I was really impressed with salesperson. you need to come down on price. I know this is quality but you need to give more freebies with purchase over 4000.00. Give free meal to red lobster or something. Like i paid. The employees were great. That price should entale a 10 year warranty not 1. A regular bed will last 1 year. If your beds are so good give a 10 year warranty that would put your beds above all others. Thank you.

We came in needing to find mattresses for our entire family after a house fire. Rodney was so kind and knowledgeable and helpful. These guys are awesome. I called about a certain mattress, turned out they didnt have it in stock. The guy asked me if I needed it today and I told him I truly did for my daughter. He found another mattress that was the same type I was looking for just different brand, but it was much more in price. This guy dropped the price for me without hesitation. And then I got all the way to Joplin realizing I forgot my wallet. They emailed me a bill to where I could pay online and leave with the mattress. They were very understanding and worked extremely well with me. I will definitely be going back when I need another mattress! And will definitely be recommending them.

Was told there was free delivery. Not true. I was told it would take 3 to 4 days to get to my home after I purchased mattress. Wouldve ordered online and got a better mattress from them as I had to rent a uhaul and that was $50. They did not even help me load in my truck as my pregnant girlfriend sat in the truck.Making the true cost of a 199.99 mattress $267.45.
