or one of each! This milkshake was Cinnamon Toast Crunch and milk for 9.50. Waste of money and time. Tasted worse then making the cereal and milk yourself. Avoid at all costs as this place is NOT good and NOT cheap.

You build your own ice cream sundae. They take the cereal of your choice and blend it into the ice cream. This created a confusing texture. Initially I thought the ice cream was icey as it has a slight crunch to the bite. Then I realized it was the cinnamon toast crunch, but I couldnt really taste the flavor. It was pricey, but Im glad I tried it anyway.

The shakes are really good. Mixing cereal adds a new element of joy and gives it a taste thats unusual for a milkshake in a good way. But I dont think I want to spend $8.5 + tax for a milkshake. Theyll only try to push the limits of what consumers are willing to pay - maybe $10 + tax tomorrow.

First timer at this new spot. Line was long, and that can be expected of a new, hip ice cream spot. The ice cream was really good, but I have to say as an entrepreneur and business owner that the length of time it takes to make the ice cream is too long. I get it, ya’ll are trying to “hip up” ice creams, but don’t forget, it’s still just ice cream, and $8 one...! In my opinion, it has to get faster to make money. Maybe for you it’s not about the money, and that’s cool; I can respect that. But a business is a business; you have invested in it - money, time, and energy. If you can get much faster, I think you’ll do well and really bring in the big bucks. Love the energy though, a huge congratulations, and best of luck!Oh, and it’s still CORONATIME. Please better manage the social distancing and the lines.

We arrived earlier, near opening time. Went inside to view the menu and spoke with the cashier. We told her we were going else where to eat because we had the assumption that they served food, via Google reviews. After lunch we went back, but they asked for us to wear masks even though the mandatory was lifted. So. We did not get anything there. It would have been nice to have been told earlier, same day visit. We traveled from South Jersey just to try the location.

Highly recommend this place. It is so clean and adorable on the inside with 1950s meets 2000s. Very nostalgic but new at the same time. An employee, Stephanie, helped us with our first experience and her attention to detail was amazing! She hand selected each gummy bear to ensure that we got one of each color for our Frooty Berry Bliss. Dont think twice about going here! A little expensive but totally worth it.

Went for the limited time Sponge Bob Krabby Patty Ice Cream special. My nephew loved it! A very nice place to get speciality ice cream.

Overly sweet ice cream with a granulated texture due to the ground up cereal inside it. Felt I was eating pure sugar. A lot of work goes into the prep so the wait was about 10 mins after we paid.

Love this place!! it was crazy on a Wednesday night and there were only a few people behind the counter working really hard to get through the crowd. I felt bad and would suggest putting more people on so the workers arent stressed out

I absolutely love going here. Their ice cream is unique in the sense that it’s blended with cereal plus you get a topping out of their large selection of toppings and a drizzle. The place itself is super eye-pleasing and very well cleaned. On top of that, the staff is extremely accommodating and will never hesitate to help. I highly recommend stopping by. Lines are usually not that bad at opening time especially on weekdays. My personal favorite is the Banana Cream Special!

Great family owned addition to the neighborhood! There’s so many different flavor combinations that are really delicious. The move quickly and have a great system down to make everyone comfortable. The cashless payment makes things easier and very sanitary. Can’t wait to come back to try more flavors!

So glad this place opened up in JC! Ive been to the one in NYC before and loved it. I do feel like the portion sizes here are smaller though. I remember having so much more ice cream when I went to the NYC location but I got it in a cone then. Maybe thats why it seemed more significant. Anyway, I really enjoyed it. I created my own: vanilla ice cream with Fruity pebbles, Teddy Grahams and Strawberry Swirl. Perfect treat for the afternoon!

Great ice cream combinations with cereal and other toppings. Ive gone to the LES location many times and was really excited when I learned my friend was bringing it to Jersey City. Well worth the 1 hour trip out to try this out! Awesome food and little did I know, I was supporting a local business, as this is the first franchise of this business (the one in New York is the first one, other than this one)!A few things to consider:--The line can get quite long, so be prepared for a wait. Try to arrive earlier, if you can..I was told 1PM, when they open, is actually a great time to find a shorter line. Note that if you arrive too late and the line is long, you may be turned down (cant keep the employees there forever, haha!)..so definitely try to consider your timing! Even if its a bit late, its still worth a stop by to check!--This business is very much growing and learning (new store means new staff, which means they have to get used to the workflow). Theyre also just getting a grip on the crazy volume of people that decided to go to their business, so give em a break and try your best to be responsible with social distancing and such. Due to the unexpectedly high volume, they didnt have a ton of staff for the first day or two; but that has since improved!--Enjoy the food!! Its a really unique thing, tastes great, and the people there are awesome. Happened to speak to the owner of the franchise, and hes a super down-to-earth and real person..glad to support the growth of his franchise!Its a bit of a trip, but I will most definitely make my way down there every once in a while..its well worth it!

We had a very nice experience when we went there. The icecream was so good. Its very creamy. I liked the toasted coconut crunch on top of my icecream. All of us loved what we got. I really recommend this bar. You will really like and enjoy it

It was my first time here, and I ordered ice cream cookie dough, in my opinion, the ice cream was so sweet that you couldnt eat it. The customer service was excellent, but the ice creams do not have anything special like others.

Poor poor customer service, if I can give no stars I would. How you treat customers will Trump the quality of your product any day. They lost business before even having the opportunity to serve me. What they do is nothing special; although it’s a fun concept, you can enjoy this with a pint of breyers and your favorite cereal. Not worth the time or the disrespect. Save yourself the aggravation especially if your not local. (Ps it’s in Chinatown)

Lack of social distancing, people not wearing masks in back of us- people cutting line, no social distancing. Stood on line for 10 minutes and got sneezed on by a group of 5 not wearing masks- line needs to be controlled was super ridiculous.

Solid ice cream and great idea, bad service. In line with my wife to grab ice cream prior to closing and the employee said closing is at 10pm and that they wouldn’t serve us despite us being the only people in line, it not being 10pm yet, and the door still being open. Disappointing.

Amazing! Though I speak of its ice cream shake as I intended to get ice cream after but the shake was soo good I got another one! If you favor thinner ice cream shakes, you def should try theres!!!

The recipe is simple 🤔 It feels like eating frozen cereal soaked in milk. Whatever ice cream you choose, it only tastes like the cereal that goes in there.. Even the employees who dont want to work very much, and going to the New York branch that I havent been to yet. There is no difference from other ice cream houses
