Hi there so I have lived in Joliet all my life and this location is my first available and closest to home. I have always had a great experience coming here when I come in I am greeted by whoever is near the front door or the front register. I know where to look for items and when I do need help I just ask and someone is usually there or someone will be sent to the area that I am in. I do feel that management is great when it comes to ordering anything that I might need that is not found in store. I do notice that it is fairly clean and I don’t ever see garbage on the ground. Parking there’s a lot of parking available so I don’t find it difficult to find a spot to park. I know they work pretty hard there I see the same people there so I know there is not a lot of turnaround when it comes to who works there. I would like to shout out Bob that is the manager there that has helped me before and is very nice and professional

I like BB&B. Tons of things for a home . Every time I walk through one of the stores. I come up with something cool and some new ideas.

Great place to go if you are looking for something unique for your bath or bedroom. Little pricey, but the product quality it worth the cost.

Not the same inventory as it was before the pandemic. Limited selection on sheets and comforter sets. The employees are nice though.

My favorite store, next to a great craft store. This place has everything ! Sweet people. Happy faces all over. Very helpful. They are a bit pricey but their products are quality. We love shopping here for all of our storage needs! Great selection of storage for every room!

I havent been to a bed and bath in a long time. So I wasnt sure what to expect I had a lot of questions and was a bit lost to tell you the truth however I did run into some very helpful staff who guided me until some really nice purchases for my home, which really improves the quality of my living also I made was made aware of a nice savings program that I was happy to take advantage.

Although there was a slight technical delay printing the registry I was looking for, the two team members who assisted me were very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

Had exactly what I wanted. Reasonably price. Very very clean. Yeah. Your a winner.🏆

Ummm, its exactly what you expect it to be. Every Bloodbath & Beyond Ive ever been to is an exact cookie cutter copy of any other Ive ever been to. So if thats what youre looking for, this is definitely a Bed, Bath, & Beyond franchise location. Theyve got lots of stuff that people living the typical life of conformity would want to have in their homes, with a gratuitous markup, of course. I had to go to BB&B for a Christmas present, but honestly, if there is something you really need there, unless you have to have the precise brand name product that only BB&B carries, you can no doubt find it at a significantly cheaper price online. But that is all up to you, Im just some cynical guy on the internet with a bad attitude, probably not the most reliable source available.

The staff here is polite. I was looking for a microwave for my new apartment and Beth was incredibly patient with me even though I was very indecisive. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Great store with great stuff.But the smell of air freshener and other aerosols are so strong in this store my eyes were burning after 5 minutes and my sinuses closed up....

I love BBB but todays visit was very underwhelming. Stock looked very sparce, bedding area which is usually the prettiest part of the store, today the bed displays look like someone slept in them!! It was messy and very unappealing. I even asked the cashier if the store was closing because of how bad it looked.

I went in today after dealing with a nightmare for an online order from a third party vendor that delivered a defective product. Bob, the manager was EXTREMELY helpful. He took the time to listen and understand what happened. I really appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

Ana is very immature and doesnt have any people skills. Send her back for training. She was making a comment about me to another employee because she wouldnt listen to me and she thought I was ready to check out, which I told her 3 times while waiting at customer service to pick up order I placed.

I called to see if they had a bamboo sushi mat roller. The very helpful gentleman I spoke with on the phone said that they did not have them in the store. However, he offered a suggestion to try using their bamboo place setting mat instead (which was on sale) because I was having no luck finding any sushi making tools locally. I took his suggestion and it worked great!! ...for a lot less! Thank you!!

I really do love this store. So my company was having an event, and I wanted to make sandwiches for my drivers, but I knew my knives were old and I needed a knife to easily cut bread and one to make cutting vegetables with ease. I easily found a staff member to assist me and he was very knowledgeable in his field, he asked me some questions, and then showed me my choices, and gave his recommendations. I now have an excellent bread cutting knife and insanely awesome knife when I need to cut vegetables. He also showed me some cutting boards, and told me the best one, which I bought, this cutting board weights like 20 lbs. (exaggeration). Ive never gone into this store and walked out empty handed, theyve always had what I needed.

Ive definitely been to better and much bigger bed bath and beyonds. The layout in this one is just wonky. But the employees are extremely nice. No hassle returns. And even though it didnt work out for us, a female employee went out of her way to help us decide on a mattress topper which was really nice.

Customer service is top notch at this location! Everyone is so nice and not annoying. Everything is stocked well. I just wish the company wouldnt get rid of fall scents like cinnamon apple. I firmly believe cinnamon is a common house hold scent that you can never go with out.

Sometimes light on floor staff but they have a wide variety of products at good prices and they will help you find or order things if they are not in store. PLUS there is a FREE gift wrapping station. Love that for last minute presents on the way to a shower!

This store is laid out very nice. You can see almost everything from just walking the main isles through the store. I would love to have almost 1 of everything from this store! Staff is very helpful and will even check online for you if they dont have something youre asking for in the store. I LOVE that they provide free gift wrapping at the self serve wrapping station. It saves that extra step of getting wrapping paper, ribbons, etc.

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience tonight. I purchased a $25 gift card for my Mom to get a new shoe rack because hers broke. She went there tonight in the rain 25 minutes from where she lives to buy it there. Happily she found the one she wanted and went to the cashier. Presented her coupon and my gift card on her android. They, the cashier and the manager, told her she only has $2.50 left. Instead of really trying to figure out what the problem was and helping her, they accused Amazon of selling faulty gift cards. I went online and called in to double check the gift card amount and they were wrong.. It was $25. I successfully used and purchased online with it. Calmly and angrily I called in and told the manager this. She lied and said she offered to call in to check the accuracy. I wasnt there but my Mom wouldnt lie to me about that. The cashier probably typed in $2.50 on her register and didnt realize it. She was really upset... That couldve been avoided if they didnt automatically assume it was Amazons fault and tried to help her... after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

There also seems to be stuff everywhere in this store. It kinda seems like a safety hazard walking around there. Especially over by their clearance section. Not a place I would recommend bringing kids to because of all the glass and tripping hazards. The prices are also expensive. Much cheaper on Amazon.

This store is always clean and organized, and the store clerks are always professional.

The girl at customer service could not be bothered to listen to what I was saying when shopping for a bridal shower to receive the registry I repeated the symbol name several times and even spelled it for and she still couldnt manage to get it right then called the manager who continuously abandon me to check customers bags as they walked out the door spent over 30 minutes just to get a few pieces of paper with no real Direction or guidance I was sent on my merry way. I had to stop into the ladies room where I find no toilet paper no soap and completely disgusting when I spoke to the manager about it she looked as if this wasnt her problem got an attitude and walked away the store was not cleaned and very disorganized and staff was not useful not helpful not friendly except for this one very nice lady I wish I would have got her name after what seemed to be an hour of wondering the store trying to find the perfect gift for the happy couple I was rescued by very delightful person who not only told me what to look for help me find it showed me where I could wrap it and then rang me up.

What a messy store, its like a garage sale only higher priced stuff. Sales lady tried to order the things I wanted but were out of. It was so painfully slow, I just walked out. No wonder the brick & mortar stores are going out of business, I think this place is on its last leg
