Kenny was a HUGE help! He helped me figure out my car’s issues and took good care of it! I highly recommend seeing him to help you with your automobile’s needs! He has a great personality too! I loved the rest of the staff that worked that night too! They seem to really bend over backwards for their customers here! I’ll definitely be back if I need to pay another Autozone visit!

The manager shes rude..... this happened at the ELIZABETHTON, TN store. Ive always been treated VERY politely at the Johnson City TN store. But Elizabethton is a completely different story. The manager is VERY rude, disrespectful, and has a very fowl attitude!

Nothing worse than traveling and have your car battery die. Chad was great! Very service oriented and friendly tooTesting before and after, also for our alternator. Nice to have it installed on the spot allowing you to drive away moments later clean and neat. No high pressure selling.

Cheap parts. Better have a good idea of what you want when you get there like the part number. Some behind the counter have no clue as to find the right one. If like I said though if you know what they are looking for you can give them the number or have what they need and help guide the search for the correct part number. After that its just a matter of them finding it on the shelf. On line is still easier and cheaper.

I live near by and unfortunately had to come to this place a few times, until recently it worked but the staff has become extremely rude and unhelpful. Just go to OReillys.

It was pouring rain. My windshield wipers had gone kaput. I pulled in, they had the correct windshield wipers. He put on his rain jacket came out of the store and had me back on the road in under 15 minutes. He even told me have a great day.

Best auto store everyone is very nice and very helpful.

Need more help. One lady in the parking lot scanning vehicles. 4 people, myself included, have been standing in the store. Supposedly the other employee just using the restroom. Someone should check on them. Could be dead as long as theyve been in there. How is this safe for the ONE employee working outside and how does this make sense business wise?? Couldve robbed the store blind in the 15 mins Ive been standing here. In addition to the 10 mins the previous people were waiting on the ONE lady whose actually helping people outside.

If it wasnt for the man in this store, I would have ruined my car. I thought I knew what I was getting. I walked in, grabbed it & went to the check out but the man at the register asked me a couple questions, looked it up on the computer, found me the right part and saved me money. He could have just checked me out and let me go on about my way but he didnt and I appreciated his help.

They are very few people that work at the Advance Auto Parts on University Parkway that know what they are talking about very few of them could tell you a screwdriver from a freaking carburetor

Went there this morning and spoke with the manager. His name Jason and was trying to do a warranty replacement on a belt. I was told that there was something wrong with my Jeep. He said thats the reason he wouldnt do the replacement. When ask him to put in my phone number he refused. And told me that other stores had called him about my problem. Like I was trying to scam him over a 28.00 serpentine belt. And I bought the belt in VA Beach VA. So his store was the first one in this area that I had stopped at. In all my years working on cars i have never went through what I did this morning. From this point on I will buy my parts from AutoZone. There stores are linked up nation wide. Where advance is not they suck!
