Purchased a refrigerator from Barton Carolls. When I installed it the next day the doors were off a little so I called to find out how to align the doors, they had a repair guy out to my house within 20 mins. Seth came and made adjustments, great customer service!

Barton Carrolls is truly a hidden gem. I have been shopping there for years. Well over a decade. The prices are truly unbeatable. They are so knowledgeable. Ive bought multiple mattresses for different people. Also, finding a place that is willing to come out and install your new washer and dryer is almost impossible right now. My friend was having a hard time finding a place so I refered him and told him to come here and after he bought his new washer and dryer, they came out and delivered it and installed it for him. I recommend Barton Carrolls to anyone and everyone. Plus everyone is just good at this company.

I was really excited to stop in here after seeing many positive reviews, however I cannot stand behind a business that doesn’t believe in wearing masks during a global pandemic! Ive shopped here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Better than a big box store, the employees are knowledgeable and no high pressure tactics.

I decided after 20 years that I needed a new washing machine. When I started researching, I learned how things have changed. I decided on a particular model and was going to go to Abts, but the model was out of stock. I went to Home Depot, same thing, out of stock. I went to Best Buy at 10:30 but found out they open at 11:00am. So I decided this was a sign and I needed to rethink the model I decided upon. I did an Internet search and found Barton Carrolls. What a hidden gem!!!!! I walked in and within 30 minutes I had a new washing machine. I decided on a HotPoint 3.8 Cu ft with a steel drum....perfect for me. And it has an option to either use the sensor for the water height or manually do it yourself. The salesman, Mike, was very knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.I want to comment about the person who left the review regarding no mask wearing. I was there on March 17th 2021 to buy a stove and they were wearing masks. If they were not wearing masks when you went in, why didnt you ask them to put one on? This is a great business and I support them 100%.

I love that they do progressive leasing so you could do no credit check interest-free financing for 90 days!

Aside from resale appliances, they also sell scratch and dent appliances (appliances that have been superficially damaged in shipping). Plus, the people who work there are the absolute nicest. If you can get off your high horse, go get that new washer and dryer, then go out for a nice dinner with the money you saved.

I wish they sold more than furniture.. customer service is great!! prices are always beatable and appliances are amazing!! Unlike those other over priced furniture stores.. No lie I didnt expect the inventory to be as big as it was either..that tells me Im late on this I should of been shopping with these guys long ago because clearly they have a big business here.. dont be the next to miss out..stop in just to look its a lot of cool things here

Everyone was helpful. They met our needs with a new refrigerator. We received a great refrigerator at a great price that met our needs. They are generous with advice about their appliances and all the pros and cons.

Found these folks on craigslist when they were offering an incredible deal on a scratch-and-dent dishwasher. Was a bit concerned and theyre a little out of the way from the North suburbs, but the drive was well-worth it. The product was better than described and they were helpful almost to a fault, loading a very heavy dishwasher into a tight spot. They had many nice appliances and pieces of furniture at very decent pricing. I will definitely keep these guys on speed-dial for those sort of things!

As an employee, I know that the technicians put significant effort into all of the used appliances (which come with a free 2 month warranty that can be extended). There is always a steady supply of new or scratch and dent appliances. There is also a variety of bedding offered at competitive prices. If you choose to shop here, I hope you enjoy your visit and are satisfied with your purchases.

Always so great to do business with. You can get brand new appliances it might just have a slight ding for a lot less money. You still get a warranty and half the time you don’t even see the little dings. They have excellent prices on everything. I always buy my mattresses there. I have sent many customers there from all over. Not a fancy showroom but same quality for a lot less.

Great experience. I found them through ebay. They were selling 18inch dishwashers for hundreds cheaper than i could find at big box stores. I orderd the product and with in the hour they called to arrange delivery. I had delivery the next morning. Fast delivery, quality products, good prices and great customer service from the store customer service from both Joliet and Ottawa and the delivery driver. HIGHLY reccommend using them!
