Never thought i would give any dealer service 5 stars but they found a issue i had spent a 1000$ chasing. Nice staff.Good work. Prices are inflated at all dealers. I find it ridiculous that they charge 100$ to hook your car to a machine to tell you what they need to fix.If you then get the work done i feel it should be at least reduced.

Today I was driving home from Montana to Virginia and about 2 1/2 hours from home the car started losing power so I had to find the closest dealership. So I drove the car to Team Kia. Come to find out the car needs a new engine which is covered by warranty. So the car will be at the dealership for a couple of weeks waiting for repair but the best part is they gave me a rental to get home with. I am so pleased with the service and the staff. 2021 is a strange time to buy or lease a new car.. not a lot of cars in stock however we had an excellent experience with Jess @ Team Kia in Johnstown. Our trade in was easy, ordering a vehicle was simple and we even lucked out and they had same exact vehicle come in and we were able to get it months before expected. We went in and finalized everything and we were in and out in a short period of time. I even said to my wife at one point this almost seems too easy! We have two vehicles, one is a Kia so I take both cars there for service or inspections, plus they took care of our Kia when it had major mechanical issues. Everyone in the service department are polite and helpful. They seem to do quality work at a reasonable price so I trust them, I was a mechanic but other reasons prevent me from doing the work myself, so we will continue taking our cars there.

Although the employees were great to work with, the price has gone up significantly to $53.00 for a basic oil change. I will no longer be able to afford going to the KIA dealership.

When my Telluride was still sitting on the delivery truck, she called me to let me know that it had arrived and had an emissions tech stay late to inspect it, just so that I could get my hands on it as soon as possible (which was about 3 hours later when I drove it off the lot)! Bought my 2021 car here, although I live in Pittsburgh because I was home at my parents for Christmas and they live close to Johnstown. I drove it in to have the recall on it fixed and prior to coming, I asked them to look at my interior light. It sometimes works and other times does not, so I knew it wasn’t the light bulb and had to be the wiring. I also had two paint chips I asked them to fix under my warranty. After leaving my car there all day, they called and said it was ready for pick up. They said Mike needed to meet me out by my car to ask about the paint chips and when I went out, he was using a paint pen and filling in the paint chips. Obviously he spent no time actually looking into this prior to me arriving back to pick up my car. It looks awful. I could have done that... so I was disappointed. Then I get back into my car after pulling out, and the light still does not work and no one said anything to me about fixing it or not being able to fix it. I drove in from Pittsburgh and for my first time being back since I bought it, I was highly disappointed with the service department.

Knowledgeable about his product and made the buying experience a pleasure. We had conflicting experiences at Team Kia therefore 3 stars.Our sales experience was exceptional. From pricing to ease of transaction and answering our questions the staff was tremendous. Highly recommend purchasing vehicle there.Our service experience was abysmal. Over 90 minutes for a simple oil change. The waiting room was so full I did not have a place to sit and had to stand which didn’t bother me but likely did the other folks who were also standing. We will be going back to our normal mechanic from now on.

Would of loved to get the Kia Soul but when calculated for the loan my interest was more than when I got my loan for my car in 2017 and my credit is much better now. So unfortunately I decided to not get the car. Also the rep never got back to me like he said he was.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan to buy a new Jeep, everything was really smooth, the vehicle had a little bit of damage but he said they will order the part at no cost to me. I’m am very pleased with the Jeep but when we were doing paperwork they had taken the Jeep back to wash and detail it, when it came back out front after it was all done it looked worse than what it did when it went back to get cleaned. Smear and water marks all over the black paint that you could see clear as day. It honestly isn’t that big of a deal though, I took it home and just rewashed it myself but that was the only thing that I didn’t like about the whole experience, everything else was top notch and very respectful people. I even had my two little kids with me and they were acting like children do and the staff offered to help and were very patient and understanding. I would definitely buy from them again!
