My husband and I have used this storage place twice. Once after an apartment fire and second after holding our things to move from 2nd to 3rd place. Both times were fast and convenient and very close to us! The owner is super friendly and there to accommodate your needs! The lot is a secure and safe place to hold your belongings also. Ive already recommended this place to anyone and everyone I know and will definitely be back here in the future when we need a storage locker again! Great customer service!! Can’t beat that !

Easy access 24-7. Dimitri always willing to answer any or address I have used A1 Storage for the past five years. They are honest and dependable. I rented two climate controlled storage units (Laraway and rt. 52) at Will County Storage for one year while I was in between moves. I had a great experience! Dmitri was very responsive and Ive had nothing but great customer service. The prices were good, the online payments were easy, and my items remained clean and dry in the units! The location looks to be in the middle of nowhere, but dont let that deter you. The units were clean, and I felt it was very secure. I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for something with climate control.

I have had a unit at A1 service for a couple of years. My rental experience was great. There were no problems. When I had a concern, I brought it up to Dimitri, the manager, and it was dealt with proficiently & in a timely manner. He was always kind, patient and welcoming. Great customer service. They had an awesome promotion. The facilities were clean and was very reasonable.

Outside storage is fine but I would not ever use them again for the temperature control units. They do not monitor closely the thermostat and we had water get into our unit. They could not figure out how and had we not complained I dont know if they would have done anything to compensate us. Location was best reason to use them and the outside unit with locked gate is ok.

I have been storing my boat, wave runners (2) and my summer car with A-1 Will County Storage for over five years now and have never had an issue or complaint. Dimitri is always polite and available. You cannot find a cleaner and more secure storage anywhere. I highly recommend them.

The 4 years and 1 month of renting there has been a great experience Dimitri has been wonderful keeping the property in tip top shape if anything you need hes there to assist you. I would definitely recommend A1 Will County Storage to my friends and family long term or short term its the place to store your personal belongings.

The place is ok. Weird second fence inside that you can only access during their business hours. So some people can come and go 24/7 and others are tied to site hours. Not convenient.

Ive had my boat there for two years and its been outstanding! The facilities, staff and security are second to none and priced extremely competitive. You might as well have your boat stored in a police evidence locker! No one is getting in that doesnt have access. After hours - the cameras, gates, locks and dogs the size of shetland ponies make sure that no one is getting close to your valuables.

Its a very nice facility. I just didnt like not having access to my camper Saturday afternoons or Sundays. If the office is closed, I couldnt get to it. I had to take Mondays off to bring my camper back since they are closed on Sundays. If I wanted 24 hour access, I would have to pay more than double the monthly fee.

This has been a fantastic facility for the past 7 years. The owner is top notch and keeps the location clean and safe. Never and issue.
