Great prices... great service..

Called to ger information on tablets for sale and they were extremely short with me. Giving me one word answers. I decided just to look else where.

Went in with a cracked screen. Very friendly service and my phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes.I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to any one. Hard to find great fast service and they definitely were both.

Jesup Wireless in Jesup Ga is the most horrible place Ive ever experienced. I ordered a Gold s7 edge screen because thats what my phone is gold and when it FINALLY arrives the owner said hope you dont mind I ordered you a blue one. UM WHAT? I said no thats not what I ordered so he orders again the correct one that he should of ordered in the first place instead of ordering a blue one because its cheaper and obviously wanted to get more money off of me but wait thats not it. So AGAIN the 2nd piece FINALLY comes in and the owner tells me to bring my phone up there that it would be ready today. When I ordered the screen he told me that is takes not even 30 minutes to put the screen on that its the most easiest thing to do. So when the piece FINALLY arrived and he told me to bring it in that it would be ready today I brought it in the early morning never get to call or nothing so I FINALLY called 1 hour before they were about to close and was told they couldnt fix my phone because they were BUSY . So instead of fixing my phone that Ive been waiting 2 weeks for and been without a phone for 2 weeks because of there own mistake of ordering a blue phone purposely when my phone was gold so there own mistake then my phone part comes in and they put there OTHER customers infront of a customer whos been waiting 2 weeks without a phone but yet they say they could not fix it because they were busy helping customers all day but wouldnt the right thing to do would be to fix the phone that a customer has waited 2 weeks because of the owners mistake of ordering what he wanted to order instead of what the customer ordered and then when it gets there put other customers who just walk in before someone thats waited 2 weeks and had had problems vs a customer just walking in?? Its sad how the owner runs his business. He was busy taking care of customers who just walk in for 9 hours vs a customer whos waited 2 weeks. Then tells me I can get a refund but when I go up there I get NO refund. The owner told me in text message he was not going out his way for 35 dollars in labor for me I have proof. My phone is still not fixed and its sad certain customers are getting treated like trash and the owner says hes not going out his way for me for 35 labor. If anyone has the cooperate number or any number that can help me instead of treat me like trash please let me know because they just lost business from me. Ive never been to a business and been treated like I was straight garbage. I hate to give 1 star I wouldnt give them no stars but it wont let me post without no stars being clickedHERE ARE SCREENSHOTS FROM THE OWNER. YALL DESIDE HOW I WAS TREATED.

Wasnt any help to me but that doesnt mean they arent any help to others. They were very nice.

Had my daughters IPhone screen replaced and it was ready for pick up in just a few short hours. Staff was so friendly. Not only placed the new screen protector on her phone but help me with putting one on my phone as well. He really went over and above and it was greatly appreciated.

The owner is shady. Buys phones for dirt cheap and when the seller leaves jacks the price up. The owner is very rude to the employees and treats them like trash. If he owes money to you he will not pay! Potential customers need to beware of this place! This place is a joke. The whole store smells and the ceiling is falling in. Whole store is just dirty! Customers are treated poorly, the customer is never right! Do not buy anything from this guy, he’s a joke!If I could rate 0 starts this place would get it!

Straight up dishonest even after prooving it to the owner . I pay my bill for thr mobile hotspot early .Well he decides that when i pay the bill thats when my new due date is, needless to say that are hotspot got turned off . Im like what gives . He tells me my service was due on the fourth, then tells me it was due on the eighth. It was due on the 27th, two weeks away .Then he wanted to work with me telling me about my financial hardships. Really ? This fella doesnt even know me. Very rude . I should have listened to the other reviews and went right to att&t in the first place. The guy running the shop is shady at best

Do NOT do business at this place. Sold my little boy, who was using his own Christmas money, “Apple” AirPods. He was charged $95 flat fee, no taxes and given no receipt. After we were looking at them today, they are fake! They came in an apple box but are not an apple product. This is illegal! Even the box may be a fake Apple box. My other kids have Apple AirPods and these are not an Apple product. Even the case is rickety. This business won’t answer the phone when we call and talk to us. I’m sure, based on the reviews that I have read, that my son won’t get his money back and the owner will be very rude! We don’t live in Jesup and now have to make a trip back there to see about this! Customers beware!

I took my phone there to replace a broken screen and it took 2 months for them to get it fixed after several times of me going by to check in on the progress when I went to pick it up the screen was not attached to the phone but he had a $150 price tag for the repair he said the battery was swollen I said replaced the battery I have not heard a word from them in a year this place is terrible never so much as a phone call.

I believe that my wife Annette now has what shes been wanting a phone that knows more than we all know.✌😎👊👊👊👊😎✌

Bought my daughter an iPhone for Christmas from here, played with it a little turned it off and wrapped it up. Christmas day she activated the phone and the phone would not hold a charge. What a waste of money and because it was way past the return policy date, nothing could be done about it. Buyer beware when purchasing used/refurbished phones!!!

Falsely advertised AirPods on Facebook, confirmed they were apple. Drove 20miles to take a look and they were a fake pair marked up to 49$ Buyers Beware.

The only reason anyone should ever even go to the store is Kiley the girl who works there...she is the only good thing about that store. the owner is rude and a ripoff artist I paid $70 to have my Galaxy note 8 ported to page plus when it did not work after 7 hours he told me I had to pay another 95 to have it put back on Verizon I will never again do business there and I hope no one in the Jessup area does any business there either. Kiley worked on my phone for 7 hours...she did all that she could...she was super sweet and very helofull...but the very next day it stopped working ....rather than deal with the owner again I drove to to Savannah and had Verizon fix it...the owner was rude and totally unconcerned that they had screwed my phone up...he said and I quote.. We dont guarentee anything..we swap them and maybe they work..sometimes they dont Im sorry but I asked if my phone would work on their network and I was told yes....if anyone had ever at anytime told me that their was a chance of it screwing my phone up I would have said no thank you...he is s dishonest untrustworthy unscrupulous business owner and ill bet his mama is ashamed..or at least she should be

Never greeted when you walk in even when no one appears to be busy. Lack customer service skills. Also, they advertise they have western Union yet when Ive gone there for that service Im told we cant right now. Dont advertise for it then.

Its pretty messed up when you have already paid for a full months service and a broadcast error or some other mishap on the technology due to a system error. Lose out on 5 days worth of service and be expected to repay a months worth of service because of their mishap? I think not. If I didnt have to have this internet service I wouldnt bother wasting my time with it. SO BUYER BEWARE THEIR MESS UPS COME OUT OF YOUR POCKET.

Customer service is the worst I have seen between jesup, hinesville, waycross, Brunswick and Savannah. Sent my parents there to buy a phone people acted like they didnt want to deal with them. And they will take your money and say you only paid so much. Even when your bank statement says that you paid so much on your phone. And there nothing you can do about it, because they wont refund your money. Yes they may have the best deals for smartphones but it aint worth it in the end. Oh and when you confront them about their mistakes your the one lying. Even if you have proof in front of you. So glad I moved to where I have good service to where I can change phone companies. Will not go back there.

Worst customer service .. Do not take your phone there for repair.. I paid $140 for repair that one worked a day. Return back to the store and they try to argue about repairing it. They finally repaired but they put the wrong color screen on my phone and didnt give my tempered glass I paid for not to mention I drove over and hour to go there . Will not return for business and no all sales are final even if they mess up
