I bought a used 2006 Mini Cooper S from them on 2/26/2021. They hadnt had it very long so it was still missing some cosmetic details. A mirror cap, some stitches on the front seats, and the interior needed detailed.I bought it on the spot, and they wrote up an IOU for those services so I could come back at a later date and get it done.#1.) Mirror Cap - It took 4 months to get the mirror cap, when they were ordering it from across the street at the Mini dealership. I called a handful of times about a week apart and they kept passing me off to the next person and passing blame to whoever was causing the delay.#2.) Stitching - It took 3 months to get the stitching done on my seats. When the seats were examines by the man who would stitch them, I was told I needed new seat covers, as the stitches were around airbags and he couldnt legally stitch over them as it was a safety risk. When I called Acura, they refused to pay for new seat covers because it wasnt part of the agreement. I let them walk all over me and finally agreed to let the guy just glue the seams. He missed several holes and the glue looks terrible.#3.) Detail - I STILL have not gotten my detail even though Ive called more than a dozen times to get it scheduled. I keep getting passed between sales and service and having to leave messages with no call back. I am currently waiting for a call back today, and my boyfriend (an ex-employee) got a text from a worker there saying that my detail is no longer going to be free, but that they may be able to get me a discount. This is ridiculous, I have paperwork with an IOU stating Im owed a detail that should have been done before I got the car. The only reason its taken this long to get done is because they keep refusing to call me back and get it scheduled.I have contacted the BBB about this issue. I am NOT paying for this detail, I have been treated terribly by these scam artists for over 8 months and I will no longer take it. This will go to court if it has to.
I bought a certified RDX 50 days ago, I havent get my plate .... the paper plate was expired 4 days ago!! I left a message to the sales person last week, she didnt reply me. Today, a lady called me after I sent my question to their website. She told me, I dont know when you could get it, you can ask DOT if you want. I dont think the sales persons and staff I met had professionally trained, the attitude 、the related knowledge、 the response...... made me feel so bad.
Everyone is very helpful. The waiting area is nice and enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited for Oil Change and Tire Rotation.
Very disappointed in the tactics used by sales person and finance person. Sales person added protection plan and when I told him I was not interested it took a whole day to remove it but not before he tried to talk me into the same plan at a lower cost. I had obtained prior approval for financing but finance person not only wouldn’t use my financing but he also added $5K to the total without even a line item explaining the difference. If I hadn’t noticed the numbers didn’t add up he would have put on the extended warranty and oil changes without my knowledge. I paid off the loan forced on me since I had no trust in the finance person or what he arranged.
Great experience with Acura of Johnston when I took my car in for service. Friendly staffs. Clean facilities with available WiFi, beverages in the lobby. The service advisor, Tyler, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The service was done within the estimated timeframe. After the service was done, Tyler presented the summary of the service. He also pointed out the upcoming maintenance items on the car, explained the different maintenance codes that showed on the cars maintenance minder.
If you want to be treated like a valued customer, look elsewhere.I emailed asking questions about what their inspect process was like, if there was wiggle room in the price, and if the vehicle I was interested had some of the features I was looking for because I saw conflicting information on their site compared to the apps theyre listed on. I got a response about how its a thorough inspection process (no specifics) and when Id like to come in and see it.Having not answered my questions I called the woman who emailed me. I asked about the features of the car, she said hold on, covered the phone, and yelled at someone asking if they knew. She stumbled around and said shed have to go check it out and get back to me in a little bit. A little bit became never. So I called again, this time I was talking to a gentleman. He did know information about the vehicle but when asked what their inspection process entailed he said hed have to get back to me then said he had to go because it was starting to hail and he needed to move his car but would call me right back. I never heard back from him.I ended up going to a different dealership that could tell me and show me a report of all the things they inspected, full carfax report, worked with me on price, and answered all of my questions same day. Dont settle for this place. Take your money elsewhere.
Purchased a used car through Acura of Johnston and they were able to work around mine and my husbands work schedule when purchasing the car. We drove the car off the lot and the TPMS light came on shortly after. The service department had great customer service and offered to replace the sensors in my car for me since I had just purchased it. I highly recommend purchasing from Acura of Johnston, and will be using them for future services.
Great selection of cars, just be prepared to wait around twiddling your thumbs for hours after negotiation. This dealership works on their own time, disregarding their customers. If I was there for a second longer, we were there for 6 hours, I would have asked for a paycheck.

Lied about what I put down for my work history and employment! Pretty sketchy! Had to call and text numerous times to get proof of purchase since they didnt give me any while I was there !

My experience at Acura of Johnston was great.The facilities were clean, and neat. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They provided Cappuccino and treats while I waited by their High Def. TV. After my service was complete, they gave me a summary of the safety check and recommended that I have some things done that needed attention, if not then, then soon. They were not pushy. They even offered a free car wash that my car definitely needed after the service was completed.I highly recommend Acura of Johnston as a trustworthy facility to have acar serviced.Steve
Loved working with our salesman, Jack. He was patient, not pushy, and pleasant- and patient as we were car shopping with 2 kids and one new puppy. Waiting areas were nice and staff were all very friendly. My car was detailed impeccably by Jack himself. The sales manager was great to work with and personable. I think his twin brother owns Gas Monkey Garage. The finance person ignored us until the last possible minute so not sure if there was a miscommunication or why we had to wait so long to do the paperwork but they stayed late to sell us our Acura and we were super pleased with the car and experience!
I called in yesterday morning to make an appointment about a truck they had on the lot. I was working, lived an hour away, so I wanted to make sure that I would be able to see the vehicle by the time I was able to get there. Less than a half hour later I get a call confirming that I was to be at my appointment last night. All of this was before 10 am. When I get there I am told that they sold the truck the night before, and that it was a miscommunication that I wasnt informed of that before I drove the hour to get there. On top of it all, they tried selling me a truck that was $6k more than the one I wanted to look at. When I told them it was out of my price range he said how do you know that, youre going to get a good deal to make up for the miscommunication. When I asked if he was planning on bringing the price down to the price of the original truck I was hoping to look at he laughed and said of course not. Supposed to be a high end dealership, with great customer service, huh? Think again.
So extremely disappointed with the customer service and integrity of this dealership. Agreed to purchase based on conditions repairs would be conducted for some issues recognized during test drives for 2 vehicles. Were reassured over and over again, while in negotiations for more than 4 hours, that both vehicles had thorough inspections and were without any issues. Purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle that is 7 years old. Took 2 weeks to correct the issues, and upon transfer of possession of the vehicles, one vehicle had still not been aligned, and the 7 year old vehicle wasn’t even SERVICED or topped of the fluids!! Took it in for service, and learned it had eroded and rusted calipers, and a leak near the engine. TWO DAYS of having this vehicle in our possession AND it wouldn’t even start!!!! We’re told the warranty didn’t cover it, they would be “generous” and offer us $500 credit to allow their service team to do the work, and we were responsible for the rest of the bill because “it’s our property now.” I’ve asked to speak to the manager for more than 3 weeks on multiple occasions (as there are several issues that need repaired), and they simply won’t respond to my messages and the manager NEVER has made a single attempt to correct their misrepresentations of the vehicle being without issue. Wasn’t even given a copy of the purchase agreement, didn’t know who they financed through, and when I went back to ask for copies of the paperwork, sat there for nearly 2 HOURS to wait for the paperwork that should have been given to my hands the day of the “purchase.” With such a well respected company, it’s damn near egregious the lack of care this location has rendered to support their customers. Please protect yourself from the financial harms this place seems to have reckless disregard for.

The repair part needed for my warranty repair was on backorder for 4-5 weeks. They provided me a loaner car which I enjoyed and kept in communication on the status of the repair.
Oil change and tire rotation was performed as expected. What was unexpected was that someone removed my Acura of Omaha front license plate insert (I do not have a plate on the front). Someone at the dealership is bitter (and petty) I guess. And when I asked what happened - nothing. No offer to make it right or to find out who did it. They likely dont know the story where I went to them first to purchase the RDX last year, but circumstances resulted in me driving to Omaha to buy one.
The level of service I have received is exceptional. My vehicle was having some issues and the service department has been so great at helping get them resolved. I was recently out of town and they even came to my home to pick up my vehicle to work on while I was gone. They had it fixed and returned before I got home. The communication has been tremendous. I am very pleased with the service I have received.
So far the experience has been ok. Purchased a used car that ended up having issues that werent disclosed when I purchased it. Only had the car for week and check engine light came on and corrosion formed on the roof of the car, which was not there when I purchased it. So far the dealership is handling things appropriately but we will see how it all works out. Hoping that Im not going to regret purchasing the car.
We purchased from out of state, a few hiccups along the way based on title and temp tags, however they were very accommodating and making sure we had what we needed. Out of state transactions are never easy and they had the car delivered for free, over 5 hr drive.

I asked Acura of Johnston for an oil change and a tire rotation. They had a few cars ahead of me and estimated that they would have the work done on my vehicle within 90 minutes. They were done in less than 90 minutes and completed an inspection, as well. Unlike some places I have visited in the past, they didnt try to sell me some services I didnt need. I was pleased with their work and plan on returning in the future.

Take your business elsewhere. They would rather save $150 than keep a loyal valued customer. I had issues at another Lithia dealership before, so I decided to come to this one years ago. I have been a loyal lifetime oil member, and have had my oil changed here for the past 4 years. My last oil change ended with Spencer telling me that my oil pan plug had been “cross threaded” so the whole pan needs replaced ASAP. I had to call back later to address the issue. After explaining that I do not believe this to be my responsibility as it was only service technicians changing my oil, he informed me that in his opinion the issue is due to “wear and tear” and not negligence by a service technician because my oil has been changed 25 or so times and that is apparently enough times to wear out a thread. I was never informed about any such “wear and tear” on the plug until this most recent visit. Spencer said he would take the issue to his manager and I would hear back later that day or the next day, so Mark (the manager of the Volkswagen dealership) TEXTED me the next day about the issue and said he would cover the labor if I bought the new oil pan for $150. I said I am not paying for something that was caused by one of your service technicians negligence to which he said “I disagree” and proceeded to tell me this happens “all the time”. After a quick google search and consulting a number of mechanics and friends, this is not something that should ever happen if everything is done correctly, and in their respective shops something like this would be covered 100%. I took my car to a different shop to have the pan replaced. I will never be doing business here again after being treated this way as a so called “valued” customer. They just lost a customer to save $150. Know your worth. Take your business elsewhere.
Buying experience was simple and straight forward, but beware of the financing office.By default, the financer applied 3,000+ worth of add-ons to the loan saying it was standard (dent protection, lifelong oil changes, car warranty).In order to make it seem like this was not a big deal, he extended the term from 60 months to 66 months to hide the associated costs. This was done without my knowledge or consent. I had previously stated and signed a document requesting 60 months financing before going to his office.By doing this, he was able to claim that the monthly payment only increases $20 with the add-ons. But those extra 6 months of financing hid the associated costs.I dont think this was a unique situation for me, it feels like this is the common practice to sell add-ons and make commissions which is very deceiver to the consumer.

Horrible customer service!! We had leased an Acura MDX and traded it in 1 month prior to lease end to lease a new 2022 MDX. Acura of Johnston said they would pay off our final payment, and didnt. We had been in touch with them multiple times and responses stating they would take care of it. They sure didnt. Now my husband and my credit scores have dropped over 100 points. Not only did this happen to us, it happened to our neighbors at the SAME dealership!! Beware!!
Called to talk about a vehicle they had on the lot and spoke to a sales person that had no wiggle room, said they can’t include tax, title, and registration fees to my approved loan that they would have to be paid out of pocket. Now, everytime I have bought a vehicle t.t.r. HAS to be included and always has been included. They were asking 35,000 and I offered 35,000 with all of that included but told me that they would be actually taking a “$5000 hit”! Called them out on the check engine light, loose leather on the center console, very high mileage, and my bank had said they had it posted for 2,000 over priced. They recalled that they did get it at an action but weren’t aware of anything else. BEWARE! Must buy vehicles cheap not knowing anything about them but then sell them overpriced! At the end of the conversation they told us that we could take it off of the lot after the “mandatory warranty” that only covers the exterior paint and interior by putting a ceramic coating over it for $38,000! Biggest joke I have ever heard!
My tire blew out the day before Christmas Eve; no replacement tires were available at the dealership, but the maintenance manager (Scott?) was able to quickly source a new tire from a nearby distributor, have it delivered to the dealership, and get it installed within a couple hours. I was very impressed by their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road, especially during such a busy and stressful time. Really excellent service from a great team.

I purchased my vehicle in cash on June 1st, 2021. My sales person was new, his 3rd week there, going into his 4th week. He was nice and friendly.My vehicle had not been through their service department yet, even though it was on multiple website searches. I had no idea it had not been through service, until I purchased the vehicle and they said they were giving me a loaner car. I was really not happy about that.The financial officer guy was very pushy, they had my keys for my trade-in, I stuck to my guns, and ended up getting the deal I wanted, but I was very uncomfortable, and did not like the pushy sales tactics.I did not get my vehicle until June 18th, 2021. I was really not happy about that. Kept getting the runaround, as to why it was taking so long, and that they just wanted to make sure it was safe for me, but it has a squeaky belt, that has been squeaking sense I drove it home, over an hour away from Johnston.I wanted to transfer my plates from my trade-in to my new vehicle, and when I came to get my vehicle, my old plates were on my vehicle. I didnt realize until I had left that I did not have a registration for my new vehicle. I called, because I live over an hour away. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. After 2 weeks I called back to see what was going on with my registration? I was told they were backed up and working on it.Its now July 13th, 2021 and I checked my mail and I have new plates, and my title, and registration for April of 2022. I renew in January, my birth month, I bought it in June. No clue whats going on???This was the absolute worst vehicle buying experience of my life!!! I DO NOT recommend Acura of Johnston!!! Horrible experience!!!!Update: 9/24/2021So my breaks started making a horrible noise about a month after I had my vehicle. My husband said he would look at it. Turns out he was able to twist off all of the lug nuts on all 4 of my tires, by hand. The noise I was hearing was my break caliper, the bolt thats suppose to hold it in place, was gone. Then he did my oil change this past Monday, the 20th of September, my oil filter was the wrong one, it was half of the size it should have been. Also my pully needs to be replaced, it has been squealing sense a few days after I brought my vehicle home.I really dont know what they are doing over there??? I am also really baffled as to why they told me repeatedly that the reason it took 18 days to even get my vehicle that I paid for in cash, was because they were concerned about my safety, and wanted to make sure everything was good to go, or replaced if it needed to be, before I got my vehicle. It also had 400 more miles on it, than it did when they sold it to me. I can not express enough, anyone considering buying a pre-owned vehicle, please go elsewhere!!!!!

Scott was excellent and took care of the airbag light on dash board. He ordered the part and replaced the defective seatbelt part and did it all through concierge service under warranty. Initially we visited the Acura dealership based on advice/ suggestion of Acura USA in California to fix air bag recall issue. When we drove 120 miles from Iowa City, we were told the issue had been resolved in 2009! No one in the show room or garage was wearing a mask during Covid pandemic! Plus, the concierge driver who picked up and returned our car was also not wearing a mask! Again, Scott was superb! Thank you for your excellent service.

Horrible...never do the trust system with no contact shopping. From out state i depended on them being honest with vehicle information. Recieved vehicle and had electrical tape spray painted to cover a hole in bumper. Tires were worn on outside. Also has injector/fuel issue as white smoke and fuel smell emits from exhaust. Was not new vehicle at all but I was assured it was throughly inspected by them. Now having disastrous time getting paperwork. Have vehicle in my drive for 2 weeks with still no tag. Will never trust this dealer again.They put online customers last and dont treat online and in store customers the same.... its sad.
Very discouraged with my recent service with Acura of Johnston. The paperwork was very unorganized. Im not even sure my purchase paperwork is correct yet. I also want to keep my current private/personalized license and Im not confidant that the paperwork will do this. The salesman has not kept in communication and the finance manager was terrible at working through the papers.This is my seventh purchase of an Acura and could be my last because of this experience.

Responded with lots of detail direct to the GM per his request. I did that on Aug. 30th (more than 2 weeks ago) and no response. Im not surprised and wont be back. The behavior of the staff at this dealership is very unprofessional.

The experience of purchasing the car was smooth and fairly flawless. However, their ability to follow up with title issues, keeping track of papers I signed at close, and returning calls to properly handle the follow up problems have been non existent. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership- nor would I recommend it to anyone else. It is nearly 3-5 months after original purchase and I still do not have confirmation that the title has been filed properly, despite 4 calls.
This dealership has messed up our loan....took our car for a trade....and now 1 week after we drove the car off the lot and had our new car involved in a hit n run accident....the dealership has not completed the loan nor have they contacted us on what is going on...going to be contacting a lawyer as of today..not happy atm nor am I willing to work with them if they royally messed up and shouldnt have let us trade and drive off the lot with a car not finalized for sale....cannot give 0 rating or i would have...can we fix this google to a 0rating?

Was told the appointment may take 2 hours but in and out in an hour. Jeremy is always friendly and professional. Have always been impressed with the service.
Was quoted one price, charged more for the rear brake service. Told me they will reimburse which never happened. Second: I understand premium price for OEM parts, but up charge for aftermarket parts here is way to high. Third: had to take car back to readjust parking brake, which was not engaging and doing its function at all. Most likely I will try my luck elsewhere for future service needs.
Worked with Allen and then Tony to get my son a fair deal on a decent vehicle. Allen was super easygoing and helped us get to where we needed to be dealwise and Tony helped solidify. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you want a straight up, no nonsense experience.

Paid extra for a service that wasnt done. Traveled 4.5 hours after being assured that web price was the price. Upon arrival we found out that there was another $1000 in services performed to the vehicle we didnt request. That was on top of the web price. We ended up paying for all of it. 2 hours into our drive home, we noticed tire pressures were different on each wheel. One of the supposed charges we had to pay extra for was nitrogen filling all the tires. $399! I called the dealer, I was told Its your car now, we are not willing to do anything for you. Not an apology, nothing. I would have been happy if they would have refunded the charge, or even if they would have arranged a repair at our local Acura dealer. Nothing. Supposedly this dealer has the best customer service in Iowa. I dont think they are being graded on the after sale experience.

BUYER BEWARE! The sticker price posted on their used cars and on other third party websites (cars.com, autotrader, etc) is NOT the actual price of the car. There are mandatory extra “accessories” added on that they did not disclose to us until AFTER our credit was run. This wasn’t taxes, or title fees or the normal fees, these were legitimately part of the required purchase price. The additions fees are not disclosed in the description on the third party website, so the ONLY way to know what the true price of the car is, is to contact them directly via phone, or in person. Very shady business practices and even the dealership we ended up using said “Well it was Lithia so I’m not surprised.” Be careful!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Acura of Johnston. Cody Semler was the one to help me through the entire process. From the moment I pulled up to the lot on my first visit to Acura, he greeted me immediately and made me feel welcome. He showed me around and took as much time as I needed to explain the car buying process and made sure I was well informed of what I would be purchasing -- and I was upgrading from an older vehicle, so that took quite a lot of time. :) Cody was patient and went above and beyond for me- I never once felt like he was doing it for a commission. He always kept me informed and up to speed with the deal we were working on - always communicated very well with me. He did not have to do this. He truly went above and beyond. I am thrilled with my purchase, but what made the experience great was Cody. Having someone as kind and patient as Cody means everything when making such a big purchase. Cody treated me exactly the same through the entire process - from the moment he met me, before he or I even knew if I was going to proceed with Acura, through the end of the deal on the day I drove the car off the lot. Sold me a used truck that wasnt safe to drive, it had a frame that was completely rusted through and covered up with undercoating and duck tape. I thought was dealing with a reputable dealership, but I was sorely mistaken. When I called them about it, all I got was it was as is, nevermind I had just bought the truck from them the week prior. They dont return calls, and when I tried calling the Better Business Bureau about Acura of Johnston, & I was told the werent a participating business and they never respond to complaints. They have unethical business practices. BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

If you are told by a salesperson that you can put a down payment on a vehicle on a Saturday so that you can have your mechanic peek at the car Monday dont get your hopes up. TLDR; My wife and I obtained a used vehicle and warranty at a great deal, and the sales associate was great to work with. However, issues that I feel shouldve been addressed before the sale and arent covered by the warranty are leaving us to spend more than we had budgeted for repairs. Trade-in value was low. Typo on warranty paperwork wont be corrected. Poor after-purchase service leaves me unable to recommend this dealer.The purchase and sale itself: 5 stars.Customer service after sale: 2 stars.Pros: They really worked with my wife and I to get us a really great deal on a vehicle that was nearly perfect for us. They worked well to get us an after-market warranty so wed feel more comfortable purchasing this higher-mileage vehicle (~94k). Alen in particular was excellent to work with - he wasnt trying to just make a sale but really made an effort to get us in the right vehicle at our budget price. Very friendly and flexible to work with.Cons: -The trade-in value we got for our vehicle was underwhelming; a bit disappointed at that.-There was a noise from the wheels/tires that I asked to have looked at and fixed before purchasing, but they looked at it and insisted nothing was wrong. After taking to several mechanics afterwards, each one said there was obviously severe uneven wear on all four tires thats most likely caused by over-worn suspension. Now all 4 tires AND the suspension need replacing, my warranty does will not cover any of this, and they refused to do anything to take care of my vehicle and me after purchasing. This was probably the greatest negative, because now we have to over spend our budget allocated for the vehicle.-There was also a typo on our warranty that swapped the mileage and deductible price; they insist its an honest mistake and that anyone looking at the warranty will know what they meant, but I dont feel great about the signed paperwork not showing the correct numbers, and they wont replace it for me.
I had the best experience at Acura of Johnston, salesperson was Cody Semler. I would strongly recommend him to anyone leasing or purchasing a vehicle. He truly cared about putting you into the right vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, if he didnt know something he was sure to find out and get back to you. Acura of Johnston worked with us to get us the best price for what we were looking at and was extremely patient with us. Starting with Cody, the sales manager and financial person all made our experience so easy.

The worst dealership I have ever seen does not even worth a star rating here. I was new to auto trading and purchasing, the finance manager did not informed me about some packages they added to my vehicle. Be careful, what they want you to sign. They add several packages and does not even worth that much money to get the work done. I could have get it done paying by cash or by other method. But, rather included into the loan. I asked them to cancel soon after purchase and they said they can cancel all but not cancelled all the packages added to my contract. When I asked can you please remove other unnecessary packages and refund, the finance manager told There is nothing I can do, since you have already signed the contract. A refund check for one of the packages was sent by regular mail to the finance institution and the corporate office have taken more than one and half months to send that check since the date I requested to cancel. Moreover, the sales person had zero knowledge about cars. I regret that I chose this Acura dealership to purchase my vehicle. Deeply disappointing. Not recommend this dealership to anyone. AGAIN BE CAREFUL OF WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO SIGN.

Me and my wife purchased a suv from them the price was $17,500 they told us that every car they sell has to get there paint and interior protection plan wich is $1,000 dollars almost . The car booked for a little over $20,000 so 17,500 was a good price even though the tires needed replaced and the front shocks but I can put shocks on myself no biggy. The front windshield also had a few big chips in it that were circled in white we were told that was going to be takin care of before we picked it up. So where to begin first the windshield is not fixed they lied 😒. The price of the car magically increased by 2 grand with 1k was the protection plan so Im unsure where the other $1,000 dollars came from. We were charged $19,618 and were told are $2,000 dollar down-payment wasnt enough that we needed 4k . Well if we werent forced into a protection plan we didnt want for 1k and if we wasnt overcharged another mystery 1k then our original agreement of $2,000 down would have been fine so in the end we paid $16,600 after the 4k down-payment meaning only 1k went towards the car like $1,200 of that was for tax and plates wich we new. So if you dont want to deal with a shady car dealership avoid acrua Johnston. O and also the total car protection that we paid $1,000 dollars for is supposed to be this like awesome over the top wax job and on the interior as well so we can spill anything inside of our car and it doesnt soak in and the paint has a protection layer well. When my wife signed the papers so how they washed the car inside and out the proceeded to apply there treatment all within 20 minutes yeah right . It rained today and wouldnt you know it that car hasnt seen a good wax job in some years straight scammed us. Also my wife drove away in her new suv with the gas light on and 20 miles till empty . What a joke of a car lot. BETTER WHATCH OUT GOING HERE.......................

Not a good experience, would not recommend. They did not complete the paper work and did not inform me. I had multiple people hound me to come in and I live 40 miles away. I still do not have my legal plates and the tabs provided have expired. When bringing this to the dealerships attention, no solution was offered. I cannot legally drive my car until plates arrive, and the staff has been very unprofessional. So again, not a good experience.

Comfortable waiting area when getting my vehicle serviced. Friendly staff. Wish I would have had a few more updates on how long it was going to take but not a huge deal.....was probably not as long as I thought. Its always longer when you are waiting.

I have bringing my car and my wifes car to Acura for service and maintenance since 2007. They have ALWAYS been professional and courteous. The prices are fair and their repair work is excellent. The lounge/waiting area is comfortable and they offer a nice selection of beverages while you wait.I bought my last car here because I trust their service department.
