Better management can definitely see store potential to progress from the past new skill game machines that not afraid to payout quality prices why not go grocery shopping and relax on one the skill machines you might get lucky 💲💲💲💸💸💸

The food goes bad fast... you really have to check the fruits before you buy sometimes its spoiled

Found what I needed and checked out quick. I find it very odd how much the store is pivoting to gambling though.

Was at ur store today and purchased pork chops and gr meat got them home and they are starting to turn brown. Called there to speak with the manager on duty time 630pm on july 9 2021 and she was very rude and hung up on me i want to hear from the corporate office because she shouldnt have her job if that is how she deals with the public. If i dont i will take this to the news to let them know what kind of business u run and what kind of supposed fresh meat u sell

Filthy. The meat is always rotting and spoiled. Id only ever buy sealed snacks from here at best.

I have only nice things to say about the store I go to. I originally went for a few things but went crazy and spent more than I thought I would have. The prices were fantastic. I was able to get things I couldnt afford in other stores. The store was clean and employees were very nice. I will return this month. Loved it.

I was impressed with the selection of merchandise, the quality, and at a real reasonable price. The store was clean, well stocked, and the cashier was polite and respectful. He was dressed appropriately for his job, his interaction with his customers was short but extremely kind, and to the point! I will be returning to this store frequently!

Food is good. Prices are great! I love how they have Spanish food. They have my favorite drink.. Malta Goya!! Yum!! Vegetables and fruit arent the best but thats understandable. Most of the employees are wonderful!!! Some need to learn people skills. All in all, its a great store to go to!!!

Clean store, always cheap

I brought a friend there a couple of weeks ago. First time I have been there. I was surprised they were very clean. Some of the employees were not very nice or friendly. I ask if they had a bathroom that I could use. They said it was out of order. I walk to the back of the store saw a man working .I ask him where the bathroom was. He pointed wright to where it was. Goes to say nothing was wrong with the bathroom. My thing was you have a toilet that the public can use so why lie and say it was out of order.

Prices are fairly good..if you dont want to travel all the way to Walmart. A little ghetto for my taste tho.

My wife and myself always shop there a few times a week. Deli is now closed. They no longer sell spinach artichoke dip in the frozen section. What really posses me off is the new police officer wanna be security guard. Recently I stopped for frozen pizzas for lunch on my way to work for my 3-11 shift. I dont know if he was trying to show off his authority to a buddy he was talking to. After I paid for my pizza I started to leave and he stopped me in the front area by the registers and accused me of stealing. He made me stand with my legs spread and searched my pockets reaching in them. Then he gave me a pat down search from head to toe. I have never stolen a thing in my life. We will take our business elsewhere.

Everything is priced low but thats because the brands are generic. But for the person on a low budget then this is your store. Lots of variety in all isles.

The food here extremely expires fast! Definitely not a place to shop & expect your groceries to last. Very little to no healthy alternatives. Meats are NOT fresh and produce doesnt last a full week. Not a good place to do grocery shopping at all.

While the staff is very helpful and friendly, this place is in serious disrepair and needs MAJOR renovations. The shelves are adequately stocked, the prices are good but the environment(building) is totally off-putting. Dear Owner FIX YOUR STORE! You have great staff, but if the wrong inspector comes through..your finished.

I shop here a lot because it is 5 minutes from my house and it has reasonable prices. They have a decent selection but you need to go there at a certain time to get meat, fruits or veggies. And be warned, the cigarette counter is usually the only register open and there is usually a 10 minute wait to check out.

Cheap generic brand groceries in a pinch. Not a large selection but covers all the basics. Low cost seafood and produce. Bring your own bags or purchase bags for a dime.

We only stop when passing through. Cheap prices and they have what you need. The real negatives are 1) that its in a pretty rough part of town, 2) fellow customers are pretty rude, 3) several staff are rude and obnoxious as well [I kid you not, aside from staff dropping loud F bombs within the ear shots of customers/kiddos, we heard a cashierloudly say she was going to punch an elderly male customer in the throat].... Also, I would recommend going to this store only in the daytime. Be safe.

Prices are decent. Employees are personable and helpful. Produce is often spoiling/spoiled though. They also have the habit of only having 1-2 lines open, so be prepared to wait in line a bit longer than youd probably like.

Very nice ppl... Its only one person who has a fan ponytail red looking hair who need to quit get fired etc cause her attitude sucks when she see me get in line or about to get im her line she wants somebody else to take me and i believe its cause am black smh.. Other then that staff is great and friendly

This place has a very good atmosphere due to the employees. Plus the prices r pretty good for the whole family. A place u cant help but peek in to see whats in store for u.😄

I go to save a lot at least 2 or 3 times a week. Their prices are great, And their fruit and vegetables are always fresh. Its a good place to save a dollar.

They got good prices on their products in the store, along with low cigarette prices. The cheapest priced store in the westend and near coopersdale area. I shop there every month and with a very loted budget I never go hungry and also love the fact that their meats are in store cut and packaged. 😃

You can get great deals at Save-A-Lot. The employees do not have a good attitude towards the customers. They usually only have one lane open, unless there are a large number of customers shopping, then they have 2 lanes open. Do not shop here if you are in a hurry. I love the deals though.

Terrible. A few of the staff are super nice. The rest are horrible. Dont tell you the amount due, wont say thanks or have a nice day. The parking lot smelled like death today. Usually a fight happening in the store. Total train wreck. Avoid if possible.

Its an ok store to shop. There are some good bargains here but you have to shop around as some name brands can be the same price or even less expensive than some of the off brands here. The staff is hit and miss with helpfulness and niceness. I very rarely shop here because of that.

Employees are usually helpful. Everythings dirt cheap, but the selection is lacking. The online circular is almost always incorrect for their store.

Generally try to stay away from this store. Multiple occasions of buying frozen food that was very clearly defrosted and refrozen. Have thrown things out time and time again. Have purchased tomatos only to open the packages and them be rotten on the bottom of them. Store is also kind of dirty looking and the roof needs replacing. Its not in the best neighborhood and I guess they feel like it doesnt matter. Its a shame.

Cheap groceries good fresh meat case selection is rather limited however what they do have is reasonably priced and fresh

They have a few items that I really like and when I go there for them I usually end up picking up some basic staples.

I was there about a month ago. The meats looked horrible. I used to live in De Soto, MO, their meats were fresher and they had the 5 for 20.00 deal. I only bought a few nonparishable items.

They fruits are always mold food like some cereal and cranberry juice and they cheese NOT THE DELI CHEESE the $13 processed cheese is always 3 months past the expiration date their chicks lchocken looks good but obce gone and defrosted it has these white spots on them I now shop at walmart for my meats but other than that is a ok store

I got about 6 items. They rung me out and didnt give me a bag. I asked about tickets for the local airshow (signs have been EVERYWHERE to get tickets at Save a Lot). They had no idea about it.

I went to one of these stores and got food poisoning from their donuts 😩 to later find out that the location I went to are known for doing sneaky things like packing their shelves with bad meats 😢 but of course the staff was friendly 😒
